We are from the USA. Hotel provided 5 star customer service. Everyone was very helpful from beginning to end of our 4 night stay. We enjoyed Turkish cultured breakfast and spa services. The location was convenient to food shopping and metro. It rained while we were there and took advantage of hotel amenities. Would stay again.

The reservation department was not understanding of the situation the aviation airspace plus fuel shortages is going through and they still charged us for the room.

Hotel was not up to Sofitel expected standard level. Lobby and ground level needs seriously rework, ambiance was dull, dark and sad… some services were deceptive such as the millesime lounge and laundry service awfully expensive for clothes folded with absolute no care that I needed to redo it myself. Rooms were great though, at least that matched expectations.
