The customer service is good. The rooms are outdated, chips, cracks, faded etc. when opening sliding doors for fresh air, there seems to be water build up on tiles and mirrors. Hot water in shower cuts in and out, does not remain the same temperature, gets extremely hot when it when it changes and you have to step out of the shower until it kicks back into set temperature. This has happened on multiple stays at Mercure Pattaya. A lot of bug and ants, despite being on level 15. No aircon in elevators. Plumbing drainage issues, i had to call the hotel to get a plumber out twice. I cant complain about the customer service. Mercure needs to invest money into renewing rooms

Nice hotel in north pattaya, very close to the beach road and a few minutes walk to terminal 21. There is a 7/11 opposite the hotel. 2 big pools in the hotel.rooms are clean and confortable, wifi is fast.

Hotel is close to everything. Walking distance to beach road, malls and tourist attraction. Hotel is clean with a mini water park. Food is excellent with top notch stop. It was a good experience and not bad for a same day booking.
