Rooms and staff are ok. Quite quiet for being close to airport. Shuttle service (own bus) was good although driver was bullshitting all the time. When I came back, shuttle bus was not available so hotel sent taxi (Sympa Taxi), which did not pop up. Several drivers from the same company disposed other passengers at the airport but were not informed I was waiting for a cab. After 5 calls with the hotel and 45' I took a cab to the hotel myself (also the same taxi company). The hotel is there for people who have early flights and is certainly convenient - also for parking your car (50 Euro surplus for 10 days including shuttle - I only parked for 2 days but I considered it worth). However the shuttle service was below the expected. I strongly recommend to seek for another taxi partner.

My room looked nice, but in detail it lacked maintenance. For example, the toilet drain kept getting stuck and the water flowed endlessly making a noise that almost prevented me from sleeping. Even the power outlets seemed almost to be supported and not fixed. Conplementary kit practically non-existent, only shampoo and conditioner o not high quality.
