During my stay, i called the room service to provide me with two bottles of water to feed my newborn baby. It took them three and half our and didn’t provide. I had to walk down to the main desk and take them my self. The front office employee said that it has been provided two complementary bottles when you called. And that was not true.

New Year’s Eve almost ruined

I had an unpleasant stay. The hotel itself is very simple, my room was ok and the building definitely needs a renovation. The location is good( 15 min walking to the metro). My frustration was with the staff, specifically in the restaurant. We checked in and I asked reception if I needed a booking for the restaurant to have dinner( it was New Year’s Eve) and I was told that the restaurant was quiet with nothing going on, just pop in to be served. I went there to have dinner and the staff were unprepared and sloppy. We asked if we need to wait to be seated and the just waved us( pointing towards the tables). We waited for at least 20 minutes for someone bring the menus and take orders, which did not happened, then we saw people( a group) helping themselves in a buffet service. We decided go ahead and take the food as well( This was my mistake). Once we got our food, the guy who “ hosted” came to us straight said that we had to pay 1500 Turkish liras each(60 euros total) because we weren’t part of the group that was having a private dinner there( this was not mentioned by anyone before). The food was ok, nothing great for the price and we just got frustrated because how they treated us.

Rooms weren’t clean & i found a grocery bag and inside a drink in my room, room was so old and the bed was making noises, breakfast wasn’t good at all
