Our spacious accommodations are designed to provide comfort for our guests, whether they are staying for a short or extended period. However, we regret to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the room temperature. While our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, we understand it didn't meet your expectations. We strive to maintain a comfortable environment for all our guests, and we'll review our climate control systems to ensure optimal performance. Regarding the ambient noise, we appreciate your feedback. Our hotel features double soundproof windows to ensure our guests have a tranquil stay.
