I have been to Pattaya a few times and stayed at different Accor Hotels, but Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort is the best in that area. Phot is always a good staff member in the hotel! The one who greeted me when I visited this hotel everytime!

Mercure is one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya for its location and professional staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Few suggestions to improve: 1. Extend your breakfast timings till 11:30AM, Pattaya is a party place and having some extra hours to breakfast will help those who wake up but late in morning. I could not use the breakfast any day. 2. Elevator buttons were not working properly at few floors, please fix them. 3. Extend swimming pool time in evening.
