We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. They even upgraded our room, which we’d requested. Although we didn’t spend much time at the hotel but when we were at the hotel, everything was easy to find and reach. The breakfast offered a great variety. And special thanks to Mr Onur at reception and the entire front office team for their attention and kindness.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (29 & 30 June). It is A. brand-new hotel, and overall my experience was very good. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and you can really feel that everything is new. The reception team was professional and welcoming, and in general the service and facilities were excellent. My only comments are about the gym and spa area. The gym has all brand-new Tecnogym equipment, which is great, but when I wanted to use it, it was full of members, and the instructor was using the bench and several machines for personal training, which made it A. bit uncomfortable for hotel guests to train. Also, the steam room was not working, the hammam had no steam, and there was A. bad smell coming from the toilet and in the spa area. Overall, it is A. very good hotel with excellent rooms and service, but the gym and spa area need more attention and better management.
