It was a bit hard to get to the hotel when arri ing at the airport at 23:00. However, once in the hotel everything was fine. Good basic clean room. Friendly staff both at the front desk and at the bar.

The hotel was OK. Small clean room with 2 single beds and a small shower room. Although the hotel is close.to the airport it is difficult to get to from the airport. We arrive around 11pm and were unable to get a taxi despite trying apps and local taxis there was nothing available. After waiting for over 40 minutes we had to make the 45 minute walk to the hotel. Similar on our early morning return journey no taxi's or rides available. We asked at reception and they told us about a shuttle bus that would have been too late for our flight. Again we had.to walk to the airport. While the lack of taxis is not the hotel's fault, it is the reason that I would not book this hotel again.

The air conditioner is very noisy. The wall is thin and I can hear people next door.

We had a late arrival & early start so didn’t see much of the hotel, but the room was clean & very comfortable. The room layout was perfect for our family with an adjoining single room separated by a sliding door. Just what we needed for a short overnight stay - would recommend.

It is located near to Charleroi airport. There is a paid shuttle service from and to the airport. The rooms were clean. To my surprise, the restaurant was exceptionally good. The food was excellent and delicious. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it.

The hotel is a standard, decent place to stay. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water, the comfortable wide bed, and the fact that the hotel is quite new. However, our bed linen was dirty when we arrived. We asked for it to be changed, but our request was refused. In the end, we had to ask for clean duvet covers and two duvets so we could make the bed ourselves. This was disappointing and not the level of service we expected.

We arrived at around 11 pm, with a taxi company working with the hotel ( point of improvement: at the acquisition of the accommodation from trip.com, it was not mentioned that the hotel offers transport with this taxi company; we found out asking for cabs at the airport). At our arrival, the receptionist was extremely kind and offered us help with the trip to Spa GP, in terms of directions and small tips and tricks. Also, please note that the google.maps said that is a 15 minutes trip by foot to the hotel, while it was around 1h and only 10 by car.

We stayed one night here because our flight landed too late to travel into Brussels. I was worried about getting transport to the hotel that late, but taxis were right outside the airport, even though it was after midnight! The staff was great, spoke several languages, and we're very helpful. Shuttle service back to the airport was easy to use. Breakfast was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice machine!
