The Entire Team is amazing but I'd like to give a shout out to Mr.Riza from thr Kitchen and Mr. Emre & Mr. Batuhan at the Reception they went out of their way to assist in any way, extremely courteous and very polite at every encounter. The location is bad, it's very far from public transportation. Very difficult to take the bus to reach the hotel, I have to transfer many times from metro to buses. From the bus station to here, I have to climb a very tiring slope. Every day, I need to take about 1 hour to visit famous spots in Istanbul, not convenient at all, my husband feels so tired. i regret of booking this hotel.

I am extremely grateful to have made a reservation at this hotel! The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, it came with toiletries and the shampoo was awesome. Breakfast buffet was very fancy and delicious too, wat better than the other hotel I went to. I recommend this hotel.

my booking was cancelled during the day i was checked in and i have to pay extra 40 euro for the same room type. the staff at the hotel didnt help at all eventhough i have Accor gold membership. the hotel is poorly located without close access to public transport. do not use the ATM in the hotel as it will charge you extra 10 USD for owner fee. instanbul overall is a scam city. everything overpriced with such standard quality.

Your staff are extremely friendly, helpful and understanding for a tourist who only speaks English. They really go out of their way to help you with anything you might need. The room was lovely, huge and had two bedrooms for my family of four and a lovely lounge to relax in. The hotel is in the more business area a bit away from the old city, but it is easy to access anywhere you might want to go.

It was well located because I had an event next door in another event hotel. Overall the hotel is OK, but I was surprised by the fact that the curtains are installed in such a way, that as I close them they fall out of the rails in the middle. So you have to get on a chair to put them back in the rails. This is a design flaw, if you ask me. At the booking phase on the app of ALL (Accor) I wasn't able to book a room with breakfast, as I had planned. I don't like that, because it means, that I should pay for breakfast at the top rate when I arrive. Anyway: In the end I skipped breakfast. But I also want to say that the guy at the reception on Wednesday morning was really nice with getting me a free coffee after my remark on the curtains, while I was waiting for a taxi to pick me up. :-)

we had nice sleep.. good reception.. the for welcome drink.. the staff said the manager told them only soft drinks for welcome drink !!.. no coffee.. and this happens for us for first time in all hotels.. we used to take coffee
