I have stayed Inman hotels around the world both on business or leisure. And rarely have pointed a compliment coment. but my stay at Ibis Style Bomonti was just a rewarding experience. Thanks to the manager Mrs Emre and the great staff. They were above hospitality. Food, cleanliness, professionalism are everywhere. Thanks also to Ms Ecem from the aTourism Desk who helped me with translations and PCR testing at the hotel and the friendly smiles of Mrs Nurcan from the Food & Restaurant. I feel speechless for all the attention. Made my Istanbul/ Turkey experience unforgettable one. Shall go back no doubt. 5 stars ⭐️

I have stayed at Ibis Styles Bomonti twice, first time, I was quoted a price from the system for 85 USD, but then when I arrived I was charged 85 Euro per night instead of the 85 USD. Walk-in customers were being charged 69 Euros per night. Even though I was very disappointed, but I just wanted to get the initial quoted price 85 USD and not pay 85 Euro, to that end I sent an email and complaint saved under the reference 06…. But the staff as a whole were very helpful, But Ecem and Özgür were exceptional in providing assistance, also, I noticed that they were going out of their way to assist other guests as well.

The hotel has good location 20 mins walking distance from both Sisli and osmabey metro stations. Taxi are available all the time. The staff are very helpful and kind I will definitely go there again. Thanks to all staff

as a member of Accor Hotel programm since 2013 I'm very dissapointed that I received only I night ( Friday 11 -Saturday 12) rewards for my reservation of 2 rooms for me and my Family , 'cause my checkout was ended on Monday 14, 2022 (still 2 rooms). Loyalty seems to be is one direction programm.

Well located, ease in finding taxi and near by places, has a Starbucks!! A great Salon, the room was great, slept azing in the bed. Kitchen had a nice dining table. Everything was needed and nothing was less or more. Only point coffee machine didn't work but I had to make mine with the kettle kettle sachets. Will choose ibis/ accor again

very far from standard, Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff at reception, except one lady who checks me in. I'm a platinum member and... Received the room on the 1st floor ( ask for high floor ) No bottle of water in my room. I called reception and ask about it they said they will send someone in but nobody show up. The room that I stay in is 110 they were a group traveling stay around the room and they keep closing the door loudly all night. Ask for late check-out but they told me No!! Normally Check-in time is 14:00 at least just give me 30 min late check-out -_- If I'm not a member of Accor I will not book this hotel. useless Platinum status

I loved the swift check in process and the request for non smoking rooms was granted. The cold breakfast was underwhelming including the tiny coffee paper cup. I have been to Ibis Nairobi and Deira, Dubai and usually breakfast is plenty of variety and buffet set up. I however take note that maybe the change is due to covid protocols. I enjoyed my stay at Bomonti.

We would like to say that the staff members in the Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti were very nice to us and let us have a pleasant stay for the 4 nights we stayed with them. We received complimentary refreshments upon arrival, and Emin made it very clear that he and the staff would be willing to help us with anything we needed. A couple of days during our stay I was very tired from working late on my laptop, so I couldn't make it down to breakfast. Emin was kind enough to allow our breakfast to be sent to the room in this case. One night as we came back by taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver requested about double the estimated fare. We used his taxi via a taxi-booking app, and he should have used his device to show us the final fare. Otherwise, he could have used the taximeter, which is built into the rear-view mirror. He didn't use either, and manually entered his requested fare (double the estimated fare). I refused to pay this, and told him the hotel will communicate with him (as he could not speak English). Pinar, who was working in reception, came down to communicate with him and translated between us, and Mateen, one of the porters, was helping out too. Once the driver went down to a more acceptable price, I accepted, he came out of the car, took one of the banknotes I was going to give him, then he ripped it into several pieces, threw it on the ground and drove off. Pinar and Mateen, as well as myself, were all shocked by this unacceptable behaviour, and we went back into the hotel. Cansu, also in reception, was shocked to hear about this too, and helped a lot to make me feel calm and tried passing this onto the authorities. As it was late at night, she couldn't get through, and Emin showed up as well, and promised to take this through to the authorities so that the driver would be punished. Mateen even found the torn pieces of the banknote and it was stuck back together in reception, although I wanted reception to keep it for investigation purposes. Although it's difficult to put it into words here, when you are in a new country, and you go through a bad experience such as with this taxi driver, it means a lot when there are people to make you feel better and genuinely show care. Throughout the stay, Emin, Cansu, and Pinar, and the porters, including Mateen, Cevher, and Eren were all very nice to us and made us feel at home. We would recommend this place to others and we look forward to coming to this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Room is very dirty, but bathroom is an hell. A lot of melt and dirt inside, it is easy to see that staff don't care about cleaniness and see no problem. It is no worth to stay there, or maybe if You want to get some illness.

Never stayed in this hotel before. The next morning I had some meeting near by, so I chose to stay here. Being an Accor member, the receptionist upgraded my room. It was a spacious and a very comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious with rather different choices. Price was reasonable for such a hotel.
