This was our fourth or fifth stay at this hotel, and each time we return we are reminded why we enjoy staying here so much. The comfort of the rooms, the peaceful atmosphere, and the professionalism of the team always make us feel welcome, but this visit was particularly special. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with exceptional care by the Guest Relations Manager, Vasile Kaya. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay would be as comfortable as possible. Knowing about my back and mobility challenges, she thoughtfully arranged our room in advance, prepared amenities for our arrival, and even organized a different mattress to help make my stay more comfortable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a meaningful difference to our experience. As a Platinum member of the Accor Group, I have stayed in many Accor properties over the years, and I can sincerely say that the level of hospitality and personal attention we received here reflects the very best of the Accor standard. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Mrs. Gizem, the Front Office Manager, whose efficient leadership, professionalism, and excellent problem-solving skills contributed greatly to the quality of our stay. Her ability to coordinate smoothly with the reception team and other departments, while ensuring guests feel cared for and supported, reflects a high standard of hospitality and management. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the reception team, especially Emre, Şahin, and Yasin, who have always greeted us warmly and professionally. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist have consistently made us feel welcomed and valued each time we have stayed here. Our sincere appreciation to Housekeeping team especially Ozal and Kevser for their hard work and guest care. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping, has been exceptional. Everyone has been warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. It is clear that hospitality is at the heart of everything they do. A special compliment also goes to Assistant Chef Tolga and his kitchen and restaurant team especially Mikael. The quality of the food was excellent throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the chocolate soufflé served with ice cream, which was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our dining experience. Our heartfelt thanks go to Vasile Kaya, Mrs. Gizem, Emre, Şahin, Yasin, Assistant Chef Tolga, Mikail from the restaurant and the entire hotel team for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication. Their care made us feel genuinely looked after and transformed another stay into a truly memorable experience. Once again, the experience reminded me why I continue choosing Accor for my travels and stays. From housekeeping to reception and guest relations, the level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness offered by the team has been consistently outstanding. During this stay, Guest Relations Manager Vesile was absolutely wonderful in making our stay comfortable and smooth. Anything we needed was responded to quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Her care, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out and created a sense of ease and comfort throughout our stay. We also experienced an unexpected issue with a taxi driver, and although Vesile was not physically at the property at that moment, she immediately assisted and coordinated support professionally. Through her, Mrs. Gizem, the Front Office Manager, personally came and calmly resolved the matter with professionalism, grace, and reassurance. We deeply appreciated the way the situation was handled. Additionally, when we mentioned that the mattress was uncomfortable, the team responded immediately and arranged for it to be changed, which reflected genuine care for guest wellbeing and comfort. It is this consistency of hospitality, responsiveness, and human warmth that keeps us returning to Accor properties.
