Everything was really fine: friendly and helpfull reception, clean and calm spa, perfect cleaning service, tasty breakfast. The room is full of all needed things, bathrobes, towels and bed are comfortable.

Location quite good, no bar, spa never used as women only 8-10 and wanted to go with my husband in the morning, very comfortable bed, dining room should be redesigned as have to squeeze past people at breakfast, lower floor front rooms noisy from traffic

We stayed two nights, arriving late on Friday and coming back on Sunday after a night elsewhere. The hotel is brand new and very clean, and the rooms are nice. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are amazing. The front desk and concierge team were very friendly both times. Breakfast was great, though the single espresso machine was slow and the breakfast area could use more capacity for the number of guests. The gym is small but well equipped, and prices were good. Choose your room side carefully. The street side has very nice views from the higher floors but can be noisy. The back is calmer, but other buildings are right behind it and people can see straight into your room, so you get little privacy there. A few things could be better. Check-in was slow, especially the passport registration. On our second night one room had a broken toilet seat. The biggest point: we weren't told up front that this is a traditional-concept hotel. It serves no alcohol, and the spa has separate hours for men and women. That surprised us for an Accor/Mövenpick property. As a mixed group of friends we would have loved to enjoy the spa together and have a drink in the evening, as many European visitors would. Had we known, we would probably have chosen another hotel. Please make this much clearer on the booking page. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's a good choice if these house rules suit you.

We checked in on the 4th. Within hours we discovered water leaking out of the ceiling in the shower. We reported it and were promised a room change. That change took four hours and three separate phone calls to reception, because apparently nobody at this property talks to anybody else. Four hours of our holiday spent chasing staff who kept assuring us it was “being handled.” That was the warm-up. On the 6th, the shower in our new room refused to drain. Water poured out of the bathroom and flooded the room — soaking our shoes and our luggage. We called. It took thirty minutes for anyone to bother turning up to look at a flooded room. Then we were told to pack up everything ourselves and haul it to a room on the first floor. We arrived to find that room hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready. So they moved us again, this time into an accessible room that also hadn’t been cleaned — filthy toilets, photos attached. Because of all this we missed our morning Bosphorus cruise with breakfast, which was booked and paid for, and the rest of the day’s schedule collapsed with it. That was our main sightseeing day in Istanbul — gone, spent standing in corridors with wet suitcases waiting for someone to find us a clean room. Three rooms in three days, two floods, and a day of our holiday we don’t get back. The one thing I’ll say in this hotel’s favour: the staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout. Nobody was rude to us. But friendliness doesn’t dry your luggage, unblock a drain, or get you onto a cruise you’ve already missed. No manager ever stepped in, no meaningful apology was offered, and no compensation was even mentioned. The people were pleasant; the operation behind them was a shambles. A hotel at this price point and this brand name should be able to manage a shower drain. It should certainly be able to hand a guest a clean room when it has caused the problem twice. Title: Great stay, but Silver late check-out benefit was not available I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The accommodation was at a good standard, the service was solid, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Unfortunately, I was unable to take advantage of my Silver status privilege for late check-out. It was a bit disappointing, as this is one of the benefits I value most. I understand it may be subject to availability, but it would have been nice if it could have been arranged. Apart from that, everything was fine, and I would happily stay here again.

Friendly staff. I was given a room with a okay view then I asked to the staff an availability of a room with a better view. I enjoyed the view all my 3 nights stay. Thank you for your help for my request. The hotel is well decorated and very clean. My stay was super comfortable.

Property is close to a bus station, metro and tram are approx 500-600m away. Location is decent, although it is not a tourist destination. Rooms are comfortable with all basic amenities. One thing i like for International travellers is rooms are equipped with C-Type and USB-A adapters for charging so you need not worry about travelling with converters. Would have loved a room with city view but all these rooms are higher variant rooms.

Was expecting upgrade as a platinum member Inspire of availability on application and other booking websites they said hotel sold out Which means they don’t consider loyalty

Well situated modern hotel, good breakfast, not spacious rooms, lack of training for reception staff.

All went well except the venue of breakfast which was highly uncomfortable due to several reasons including the tables in a tiny corridor, heat due to bunring sunlight through windows & inefficient ACs, food quality and variety was hopeless plus the small number of waiters who were not only untrained but careless most likely due to less in numbers and unable to speak or understand English. How can a reputed hotel depute people who can't communicate with guests, mostly international tourists.

We got lucky and stayed in the hotel while it is just 4-5 months into the opening. Rooms are comfy, we thoughtful little details, elegant colors. The hotel felt luxurious to us. Incredible view from the rooftop. Personnel was attentive and always helpful

I genuinely didn’t like the stuff, they weren’t really polite. In the room the conditioner got us sick, as it either make it super cold because give the cold straight to the bed or it becomes super becomes hot.
