Very professional , helpful, kind workers. The morning breakfast is good and has varieties. John at the front desk has an unforgettable smile and welcoming attitude and very helpful. The metro is nearby too. The room was cleaned daily ,right size, nice view of the city. The area is quiet and we felt safe. The next door restaurant, ….Saadet, has delicious food and nice outdoor sitting area. I will go back.

Great hotel, staff are very friendly, even tho I had my reservation cancelled in less than 24h of my arrival without notice they were able to accommodate myself and my sweet family. Good location as well, short walk to the train which made everything smoother.
