We understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter discomfort with the room temperature; however, we have seen unusually high temperatures during the recent heatwave, and air conditioning isn’t typically required. Furthermore, our shuttle service operates with shared taxi transfers at 13€ per journey for up to four guests. Room was not great. Toilet smelt of damp and sewage. Listing advised AC but it was a small clip fan that was broken. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was only two plugs in the entire room - one at the desk and one at the sink. I booked this for one night due to airport being so far from brussels city centre, however i would not book it again. Only if i was really needing a place and even then, i would book the standard Ibis for better quality services. It is a budget hotel but this is very budget.
