At first, The room they showed smiled like an ashtray. like someone had smoked nonstop in the room. haply the second room was not so smelly like the first one. For the second part, the breakfast was not up to ibis standards. Last but not least, after requesting for a shower towels, one was not washed properly to the point of visible blood stain on it. these are the top three which I think must be looked into immediately before ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti manages to maar the image of Accor.

rooms need the hotel guide menu ( ex: how to use the telephone ) you can fill the room refrigerator with some snacks not just water for 90$/night hotel was a little low level but it was a good stay.

Overall very well and comfortable stay, overall clean hotel, Tissue paper and some things were not in the room. The design of the hallways can be updated and modernized. Other than that it was pleasant stay.

Dear Sir/Madam, Room was not cleaned totally, we found things under the bed belongs to maybe the previous guest ( a hear brash & a toy). breakfast area was not cleaned as well ( we have experienced that as we used one outdoor table for 2 days in a raw, the first day we had a some milk on the floor and it was sticky. the next day, we found out that the milk spot still there dried. I have informed the manager on my checkout day as I was not happy with the experience as I have been using IBIS hotel in many other countries and it was a really deferent experience. But finally, the day after I realized that I forgot an apple pencil in the room, so i called anytime, and explained where I am sure were it should be, each time they ask me to call back in 30 min. I am really disappointed to experience such thing with a well known hotel. i am Stil waiting for they to give me my Apple pencil since then as they asked me to give them my contact and they will contact me when they will find it! We enjoyed our six days stay at Ibis Styles hotel. Their staff members (from the front desk to the cleaner and the waiters) were very helpful and pleasant. Erem, the front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke good English. She was kind and went out of her way to arrange personal taxi for us and even provided her cellphone in case we needed more help. The location is convenient and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was clean and decent size. It was cleaned daily. It was supplied with free bottle of water daily. Bed was comfortable. Their continental breakfast was abundant and nutritious--much better than what they serve us at most four star hotels in the U.S. I'm happy and would definitely book again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Very satisfied with everything. The room was big and toilet very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. A five stars for the boys of reception, the one with curly hair and also the two others. For the price, caring staff and location is it worth it. I will come back for sure :)

Additional safety measures due to Covid-19 were applied. The room was clean and the layout is Ibis style standard, simple. The hotel location is not on a lively part of the city and no nice view from the room! All staff were helpful and friendly, especially, the house-keeping staff.

We would like to say that the staff members in the Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti were very nice to us and let us have a pleasant stay for the 4 nights we stayed with them. We received complimentary refreshments upon arrival, and Emin made it very clear that he and the staff would be willing to help us with anything we needed. A couple of days during our stay I was very tired from working late on my laptop, so I couldn't make it down to breakfast. Emin was kind enough to allow our breakfast to be sent to the room in this case. One night as we came back by taxi to the hotel, the taxi driver requested about double the estimated fare. We used his taxi via a taxi-booking app, and he should have used his device to show us the final fare. Otherwise, he could have used the taximeter, which is built into the rear-view mirror. He didn't use either, and manually entered his requested fare (double the estimated fare). I refused to pay this, and told him the hotel will communicate with him (as he could not speak English). Pinar, who was working in reception, came down to communicate with him and translated between us, and Mateen, one of the porters, was helping out too. Once the driver went down to a more acceptable price, I accepted, he came out of the car, took one of the banknotes I was going to give him, then he ripped it into several pieces, threw it on the ground and drove off. Pinar and Mateen, as well as myself, were all shocked by this unacceptable behaviour, and we went back into the hotel. Cansu, also in reception, was shocked to hear about this too, and helped a lot to make me feel calm and tried passing this onto the authorities. As it was late at night, she couldn't get through, and Emin showed up as well, and promised to take this through to the authorities so that the driver would be punished. Mateen even found the torn pieces of the banknote and it was stuck back together in reception, although I wanted reception to keep it for investigation purposes. Although it's difficult to put it into words here, when you are in a new country, and you go through a bad experience such as with this taxi driver, it means a lot when there are people to make you feel better and genuinely show care. Throughout the stay, Emin, Cansu, and Pinar, and the porters, including Mateen, Cevher, and Eren were all very nice to us and made us feel at home. We would recommend this place to others and we look forward to coming to this hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Room is very dirty, but bathroom is an hell. A lot of melt and dirt inside, it is easy to see that staff don't care about cleaniness and see no problem. It is no worth to stay there, or maybe if You want to get some illness.
