I am a regular guest at this hotel and this is my third disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the service has continued to get worse instead of better. The front desk staff were very rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect or willingness to assist guests. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The room maintenance was also very poor. The room was not properly maintained, cleanliness was below expectations, and several issues were ignored despite being reported. I have stayed at Accor properties many times, so I expected much better service and hospitality. Sadly, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff behavior, and pays more attention to room maintenance. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel and will reconsider staying here again. Overall Rating: 1/10
