We went back to Movenpick after our last stay in Jul 24. The hotel and its team welcomed us back as a family member, starting from the check in to our suite upgrade all made us delighted. Onur is our champ alongwith the Accor desk Supervisor who personally went up to show us Marmara sea view suite and made us satisfied for what we were looking for. Gonca as always was always facilitating and other team members at reservations desk too. Breakfast though had lesser variety then last year, specially the main dishes were mostly beef only and no hummus and related salad bar items. Still they made us happy with amazing hospitality. This time we took half board for all 5 nights, here they had a set menu which obviously had a concern that you cant eat same food every night. Upon request we were offered couple of additional chicken items but I suggest to increase the options overall from main course to deserts. Quality of food and taste were next level and full marks on that to the team. With some suggestions and little areas to look into , Overall I would still rate 10/10 to Movenpick team. Keep up the great work until we meet again.

Close enough for a short taxi ride to main tourist attractions without the business of living in the centre of Istanbul. Hotel well maintained and staff friendly especially at the front desk.

The eooms are beautiful and have very modern fittings which are convenient. Rooms were clean and service was good, its located in a very pretty district with easy access to the train and resturants and cafes. The breakfast here is amazing. My only issue was that I was unable to get a non-smoking room

Honestly this is my second stay but this time i was so disappointed as i booked before 3 months a sea side rooms but they told me since its high season we cant give you the right room, its so unprofessional for such an hotel like this so they give me a room that is on a school side and everyday i woke up on the children voice which is really unsuitable so be careful guys for that.
