Breakfast should be more and fast than this. International Buffet, especially the Japanese section, was very slow and had very limited refills each time. It wasn’t sufficient for the number of customers, and items like tuna were rarely brought out. I wasn’t very impressed with the taste of the food, but the staff provided excellent service.

everything you would expect from Novotel. Great! the hot water from the shower should be more consistent.
