The best feature of the hotel is the easy access to airport. I took the bus. The room was nice but they could pay a little more attention to cleanliness. Also, the only heating option is a small electric heater that has no chance to properly heat the room.

more than enough for our 1 night stay rior to our early flight the gentlemam working night shift at the reception kindly assisted us with the arranging transportation to the airport

When you arrive at the airport after a delayed flight in the pouring rain at 23.00 it would have been helpful for the hotel to advise on their booking confirmation that the airport has scarce taxis who do not want to take you such a short journey, and that you need to phone the hotel directly to arrange a taxi Ubers refused to attend After doing so, ( as advised by another customer who had just found this out) and the hotel taxi failing to arrive , and the hotel no longer answering their phone myself and 2 daughters did indeed walk in the dark - about 20 minutes with luggage The hotel rooms are so basic, there is no kettle or hairdryer, 2 plastic glasses for 3 people and what I can only describe as a shower in a portaloo type structure This is the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at and I will be asking the hotel for a refund
