I am a loyal customer of the ibis network, as well as a member of the loyalty program. I regularly stay at ibis Styles hotels and have always been satisfied with the level of service. However, my recent stay at your ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti left a very negative impression. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the following points: Welcome Drink: In accordance with the loyalty program privileges, I expected a wider selection of drinks than just water and soda. This does not meet the standards of the ibis Styles network. Late Checkout: The reception staff was unable to provide a clear answer regarding the possibility of a late checkout, despite the hotel's low occupancy. Gym: The gym was not equipped, which is a significant drawback. Room Cleaning: The maid asked daily if cleaning was needed, giving the impression of unwillingness to perform her duties. Water Pressure: The water pressure in the room was extremely poor, causing discomfort. Transportation: The porter insisted on using the hotel's taxi instead of Uber. As a result, we were victims of a taxi driver scam. I believe that the above-mentioned shortcomings do not correspond to the level of service expected from an ibis Styles hotel.
