Rooms weren’t clean & i found a grocery bag and inside a drink in my room, room was so old and the bed was making noises, breakfast wasn’t good at all

Disappointed with several aspects, honestly. The team felt robotic in the way they interacted with guests, and the room interiors had a poor layout with noticeable carpet stains. The bathroom had both a tub and a standing shower squeezed into a very small space; choosing just one of a reasonable size would have made much more sense. The complimentary water bottles were also the smallest I’ve ever seen, probably around 200 ml :)

all was good except the second night, I had an issue with the front office team, there was a problem at my room with the safety box and AC. They promise to change the room and asked us to collect our staff in the morning and they will move us to another room. we left the room in the morning and when we came back late night with 2 child's, unfortunately nothing changed and the current room not cleaned, no amenities or clean towels in the room.
