My car was broken into parking at the front of the hotel. I was not advised to use the secure parking on my arrival , only after my car was damaged

Dear Simon, Thank you for taking the time to share details of your recent experience. We’re really sorry to hear about what happened to your car and understand how upsetting that must have been. Unfortunately, the areas directly in front of the hotel are not designated parking spaces and are part of the public street. For this reason, we always inform guests on arrival and offer our secure parking lot for €12.50 per night, as we cannot guarantee the safety of vehicles parked elsewhere. That said, we regret if this information did not feel clear to you at the time, and we truly wish this situation had been avoided. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue to emphasize parking instructions as clearly as possible to prevent similar incidents in the future. You may want to teach your employees to actually ask and verify your customer's email addresses instead of entering random email addresses like mine. They fucked up and they're the reason for this negative review. Now remove my email from everything and anything related to your company and do not bother replying until that is 100% done.

As someone traveling to Belgium for the first time and looking for hotel accommodations, this location was extremely disappointing. Please do not let the photos and reviews of this place fool you. Service was poor and the room itself was even more disappointing. We didn’t even stay a night for a four night booking. If you’re traveling to the area, I would recommend looking elsewhere first.
