Staff was great! Especially the room service crew and great breakfast buffet. Front desk calling when my drivers would arrive was also very nice service. AC was broke in the room though. Also behind the bathroom mirror is always veryyy hot which I imagine is just the hot water pipes behind it but it’s a very noticeable heat from behind the mirror

Novotel consistently offers beds with good support and fiber quality and a wonderful hot shower with good water pressure. If you must work away from home, then it's great knowing you will consistently get these creature comforts.

Novotel was a lovely stay , great restaurant food was delicious . Gym was good but pretty standard . Staff members were okay . The room was a nice size cleaned regularly. Location was fantastic close to all the shops , sea front station close by lots to do in the local area .

No climate control in the room had me sweating several night. I attempted to use the room service phone but it was always busy which resulted in me downloading a food delivery app to feed myself some days instead of sitting in the restaurant. Otherwise, it was clean and the view was nice.
