Overall hotel is well maintained, but key card was deactivated next day and require reset to return to room after full day of work. And line up at reception was super long and waited for over 20 mins to obtain service.

Hotel room size and design are good. Good location. Pillow was smelling, sound proofing of room not good. Slippers and bath rope only available at reception while the hotel has a spa. Guests bringing in bags and phones into the spa.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and speak English. The beds are very very comfortable and the gym facilities are very nice. It is right at the bottom of the hill of the castle and is on the water having nice view. Great for a nice walk right out of the door. Parking is very expensive in the car park and food in the restaurant was also not very cheap.

Great location to explore Namur - below citadel on river bank and short walk - 10 mins into shopping centre and 7 mins to base of cable car. Easy to find hotel in Namur with car. Free street parking or reduced rate in carpark with barriers next door. Warm and lovely welcome from reception staff - Celine spoke English and explained everything perfectly. Room large and spacious. View of river. Quiet. Very comfortable bed. Large powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and bottled water included in rate paid.
