Overall it was a nice stay. What could be improved is the breakfast, where the food assortment could be a bit bigger, the ham was more cooked than fried and croissant where more re-baked than fresh and crispy.

Had to stay overnight for flight out of Charleroi. Happy when arrived as super new and super clean. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Took dinner in hotel and food was good. All in all, slept well ate well and set me good for my flight

Perfect room and very nice staff, but very limited breakfast. No fruit, except one kind of apple (which is out of season). Poor bread quality. Tasteless scrambled eggs (as if made with egg powder rather than fresh eggs). Limited choice in general.

Perfect stay in the center of Charleroi! Easy to park. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, I received a very nice clean room with a big Tv :) due to covid breakfast option was really well organised, lot's of choice and delicious and definitely more then enough.

Worst Hotel Visit Ever

When we checked into our room on the first night the room temperature was 22* and I set the room temperature to 18*. By the middle of the night it was 24* and very uncomfortable. The first thing the next morning I went down to the front desk and asked for instructions on how to set the thermostat. It seemed pretty straight forward and I have used numerous thermostats in many hotel chains on several continents. The front desk person showed me how to set the thermostat and my wife and I left the hotel for the day with our dog. When we returned in the evening the room temperature was 25*!!! We asked for a different room and were given the room next door and experienced the same thing the next night. 25* at 2am. For the third night we were “upgraded” to a suite and that room was 26* in the middle of the night. I took time-stamped pictures of the thermostat showing 26* and a setting of 18*. When we were doing our late check out Monday evening, the room was 20*. The technician had come and fixed the hotel’s HVAC. The manager(s) should have called the technician over the weekend. It probably isn’t even legal to leave my dog in the room with the temperatures of 26*. The local animal cruelty prevention society would take my dog away, fine me, and send me to jail.

Very nice hotel in the hart of the City! Good parking under ground, on the parking of the shopping center. Everything just around the corner. Unfortunately during this stay Gym was closed and breakfast was very small because of corona measurements! But staff was great as always!

The hotel and the room were good, but I had a problem in the check-out. The hotel charged me in 86 Euros for Dry cleaning, but I neve asked this kind of service. The front desk refunded me with cash, but I didn't like with this attitude from the hotel charging me this service.

Good hotel, good location in the center near and behing shopping mall. room was nice and bigger with acceptable bed quality. Breakfast correct (but coffe and milk not really hot from the machine). Good hotel if you are in the center.
