All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We had to turn the heat down which was fine but the last couple of days it was still too warm. It’s only a fifteen minute walk to the train station which is only three stops to the main area and four stops to the Asian side. We would definitely stop here again

The staff from the reception desk to the room service were very helpful and polite. We tried the breakfast and some of the food (simit- menmen- omelet) were dry and bland. The room was really small for three people. the bed change was not clean and the carpet is really old with spots.

This was the first time we stayed at the Novotel. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that it was right across from the sea. The hotel was very accessible since I use crutches and sometimes a wheelchair. The distance between the entrance so their reservations desk to the elevator and to my room we're all very short distance. The accessible room was very comfortable and had a great view of the sea. The bathroom was comfortable. The open buffet breakfast was wonderful and had a large variety to choose from. I stayed there for six nights and I was very satisfied, and will be returning again.

We really liked the staff was extremely friendly helpful. The hotel was nice clean and very enjoyable. My daughter which almost 3 years loved it as well she was able to run around we other children and did not bother the staff which were very happy to see them playing inside the hotel. I have to say the confort was really good I really liked and enjoyed until the end, without forgetting the breakfast which a lot of choice definitely coming back thanks for all.

the view was great. there was no towel in the toilet, all of them were in the bathroom. in the breakfast the tomatoes were not cleaned properly. we had issues while checking out.

My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for the second time. The staff at this hotel are very pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a view of the sea which was spectacular to wake up to every morning! We have family nearby and will always use this hotel in the future. Also the Wifi works very well!

Stayed 5 nights and the overall experience was great. The staff were very hel[ful,. I have to especially mention Berk, the front desk staff who was always helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions we had and always with a smile. The only negative was the advertised bus to the city which we sawe on the website and influenced our choice of the hotel, was no longer available. The current shuttle only rins to the metro and train stations. The hotel should remove this from the accor website since it is quite misleading

My dear friends, your hotel is my home in Istanbul, I always felt at home and thank you for everything and I appreciate everything you do for me! But it was the most unpleasant experience ever spent at a hotel, I was made by Shame in front of my employees and other people by the bosses who run the bar and the restaurant, they ran after me thinking they didn't pay the bill. I wanted to pass the payment note on the room and they told me that it is not possible, I went to the Reception to talk with the receptionists to see what happened and they ran after me and my wife who went to the room after the card and pregnant! Very shameful and ugly on their part. The head of the bar is not the first reaction of this kind he is verbally aggressive both with the employees and with the customers! I'm sorry for this event and I really appreciate the effort of the other employees to make their customers feel good! I will take action for this behavior to Accor Grup!
