Kind personnel. Needed to cancel my the last night, out of 4 booked nights, due to changed plans and had no problems at all. Refund for the cancelled night was instantly processed.

Easy to get to, very comfortable stay slept well, clean with everything I needed. Although a small bottle of water placed in the room would have been appreciated.

When you walk into reception you are met with outstanding decor. The decorations are awesome.
