Disappointed overall

Negatives- poor options for breakfast. staff bit rude, saying butter finished, croissants finished, turned off coffee machines at 10 sharp. Air conditioning in the room was terrible. Room was so warm couldn’t sleep. Advise from front desk was to turn off AC! Coffee, milk stock was not replaced when room cleaned. Front desk said they will send but never sent. Positives- good location, bed and bedding was comfortable. that’s about it. Overall, very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Service is very poor! not staying here again
