Very pleased with my overnight stay.Spotlessly clean.Staff very pleasant and helpfull.We ate in the restaurant which was a lovely experience but for one thing. PLEASE PLEASE get some paper menus for people to pick their choices.Your scan system does not suit everyone and is very off putting,especially for the older generation.

I was in business trip and I was very tired thats why I was looking for relaxing atmosphere and inexpensive room in hotel near airport. ibis Styles Charleroi Airport Aero 44 met my expectations. I really rested well and everything was acceptable: modern room, fresh air and bedding, comfortable furniture, tasty food. You ask me why - 8. I would like to have usual slippers. Briefly summing up, I will advise that hotel for my friends and collegues

Polite service and a rather nice bar/restaurant. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, so using the shuttle service or a taxi is essential.

Overpriced and poor quality

The receptionist was friendly. That was the best thing. Other than that the location was poor, the room was tatty. Plug sockets coming off the walls, an electrical fault on one of the lights making it turn on and off on its own and worse of all the bathroom door didn’t fit properly and wouldn’t close. There was also a nasty smell of rotting vegetables in the room which was probably the drains. I won’t stay in another Ibis styles as a result.
