Had a pleasant stay for 2 weeks. The man in the reception known as Sameat did a great job supporting me during the stay. Surroundings are always kept clean and the room service is very fast and attentive.

I had a tranzit flight via Istambul so we were provided a hotel. An hour out of airport but worth driving. View was amazing, room just perfect, minimalizm style. Had a good sleep. Dinner was delicious. Staff helpful. I recommended it to all my friends already. We are excited to come back and stay with you. Thank you!

I was lodged in your hotel by Turkish Airlines as my stopover in Istanbul was more than 19 hours. I found the hotel very comfortable with attractive modern decor, very clean with due attention paid to hygiene standards due to COVID19. My room had a nice view over the water and was a good size with a comfortable bed. The comp breakfast was tasty and abundant. Dinner was also tasty though service was slow until I complained.

It was not my first time to stay in Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu. I love this hotel and I am feeling very welcome every time. Clean, comfortable, absolutely great service and managment, nice restaurant, pool access, everything is perfect. I feel it like a home. And I will stay there again!
