Hotel is well located and comfortable with an excellent breakfast serving Did have some misunderstandings at reception, but was efficiently resolved by guest relation manager Vasile kaya

The hotel is excellent for families. The apartment is spacious and the swimming pool was very nice. The negatives are 1) A very smoking smell in the both apartments even though we booked a none smoking apartments; 2) The AC is not stable hot / cold / hot / cold all night. Moreover, some rooms are always hot.

I booked my reservation before 3 months...when arrived my 2 apartments not ready unit 5 pm !! Unfriendly reception ( they don't speak English well ).most of items in rooms expired and damaged-Aircondition controlled by them and complicated - bery bad smell from wc all my 30 days of stay- in the last day the reception make calculation to make me pay bill whih i already paid!!!
