We had a flight a 6am on Tuesday 24/3. So we decided to stay there and leave the cars and take a shuttle. We booked the shuttle via mail (and the shuttle back via the receptionist). It cost 35€ for 1.5km travel, fine we travelled with a person in a wheelchair. At 4am they told us they needed to charge us 50€ per car, we were in a rush for the airport, had no choice. So they forced the park, sleep and fly formula on us. (50€ is the same cost as the parking in the airport!) On the website it stated free parking. Worst thing is on Thursday 26/3: the shuttle never showed up. We had to wait 40 minutes with a disabled person in the freezing cold. We called, they had the audacity to tell us we never ordered the shuttle; I have a green coupon that says otherwise. They also asked us for the flight number and told us we just needed to head to the hotel shuttle on the parking. We finally ordered an Uber. 100€ for 2 days of parking; we could have just parked at the airport and avoided all the hassle. I demand a refund for the service not provided and the 'Free parking' mentioned on the website.

This is one of our business rooms, usually sold between €120.00 and €130.00, which was provided to you without any additional charge. Regarding the parking, we would like to point out that the information we received did not include a request for long-term parking for two vehicles. This service is part of our “Park, Sleep & Fly” package, which is clearly indicated on our website at a rate of €53.00 per car. The total amount of €106.00 charged corresponds to the standard pricing for this service. The parking is free during the stay, not outside of it. Concerning the shuttle, according to the information provided by both our reception team and our telephone operator, the waiting time was approximately 20 minutes rather than 40 minutes as mentioned. Unfortunately, based on these elements, we are not able to proceed with a refund. We remain at your disposal should you wish to discuss this matter further. Holet is nearby to Charleroi airport. It has a free parking. We just booked this hotel for night halt and it was very good for that.

When I booked my hotel room it proceeded payment but it hasn't been charged the amount of my booking. You blocked 130% of my booking price on my credit card and then your confirmation said I need to pay again whole amount 100% in person on the spot. I did and I was asking why is your system forcing and holding more money than it is in my confirmation. No answer system has been set up like it is. We can't do anything about it. The refund has been made one week later. I wanted to pay whole price of my booking straight away online

Perfect location comfy rooms good restaurant, expensive transfer though and unexpected deposit for the room - never experienced this with other Accor locations
