A very nice hotel at great location in Charleroi. The breakfast was very good. Very friendly staff and an excellent bar. The room was beaufiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable! I was upgraded and got a suite, i would totally recommend it!

An okay stay

We had an okay overnight stay at the hotel before our early flight home the next day. The staff both on check in and the bar were very friendly. The room was okay, could have done some a little bit of maintenance but nothing to put us off. It was fit for purpose. Travelling with our young family we were a bit uneasy by a group of undesirable people loitering outside. I’m not sure if the presence of the police made us feel any easier as they didn’t do much. Although the hotel can’t help this it Ultimately this led to us being very disappointed that the hotel restaurant/kitchen wasn’t open at the weekend and we had no choice but to venture out to eat. This would be one of the main reasons for us not to return. Note that the location for the hotel is wrong on google maps.

Visiting to attend a concert nearby, hotel was very clean, staff attentive and professional. Only issue was the clothes rail in room was broken from the wall and hadn't been repaired plus no large mirror anywhere. Otherwise, the room was perfect.
