Outstanding and Value for money.. Courteous staff and I must say, Mr. Mahmmut helped us a lot in fixing local iternary for sightseeing.. overall location was also convenient and can get great Taxis easily available to explore Istanbul experience staying here

Rooms are clean and spacious, with minibar and kettle available. The hotel overall is ok. Breakfast is varied, fresh, and local. I really enjoyed it. And staff supervising breakfast are lovely, attentive and helpful. Same goes for everyone in all honesty. The absolute downside is the hotel's location. 15 min walk in steep ascent from the nearest bus stop and the high street in Sisli, 20-25 min walk to Osmanbey metro station, and right above the noisiest motorway I've ever seen. I couldnt sleep properly at all because of the constant noise. Honestly, not worth saving a few Euros, staying in any other Accor hotel would have been a much better idea.

The front office executives are very kind & professional & specially the lady executive who had assisted me on checking & offered me the upgraded room , the breakfast quality & selection was awesome last but not least the housekeeping executive are always served with smiling face & room was maintained amazingly, this is my 2nd stay & I will be right back in December’24 again to have your warmth hospitality. Regards.

Lovely staff, ok hotel, poor location

Helpful staff. Breakfast was varied, fresh and complete. Rooms and facilities ok. Location is poor - 15 min walk in steep ascent to Sisli Camii's bus stop and 20+ min walk to Osmanbey metro station. The building is right next to an incredibly busy motorway, which makes rooms SO NOISY. I had trouble sleeping every single night. Staff were unfamiliar with Accor membership benefits. First, I was told I could not exchange my welcome drink for any alcoholic beverage, when the illustration on the card is indeed a cocktail. I had to talk my way into getting a glass of wine. Secondly, I arranged my late checkout to 2pm the day before leaving, so I could get some rest before a long journey home. Not only was I called from reception at 12.10 because I hadn't checked out, but also the maid knocked on my door at 1pm so that I left the room and she could clean.

And whenever you arrive to İbis Styles Bomonti as a platinium member , you are always welcome with sama benefits . Our check in check out times are clearly explained to our guest during the check in. And your late check out request was approved by our reception team during your check out . I am sorry my colleagues knocked your door and disturbed you even if they were informed about your late check out time. We apologize for any inconvenience that you lived during your accomodation.. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future . Subpar Accor property

Staff was lovely, rooms were big. Location is very inconvenient with not much going around the hotel and public transport long walk away. Breakfast offering was poor especially hot counter. Very bizarre hotel policy regarding having guest seeing you in room (not staying over), was asked for €30 euro fee. Though I will continue booking with All Accor, when I’m Istanbul, I’d definitely consider different property.

The breakfast buffet has 5 different area full of with salad bar , drinks cold and hot beverages , bakery , milky products , vegeterian products , gluten free products , soups , sauces , appetizers , eggs and free special omlets and many more products to be serve.. Reservation types , room types , number of people are sensitive points for a reservation. As Ibis Styles Bomonti Hotel , we are always trying to take care of our guests demands. '' Having a visitor '' in your room is also a situation for us which we have standart operation procedures for that issues. My colleagues have informed you about your request and they made you special discounted rate for 20 € . But you were rejecting paying any amount for your request which was impossible for us unfortunately Dear Jakub.
