Got upgraded based on status but upgraded room felt very sparse given how big it is. Light switches were poorly designed. We came with a baby and when requested for a baby bath tub, the hotel said they dont have any. Not very young family friendly

From the arrival , when the taxi driver wanted to cheat on me, the manager on duty (Ismael) handled it in a professional manner. And the stay was great, food and confortable room. One hick is that some staffs help you and request to review them , thing I only see in Istanbul , no elsewhere. Normally , a good review is not requested. But it was only one staff , other did their jobs correctly.
