We had an event so we recommended this hotel to more than 30 guests - most of them had no air condition for the duration of their stay. Their rooms were done every morning and some non-smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was very poor and room service was not good either. This hotel needs a lot more improvement to become a proper 5 star hotel.

We are also sorry to hear about the issues with the room conditions, particularly the daily housekeeping and the unpleasant smell in the non-smoking rooms. We had a truly wonderful time during our recent stay at Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea. The hotel is virtually brand new and immaculately clean with outstanding amenities and customer service. All staff were professional, attentive, courteous and helpful at all times. A special shout out to Furkan, Sercan and Ataberk for their warm greetings and daily assistance at the front of the hotel; Ali and Eda for ensuring our pool visits were relaxing; the cleaning staff (forgot their names) for being so attentive to our requests and Merve and all staff at the restaurant for the personalised attention they showed us and our son and for accommodating my wife’s dietary needs. The restaurant offered an excellent spread of foods for breakfast, with slight variations on a daily basis. We treated ourselves to a suite which was extremely spacious and had picturesque sea views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was delightful. The hotel is walking distance to playgrounds, parks and the restaurants and shops at Fişekhane. We were able to easily catch a taxi to other tourist attractions. We look forward to visiting again upon return to Türkiye.
