I stay at this Novotel frequently because of the wonderful staff, clean / fresh rooms, and good location (situated near a shopping mall and various restaurants). As temperatures got above 35 degrees Celcius, the rooms got very hot and I needed to run the airco to the max to be able to sleep. I ve been ill (sore throat and general cold) for the past week.

Booked room with double and sofa bed. There was no bed linen for the sofa bed. So i rang reception for duvet covers and pillows. We didnt have any sheets or pillow cases. On a positive note the room had a fanastic shower and was very quiet.

Only needed a room for two nights so didn't used any hotel facilities. Room was good - large, clean, comfortable bed. But the basin in the room was awful - such a bad design, no plug so one washed with running water. Not very environmental. And who wants to be watched doing their teeth?
