Although this was my fifth stay at Mercure, I felt just as welcomed as ever upon my arrival. The staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, and the stunning view, especially during sunset - provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The amenities were outstanding, particularly the delightful scents of the room products. I especially enjoyed the pool on the fifth level and the one on the ground floor. In terms of location, it was ideally situated, offering easy access to many attractions within walking distance, including Terminal 21 department store, the beach walk, and numerous shops along the beach road. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely return on my next visit. Thank you, Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort, for making my stay so enjoyable!

My recent stay at Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort was truly a wonderful experience and once again reaffirmed why I enjoy staying within the Accor portfolio. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel extremely welcome. A special mention must go to Saichon and Bobby, who immediately recognized our Accor Live Limitless Platinum status and ensured that the check-in process was smooth, warm, and highly efficient. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the arrival experience seamless, and the room upgrade they arranged was greatly appreciated. It set the tone for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would also like to recognize Berlin from the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job throughout our stay. The room was always maintained impeccably and made up to perfection each day. It was evident that great care and pride were taken in ensuring everything was in order. The combination of thoughtful service, recognition of loyalty, and the genuine hospitality extended by the team made our stay memorable. I have stayed in Pattaya many many times, but the service at Mercure Ocean Hotel Pattaya truly stands out. What makes a hotel memorable is not only the rooms or the location, but the people who make you feel welcome and two staff members really made my stay exceptional. They treated me like family First, Phot, the doorman, deserves special recognition. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. He was always attentive and very helpful with transportation and access to the hotel. Whether it was arranging taxis, assisting with rides, or helping guests safely get in and out of vehicles, Phot made everything easy and smooth. His professionalism and friendly attitude made every arrival and departure feel welcoming. Second, Anya at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She handled check-in efficiently and was extremely professional and kind throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was how helpful she was in recommending great restaurants around Pattaya, giving me excellent local suggestions to try. She also kindly helped me enter the pickup information for my Bolt rides within Pattaya, making transportation very convenient for me. Small gestures like that really make a big difference for travelers. Both Phot and Anya represent the true spirit of hospitality. Their dedication, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay even more enjoyable.
