We had a great experience mostly at your hotel. The staff especially Engin and Dawood were super helpful and friendly. They made a point of getting to know us. Berkay at reservations provided us with great service and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was boiling hot to the point it made me unwell when I asked for the aircon to be switched on I was brought a heated fan. It made the overall stay unpleasant and I hardly slept as although the window latch was taken off to open the window it didn't massively help. However I can fault the breakfast and the staff here.

The elevator to the parking lot was constantly mulfunctioning. I had to carry my luggages two floors up and down at arrival and departure.
