Very bad experience. Two nights of total misery. Hot and sweaty stay with no air circulation. Lousy breakfast No AC, open windows and the noise was booming.

The breakfast was nice. The hotel front desk was helpful, but a few trainees were a bit uneasy serving. Language was a big problem. Overall good stay.

We found the hotel at nice location; Metro was 10 minutes walk; bus stop was 1 minutes walk; and a food street just 3 minutes away where we can find lot of restaurants though slightly high end

Dear Mr. Erhan Lacin, During our recent stay at your hotel, we were initially given rooms that did not meet our expectations. After we mentioned this at the reception, your team kindly arranged better rooms for us, for which we are sincerely grateful. However, we would like to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred during our checkout. When we were leaving, the receptionist offered to arrange a taxi for us and asked for our flight time, which we provided. She informed us that the taxi would arrive in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the taxi arrived more than 40 minutes later, which caused us to miss our flight. As a result, we had to purchase new flight tickets and spend more than six hours waiting at Istanbul Airport. This caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses. We kindly ask you to look into this matter and, if possible, review the circumstances related to the taxi delay. We appreciate your understanding and assistance. Kind regards, Enis Kujović Mahir T.
