Great location in the centre of charleroi which is very convenient, very helpful staff had no problem accommodating late check in after a delayed flight, beautiful room which was very spacious.

I really liked the breakfast, the breakfast area and reception area. I didn't like my room so much. The sink was brownish stained. I didn't have a bathrom door, that makes it cold while and after showering. The carpets were a bit dirty in my room and in the hallway of floor 3. I know that it is a problem if people dirty the floor on a huge carpet. That is a big pitty. I guess since Novotel is a very popular hotel it just gets used with the time. Nice staff. Great central location.

PERFECT LOCATION - SAFE AREA DESPITE ONLINE REVIEWS. LARGE WARM ROOM AND VERY QUIET. CLEAN SHEETS AND BATHROOM. TWO TOWELS PER PERSON. TWO TOWEL RACKS SO EASY DRYING SO NO NEED FOR DAILY CHANGING - THEY SAY THEY GIVE YOU 100 EXTRA POINTS EVERY DAY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE YOUR ROOM DONE ! ROOM 345 HAD THE SINK INSIDE BATHROOM . WE DIDN'T HAVE BREAKFAST . EXCELLENT FRONT DESK AND BAR STAFF. ONLY DOWNSIDE ARE THE NON-OPENING WINDOWS SO NO FRESH AIR THOUGH GOOD VENTILATION
