The hotel and the room were good, but I had a problem in the check-out. The hotel charged me in 86 Euros for Dry cleaning, but I neve asked this kind of service. The front desk refunded me with cash, but I didn't like with this attitude from the hotel charging me this service.

Good hotel, good location in the center near and behing shopping mall. room was nice and bigger with acceptable bed quality. Breakfast correct (but coffe and milk not really hot from the machine). Good hotel if you are in the center.

In 24 years of business travel, I have never come across such an under-performing hotel. They have built a fantastic facility and left it to inexperienced youngsters to run. I'm 46 and felt like the old guy by a long shot. That would be fine but arriving there on a weeknight for a business trip, it was like walking into a rave. The receptionist had to walk around the counter to shout in my ear. No food available. Nowhere to stand even. Dancing spilling over into reception but the room was quiet. The rooms themselves are fine. Modern with all the facilities and great TVs. Good selection of channels. Breakfast was rock bottom. It doesn't get any worse. Dirty cutlery on the table. No additional cutlery available. No spoons available on any morning ... I didn't bother going on the last morning. Food was left out overnight in the bar area. Very messy, fragmented. No juice. Terrible coffee. Very small quantities available with 1 person tending to breakfast whilst also cleaning the bar area. This hotel has hundreds of rooms but a 15cm plate of assorted meats was available at any moment, sometimes stocked, sometimes not. Milk maybe? There was bread but it was not fresh. You could boil your own eggs but the water wasn't hot enough. Crush you own juice but after 5 minutes of trying, we all gave up. You'd need to set aside an additional 15-20 minutes to get a glass of juice. Nobody in the room had worked at it long enough. There was some scrambled eggs which became the morning option. It was not worth it. After breakfast, Brunch starts and they bring a few more items out but this is not included in the hotel stay. The bar has a great selection of beers but long spells of no staff ..... like reception. The "Back in 5 minutes" sign needs revision .... I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to reception before I could check out. A chef wondered by and we all wondered why there was a chef to be honest. Definitely will not be going back to this hotel.

We had an afterwork party on the thursday where all of our guest and especially our ALL members were welcoming too. To be honest, I am quite surprised that no food was available as we had some guest at the restaurant and the mezzanine that were eating. Concerning our reception, please rest assured that this is an exception as they are usually always there. In the other hand, I took good notes of your remarks concerning the breakfast and the food and this is unnaceptable; Rest assured that the appropriate measure will be taken ! The room was very good. your gym is ok, service was ok. The breakfast was however not good. A lot of food was missing, and I left the breakfast unsatisfied and still hungry.

Very pleasant and good overall, would be helpful if there is a multi lingual sign in the elevator. The parking garage was very busy at the time I arrived and it was quite a challenge to find the right way to exit and find my way back to the hotel again.

Modern, well located hotel in Charleroi. Standard rooms are small and lack natural lighr, suites are much better. We had some problems getting the maid to clean the room. Reception staff was helpful.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The bar has a good selection of food and drinks. The only downside is the large group of Asians who have been here on several occasions: it means no plates at breakfast, no pain au chocolat, no yoghurt, no fruit and no place to sit. Because I am here to work I do not have a lot of time to wait for the group to leave the hotel. It has been a real problem for me.

very nice rooms although the open bathroom is not functional restaurant and bar food not good as a 4 star hotel, breakfast follow the same pattern. Reception not great Gym is not a gym, is a small closet room with 4 equipments

I called the taxi via the receptionist. When I check out, the receptionist hasn't instructed the taxi driver is sitting very near the reception. Because his wearing looked a tourist, I couldn't find him and I walked three times between the road and the reception (2nd floor). I tried to ask the receptionist, but he refuse to answer because he needed to accomodate other customers.

Regularly visit this hotel. This time I stayed in an Executive Room. Although the room was large i was disappointed to find that the bathroom is overlooked by an office block. This wouldn't be a problem if there was blind over the window, however there was just a thin piece of net curtain meaning that when you switched the light on in the room/bathroom it became completely see through to anyone looking in. I opted not to have breakfast this stay due to my previous experiences with a poor selection and exceptionally busy eating area. However on a positive note the staff at reception were extremely friendly on this visit, could not fault them. I would still return to this hotel regardless of the above points as the location is convenient and the hotel is modern, well maintained and clean throughout.

Booked a superior TWIN but allocated double and after arriving late had to wait over 1/2 hour for this to be sorted, finally got standard twin.

We only ask the credit card you used for reservation for your own safety as much as ours. If we don't have it , policy requires a payment with another physical card. Indeed as I was present during your check in, I called supervisors to make sure payment was clear and above all, safe. Payment was finally authorized, which means the we did all we could to solve the matter and at the fastest. Once again, we do this only for safety reasons. First given room was not up to standards at all due to a bad odour in the room. Was immediately offered another one so that was quickly resolved which was great! Open rooms (open baht), for me, are a big NO NO, specially when you pay at least €100 a night. Maybe something to consider. Staff are amazing and always ready to help and solve problems 10/10! Still satisfied overall seen that I’m going to continue to stay every week as planed.
