Accor were great allowing us to change our booking due to Covid19. The hotel itself didn't tell us they closed the pool, gym and other things. We would have postponed our visit if we had have been told. We came to this hotel for it's amenities. The people inthe restaurant would clean tables after each guest then reset the tables without once sanitizing or washing their hands. In a time when Covid19 is racing throughout the world you would expect a huge hotel chain would do everything they could the protect staff and customers. We stayed 4 nights and saw the same thing every morning.

It is good to know that hotel well suited to your stay and enjoyed the breakfast service. On the contrary, I apologies for the inconvenience that you have faced due to the short closure notice of our facilities. As you, arrival was on 18th March and we received the short notice from local authorities to close the facilities on the same day in afternoon for the Covid-19 situation. We had to comply with the new law and it was unfortunate that we could not send any notice to you in advance since we were also not aware of it until that day. We are following all necessary measures to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our products and we will make sure that team will be taking strong actions on it. Good room but a bit small, nice swimming pool

I would say this was a very different stay as covid-19 had just started so not easy but the hotel could improve a few things regardless

There were problem with air conditioning in both room that I booked. The night was uncomfortable.

Over all stay was great. But found two insect in the bed room, that was not nice. No proper parking for car with hight 2.25m. Must park beside parking building.. expected near by the front area.

I impressed Operations manager, Guest service agent team, and Life safeguard team because they help me to find my cross body bag there were purse and Iphone. Finally, they found it. I used airline voucher to stay at this hotel but once the call center who receive my reservation request know my ALLs platinum status, he head helped to indicated in the reservation note and at the hotel they also upgrade my room and provide welcome drink as usual.

We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Resort Pattaya, staff were friendly and very helpful and made the stay first class. Room was neat and tidy and well cleaned as was the pool and public areas. Only criticism was breakfast buffet which was adequate but boring. However would recommend to others and return myself

I never chose Mercure before. But this hotel changed my mind. I got excellent warm greetings upon checked in. Front desk team were friendly and helpful. The lady who helped me to check in was a professional manager. She arranged an Ocean View Room, and the View was extremely excellent. The concierge was nice too. I wanted to write down all the staffs’ names, but I was too shamed to stare at their name tags. I liked the little boy during afternoon shift, who dressed a blue uniform, as he was cute. I liked the boy with the glasses in front desk upon checked out, cause he was nice too. I also like all the girls, because they were always smiling. The housekeeping was good too. My room was always clean as a new one every day. Hope to come back in future. The Mercure Ocean resort brings me an unforgettable experience.

The food was great in the restaurant, excellent location (5 minutes walk to the night markets and malls). The bathroom was a bit shady tho, the sink was constantly leaking. Shower temperature was unstable. Overall we had a good stay.
