Windows cannot be opened. And A/C was not working. No fresh air and room is moist. Did not get any sleep. Called receptionist in the middle of the night to have someone check the A/C but they did not send anyone as promised. Recommend room with window (avoid suite!!) Horrible experience.

Location is great Staff is friendly But we both slept terrible (woke up with back pain) and in the curtains don’t cover completely the windows which made we were awake at 6 with the sun while on holiday you hope to sleep longer We arrived at 9h45 for the breakfast and there was almost no bread anymore and the staff didn’t put any extra bread One of the staff members was already preparing the table for the lunch and she just put her hands in the glasses I’m pretty sure her hands were clean but it just something not done we thought
