It's surprisingly high level of hospitality by Ibis. It isn't look like Ibis in Switzerland or Austria. Very comfortable and quiet. I'm definitely advise to stay in Aero 44 at Charleroi . Early check in was possible . I completely satisfied

Very very noisy bar, which for hotel primarily used for early airport departures not great, Shower enclosure very poor and came off runners every time it was used. Tv in room didn’t work and told by receptionist just unplug!

My stay on this occasion was spoilt because of 2 party type events during my stay. No where to park, restaurant service below standard, groups of people passing through the restaurant singing, no sitting space outside of the restaurant. There was insufficient staff to manage the number of people in the dining bar area. An official complaint was made which generated a professional response with a genuine apology.

I stayed one night only staff at reception is very helpful. It was quiet and comfy beds. They were also able to check me in earlier. Excellent service
