A very pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and loyalty program benefits, though the hotel property is showing clear signs of age. Accessing the parking can also be quite challenging and requires some patience.

The room was very dusty, the doors were very squeaky and whenever one of us got up it woke everyone, this should have been easily noticed and fixed. The cleaning service kept moving our clothes onto the lamp where it was very dusty. We just told them to stop coming because of this and the way they made the bed, so we ran out of water and had to carry large jugs of water back to the room which was heavy and cumbersome. The traffic was loud, the neighbors were loud, I don't know why the spa made me buy a swim cap when they let other people swim without one. the staff was friendly and accommodating though.

My stay was pretty decent overall. The hotel itself is amazing, my room was great, the staff were lovely, and the cleaners did an excellent job throughout my stay. The only difficulty I had was ordering room service, as communication in English was quite challenging at times. I would have expected at least a basic level of English for room service requests, so that made things a bit difficult. Other than that, I had a really good experience overall.
