My room was a shoe box. No real window. Room very noisy...water bubbling loudly inside the pipes. Strangers knocking intensely at the door despite the "DO NOT DISTURB " sign. Which shows anyone can enter the hotel without control. Swimming pool & gym where close for maintenance for 2 days at least. The worst is the smoke. All bedrooms are non smokers rooms and yet you can smell smoked cigarette every where in the hotel. It did annoyed me a lot during the night time. Mercure has disappointed me, what a pity. If I knew this in advance I would have booked at Hilton.

Very good and cleaning hotel, the staff is very helpful and its a 5 minute walk from the city hall where all transportation is :)
