Disappointing End to my stay

I had to cut short my stay and return to Dubai. I requested a contact number to arrange a refund. Th receptionist gave me an incorrect e-mail address, and I have been unable to get e response from anyone. This is rather frustrating.

I am happy to say that was my second stay in the hotel for a longer time than the first visit The feeling is that you are home as everyone is very friendly, smiling and ready to help Rooms are comfortable , with bedding changed very often and cleaned everyday Location is very good, with many shops around and places to eat If I have to come again will book the same hotel

Good reception, good breakfast, good location, and good amenities. Room was very small, other rooms were smoking in, and general hotel finishing is due for facelift.
