Room lacked basic things like no blind/ curtain on velux window which meant day light entered early hours I.e poor sleep! TV did not switch on , room was poorly lit at night ( just 1 small wall lamp and 2 table lamps ) , used chewing gum stuck to a cardboard information triangle left on the bed. We brought this to the attention of night staff who couldn't offer any alternative rooms. Next morning, spoke to the reception desk before checking out but no apologies were offered . We have wrote 2 complaint emails already addressed to the manager. However, there have been no acknowledgement/ responses to the emails sent so far!

Conveniently situated hotel on our return journey from Milan to Calais. Ample free parking. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Comfortable bed.
