The last time I stayed at this property was in FEB/MAR 20 and when Thailand opened in Nov 1 without quarantine I thought it would be appropriate that I stay at the property again. Reason being it has the best water park feature in central Pattaya for children, there's a 7-11 and a money exchange 150m away, and it's only a short walk to the Marina and Terminal 21 shopping mall.

Clean small room but

A clean small room (Superior room). The location is great, it is near the beach, department store, and food market by about 5 min walk. Shower water pressure is not stable and decent temperature control. WiFi coverage is bad I need to use my 4G wifi instead. Breakfast is just an ordinary.

Got water drop in room , breakfast not enough table so crowded.limit 1 hour for breakfast but staff not get ready to serve. Water part quite very nice for kids they so happy for that. Lifeguard take care so well

I am thankful and appreciative to your candid comments and kind opinion of overall stay experience, Water park atmosphere as well as great care provided by our lifeguards. On the contrary, I am sorry to know that you felt some disappointment due to the leakage in room and crowded breakfast. I can understand the feeling and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the unidentified issue. I will have my responsible team to verify the problem and take immediate action to fix it. Further, to add, we have not received any particular comment from our guests in breakfast or upon departure. Perhaps it was bit rush between 8am to 10 am and majority of guests booked the time slots during the peak hours and we could only provide seating as per the New Normal standards. Nevertheless, I appreciate that you brought these points to our knowledge and we will look into the loopholes to prevent such occurrence in future. Paid for the most expensive room, the family SUITE. But they said my room is the cheapest rate and because I went there as a family with children so for a safety reason I had to stay on the lowest floor with surrounding blocked view. I don't know why, but to say that their own SUITE room is the cheapest just blew my mind. I also don't know why other families with children who paid for other rooms than the SUITE can stayed on high floor without worrying about safety. Anyway, stayed for two nights but there ain't no service at all, they do not refilled your drinking water nor towel. Paid for my kids package which they say they will take care of my children meals but we had to wait longer than other customers. My children wanted this, out of stock, how about that, out of stock. If any dishes was available, I guess the portion is up to the mood of the staff, the same dishes might come in a tiny bowl, a small plate, a big bowl or a large plate. They also cheated on the turndown service which is stated in the package. For hygienic reason, they told me. If they could not just bring my children some evening snack at the door, how they can operate the whole hotel is beyond my understanding. When breakfast time came, as a family of six (2 children and 1 elder), they seated us in a conference room 50 meters away from the buffet line in the restaurant. That was our third and will be the last time in that hotel.

I can assure you that this is certainly not up to our standards and therefore; we will take serious measures to prevent such occurrence and implement our services. In addition, may I explain some details about the breakfast dining and serving the rooms. We are organizing the breakfast seatings in the Restaurant and Meeting Room to accommodate the guests on peak days. If the family wishes to join together then we offer seating in the meeting room. So guest can relax and enjoy a nice meal. I am sorry for any discomfort that you may have encountered to take food from the main buffet line. We are working on further solutions to provide a better dining experience. The servicing of the room is provided upon hanging the Make-up Room card on the door handle since we are still following the New Normal standards and staff are not permitted to enter the room without guest consent. You may have seen the information notice displayed on your bed for the same. I understand your disappointment and we are ready to offer assistance for any raised concerns. Unfortunately, we have learnt everything upon departure when we had no chance to change anything. However, I personally want to take care of you and offer my assurance that you will enjoy the warmest and delightful hospitality on your next visit. Even we already did the on line check in, we still have to wait for checking in again. The member check in counter was empty, no staff. But after I asked the Manager, he asked staff to take care of us. I'm holding the member card but nothing privilege or any advantage as your offer when you try to sell the membership. We arrive around 3 PM but the room's not available, I understood about the situation, so we're ok to wait for the room. About 5 PM no staff informed us about the room so we have to check by ourselves and asked for the room . For breakfast, because you give me the room almost last in the afternoon, no choice for us so we have to choose 7 or 10 AM because we have kids so we can choose only 10 AM (7 AM for breakfast on holiday is quite a nightmare, I though you knew) about 9:45 AM staff asked us to finished Breakfast by 10 AM , that not rude but when you're switched off the light at 10 AM was not acceptable. During breakfast time, all gone, I have to asked for everything, - milk for coffee - fruit - juice etc If you arrange breakfast by time , also for normal situation, you better provide as fresh till the end of breakfast, right? Not make the guest felt like they eat the leftover from others,

This was my third time stay here. This time I was a bit disappointed in 2 points. 1. The room was clean but there was no variety of TV channels like last time I stayed and the TV picture quality is bad. Hair dryer was broken. 2. At breakfast time, staff recommended us to avoid popular hours (7.30-9am). We pick 10am which might be the last round. I had just 1 plated of small portion of noodles with salad as a side, 1 cup of coffee and juice when the staff informed us restaurant was about to be closed. What surprised me was, the staff turned off all the resturant light to make us leave.. not even visual checked that we were just going to finish our last sip of coffee. I have never been treated like this even from any hotel in this world. I considered this a rude action to treat your guest. If this is your practice, I apologize for not aware of it. Thank you. This hotel is not a big hotel, room may be a bit small but it has everything you need. Clean, nice staff, good sleep. Location is very good, inside Pattaya downtown. Very close to 2 shopping malls which you can walk around. Also if you dont know to go anywhere you can have mini water park in this hotel. Slider is very fast to make fun to either adult or kids Breakfast is moderate close to ibis grade.

This fearly new modern hotel have in my view a good location and easy access to Beach Road and 2nd Road. Nice rooms, great staff and a chill atmosphere. This hotel is also nice for kids since they have a "waterpark" I will be back again soon.

Other than the restrictions with Covid, this was one of the better hotels to stay in. Much better than the other Mercure in Pattaya, which I would never stay in again. Total opposite in just about everything to that one. Only downside, it could do with an executive lounge for applicable members and the food menu variety could be improved

best connecting rooms but the air conditional was not cool enough since stepped in until check out even though the staff was trying to help. Breakfast was good but less variety and no good local food as well.
