I have received charges by the hotel to my personal card despite has been booked by my company. The hotel is charging me to my card the taxes in period of time I am not in the hotel, that means that the hotel uses my card number and made payments without my authorization, I have ask the bank and the told me this can be considered as a fraud. Delete all my data from your system.

nice hotel and room service not OK, sent a message via their chat box (as requested by the hotel) but never got an answer Spa is not a spa, one hammam and one sauna, not even a shower. This was not known when booking nor when hotel sent confirmations nor at the reception

the reception was good, so is the room. However, at first, when arriving to the room, the door was somehow blocked even if the cards were correctly activated. Had to go downstairs to get someone. Also, there were no notification of a possibility to book the restaurant while checking in to the room. This should be added as when we arrived at the hotel, we were notified the restaurant was fully booked and we couldn't eat on site.

The hotel is very well located, closed to Citadell and city center. Room is spacious with a modern bathroom and has the amenities, such as complimentary water and coffee. Hotel staff is friendly and professional.
