Employees and services was excellent. They did everything they could to accommodate us. Berk and Ezgi were great. However, some upgrades are needed in rooms. Very bad sewage smell in all the rooms that makes us don’t want to deal with it again next time

Thank you very much for your hospitality. During my stay at the hotel, I had an unpleasant experience at the breakfast restaurant due to the behavior of the restaurant manager. Unfortunately, the manager was rude in communication and treated me in a manner that felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. As a hotel guest, I expected respectful and professional behavior, especially during breakfast service. Instead, the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. This experience negatively affected what was otherwise a comfortable stay. I believe hotel management should address this issue seriously, as respectful treatment of guests—regardless of background—is essential in hospitality.

Well located, close to shopping, Malls, coffee and restaurants, close to metro station. Very satisfying and tasty breakfast. Just one minor complain, The room had a view of the city, but the window did not provide the best soundproofing, resulting in the outside noise becoming slightly annoying at times!
