Stayed at Novotel Rayong Star Convention Centre recently and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was also nicely designed with complete amenities. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. Special thanks to Khun Pla for the warm hospitality and excellent service during the stay. Breakfast had a good variety of both Thai and international dishes, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, with restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Overall, a great choice in Rayong with good service and excellent value for money.

The accommodation is convenient and comfortable, located near important places. The food is delicious, and the staff are polite and very helpful, providing great recommendations. However, the buffet should be improved, as some items were not sufficiently available despite being a buffet—for example, the salmon ran out. Thank you.

Location – The venue is conveniently located near the local market and Rayong city center. Service – The staff provided excellent support throughout, from the preparation phase through to the event day. Price – The pricing is very reasonable, with some services exceeding expectations, such as the meals and coffee breaks. Remarks – Areas for improvement: Some participants reported minor issues with in-room equipment (e.g., hair dryer was broken but no replacement). I also experienced a clogged drain in my room. However, the technician responded promptly and resolved the issues quickly, which was greatly appreciated.
