Had a stopover on our way back to Germany. Great location - connected to the Rive Gauche mall. But what made this hotel great was the staff. Friendly and conscientious. The ONLY Accor hotel in EUROPE so far that acknowledged our Accor status upon checking in without any prompt and honoured the upgrade and late checkout benefits. Room service was good, one point our pizza came burnt but they replaced it with another dish. Executive room was a bit tired but for one night it was ok. Still we would return simply because of the staff which made the stay memorable. Keep up the good work!

I've spent the night in a suite, to room is great. However, for the dinner, I took a nomeat burger, at 23€, and for the cost, the quality was really low.

Great location in the centre of charleroi which is very convenient, very helpful staff had no problem accommodating late check in after a delayed flight, beautiful room which was very spacious.
