Check in & check out process pretty poor & took a long time. No recognition of my gold status. Did get a drink voucher on the app. Room size ok but not in good condition. Windows were very dirty. Had 2 nights but no room cleaning service in that time despite being out of hotel a lot. No room beverages replacement. Gym was good. Breakfast good, server Bedir excellent. Please also offer expresso coffee.
