We had everything we needed in the room and the hotel is in the town centre with the car park directly underneath. Pity there was nothing to stir our tea with ;)

Friendly welcome at reception. This well-appointed hotel is centrally located and 10 minute stroll from Charleroi Central rail station. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The provision of tea and coffee making facilities was well received, especially upon arrival after a delayed journey. The room was quiet and the air conditioning performed well.

A very nice hotel at great location in Charleroi. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and an excellent bar. The room was beaufiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable! I was upgraded and got a suite, i would totally recommend it!
