I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Rayong Star Convention Center. The hotel is very comfortable and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. I especially appreciated how convenient everything was — from a variety of food options to easy access for travelling to any places and nearby entertainment. The facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The room was clean and the staff provided very good service, including the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping teams. This is our third time staying here and we are very impressed. However, the passenger elevator is quite small, and the bathroom floor is rather slippery. Our grandfather mentioned that water from the shower area flows outside, so we had to place towels along the floor all the way to the toilet to absorb the water because it was very slippery.

If you are looking for an international quality hotel in downtown Rayong you have found it. Go ahead and book. The rooms are modern, well equipped, comfortable and have Netflix on the HD TVs. You are a short walk from the night market and shops and of course at the convention center. The staff made my stay particularly easy by fixing the mistakes I had made in my booking and ordering So helpful when they could have done nothing!
