My stay at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu was truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked into the establishment, the Duty Manager's attention to detail was remarkable. They went out of their way to ensure my check-in was smooth and that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and personalized care truly stood out. The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed. The breakfast itself was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The location, while a little far from the centre of Istanbul, is nestled in a fancy neighborhood with vibrant nightlife and entertainment options just 350 meters away. It's the perfect mix of a peaceful retreat and a lively, fun atmosphere nearby. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. 😊

The hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly at reception. We had just arrived after a 24-hour flight and they were very helpful and understanding of our tiredness and made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and tidy and has great views across the water. The train station is an easy walking distance from the hotel. The rest of the staff we encountered during our stay we all very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel as a frequent traveler it was one of the best.

the baby cot was broken ... the toilet is so small and no comfort , the water push was old and not clean ... but it is nice view and near to Fişekhane resturants ..
