Our team takes pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, and it's great to know that our reception staff was helpful and able to provide you with an adaptor. We appreciate your feedback regarding the breakfast and the absence of a kettle in the room. While we don't provide tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, our bar is open 24/7 for your convenience. Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our convenient location for shopping and train access to Brussels. We understand your concerns regarding the modern decor in the bedroom. Our rooms were last renovated in 2017, and we strive to maintain a comfortable and updated atmosphere for our guests. For long stays, sheets are changed every two days, but guests can request daily housekeeping for towel exchanges if needed.
