As a Front Office Manager within the same hotel group, I write this review with a professional eye and deep appreciation for the standards we strive to maintain. My experience at Ibis was overall positive, largely thanks to Erdim. ​Erdim is the definition of a 'Heartist.' His professionalism, genuine hospitality, and 'Extra Mile' attitude are outstanding. He practiced Anticipatory Service at its best—even lending me his personal Metro card to ensure my commute was seamless. This level of Ownership and Empowerment makes him a role model for all staff and a true asset to the Accor group. He deserves to be recognized for his leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction. ​I also want to commend Zahra for her constant smile and welcoming presence. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. ​However, I must provide constructive feedback regarding the night shift receptionist. Unfortunately, his lack of professional etiquette and transparency was disappointing. Honesty and a welcoming tone are the foundations of our industry, and his performance was a stark contrast to the excellence shown by Erdim and Zahra. I hope management provides him with the necessary training to align his service with the brand's standards. ​I look forward to returning and seeing Erdim in a well-deserved higher position.

Location is perfect, rooms need an update. We was staying there the year before and recieved a renovated room like the photos. This year we booked Sea view room and the room was smelling smoke so we changed but rooms doesnt look like the webpage photos as they are not renovated.

Very bad experience. Two nights of total misery. Hot and sweaty stay with no air circulation. Lousy breakfast No AC, open windows and the noise was booming.

The breakfast was nice. The hotel front desk was helpful, but a few trainees were a bit uneasy serving. Language was a big problem. Overall good stay.
