The terrace had not been cleaned - a full ashtray and rusty chairs. Poor lighting in the room which was impersonal and under furnished. Bathroom light set to go out after 3 seconds (yes really) with no natural light. Appallingly arranged and noisy breakfast room like a canteen in a kids school. The common public areas were uninspiring, impersonal. Checkin was slow and unorgaised. 3 staff doing one check in at a baldy arranged counter and my check in done in the 'back-office' which was a shambles of coats, bags, cables, files on the floor and other surfaces and desks piled high. No proper organised storage. An amazingly bad experience. The staff and the operations are obviously not looked after by the manager (if there is one - it gave the appearence of not being managed).
