Most of the part was great Friendly staff (especially Ms. Nong nong at the bar) Good pool Nice option (My glass) The following will be some of the parts that could be improved (since it was Songkran Substitution holiday, there were too many people but if things get back to normal then it should be better if it was improved) 1. Elevator Card keys sometimes doesn't work well and wasn't just for us. If the there are many guests sometimes you need to wait long (maybe 2 is not enough?) 2. Reception Once many guests arrives the area is a bit small to queue and the operation is very slow (I had to wait around 20 minutes to get my card key replace for not functioning) 3. Room Why no bathtub when there's plenty of space to install ? (it would be better for some parents when they bath their small child)

We are glad to say that we have warm welcome esp. when the team upgraded us to deluxe room with seaview. Despite the breakfast food line is quite low, the overall is satisfactory to us :)

staffs n the accomodation are the strength of the hotel however the parking lot is the problem. The lots are provided and available but the space for each cars are too small for either get in or get off the car also the path to go up or down the level is quite small. Experienced driver only for parking. Hotel should provide valet parking to fix this.

A small water park suit for small kids. Not far from shopping mall. No bath tub. High presser spray hose in toilet must becatful whrn u use it.

2nd time staying here - we choose it purely for the waterpark. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms really good and the property is well maintained. Breakfast was disappointing pre-Covid and worse during Covid - but we have found that in 4 different hotels we’ve stayed in around Thailand this summer. We paid for the adults drinks package and the kids meal package. Just be aware that they don’t open the bar/restaurant downstairs until 11:30 so if you have breakfast early upstairs you essentially lose the whole morning of ‘free’ drinks and food for the kids.

Kindly note we have revised the operation hours from this month, therefore the M Lounge Bar opens at 9 am in the morning, and food for lunch can be served at 11:30 onwards so you can utilize your package accordingly. Due to COVID-19 required limitation for service to provide guest of hotel and crowded with 100% fully booking so hotel made the best to support customer by separating group of breakfast, limit number of guest to use facilities. Keep social distancing among guest and hygiene to protect guest. All staffs are very pleased to serve customer even lots of guests.

4 star hotel with 3 star hotel services

Service desk not well manner as they is the glass wall between the desk. Therefore, quest couldn’t hear the front staff properly. Sometime, i reply with the wrong answer but front staff stress the word to me with no manner. I also request for extra bed in the room and the bed exactly fit in without any space between the beds. It make me feel like stay in the school dorm, not the 4 star hotel. The staff also provided only 2 cups in the room as we have three people staying. The floor in the room in quite dirty with so many hairs and strain. I also recommended staff to prepare the room before guest arrive as it quite disturb guests. I arrived there around 5:30 pm and the room is not ready for 3 of us. It still need extra bed and extra towel. I understand if we were there around 2-4 pm and the room is not quite ready yet. All in all, i am not so impress with the stay and probable will not stay there again. Also consider all mercure hotel as 3 star services as many mercure i have been it not quite up to 4 star yet. The hotel is well located in the heart of Pattaya, so travelling around is very convenient. The outdoor water park is awesome for kids. However, the breakfast was a little below expectation, but due to COVID-19 measures, it was acceptable.
