The rooms are beautiful and really comfortable. Some bathrooms need a bit more light. The really bad experience is the breakfast. If you arrive at 9:15 a.m. (breakfast until 10:00), don't be surprised if you don't have pains au chocolat or croissants. The eggs are cold. There is no dough for the waffles, and the staff doesn't care at all. Two young girls are in the kitchen, not happy when you interrupt their discussion. No spoons or knives; they don't care. Honestly, they need a bit more training, and there has been no amelioration since December.

I have been there before and everything went fine except a delay in the start of the breakfast which impacted my day since I had to leave really early and could not enjoy my time. This time, I decided not to take breakfast to avoid leaving late, but I experience bad cleaning in the room. It really look like the cleaning was not done in the room. I found hairs and stains in the bathroom, stains etc.. Really bad to discover all this. It was really late when I arrived, and had to work, so when I used the bathroom it was already really late and I really did not appreciate the experience.
