Upgraded to suite with terrace access and room was amazing and well designed. Location is slightly out of town so a bit of a trek but great view on to river Reception was often not manned and casino line was priority at the weekend Good offer to give chips to join casino - would recommend that if you want to go to the casino that you register in the early evening / afternoon to avoid lines.

Overall hotel is well maintained, but key card was deactivated next day and require reset to return to room after full day of work. And line up at reception was super long and waited for over 20 mins to obtain service.

Hotel room size and design are good. Good location. Pillow was smelling, sound proofing of room not good. Slippers and bath rope only available at reception while the hotel has a spa. Guests bringing in bags and phones into the spa.
