All very good for the stay except shower. Very difficult to adjust Hot and Cold shower for all 7 nights stay. Keeping H/C valve balance but sometime too hot sometime too cold (mostly too hot) without any touching the valve. Not only my room, as checked this issue happened to my colleagues as well. If the hotel can solve this issue then all will be perfect. Regards

This trip, the stay was good in some area and lacking in some area. Good Area 1. The breakfast is always excellent. 2. Receptionist are always welcoming. Lacking Area 1. The gym multiple functions machine was not repair since my last trip. Is almost 2 months and not repair was done. 2. The room conditions in 1818 is not very ideal. Control panel at the entrance was badly installed. Pain and silicone stain mark in shower room and toilet. 3. Washing tap at entrance came off. 4. Internet can be improved.

The way receptionist answer. Very few parking lot
