Overall excellent 👌 Front reception Ploy was very quick to check us in . Housekeeping needs improvement the room was not cleaned twice even on request in four days stay. Great location. Recommended. Location was top . Room size was little Okay but still nice .

Checkin was fantastic...room was the best in the house...breakfast was delicious and every aspect of the hotel was clean.

Overall is moderate. Not a true pet-friendly hotel.

Cannot say this hotel a pet-friendly hotel even there is an additional charge. Due to the fact that a pet is allowed to stay in room only. Moreover, it would be great to have a shuttle service from the lobby to the beach.

Been on the a few calls to request for extra bed for extra child joining in the room. When check-in, the reception didn't mention about the extra person fee. So I reminded her and paid for the room and extra bed altogether at check-in. The check-in process didn't take long, around 10 minutes. Get in to the room, booked Deluxe Ocean view at 32 sqm, normally room this size is fine with 4 of us (2 adults + 2 children 12, 9) but with extra bed, big sofa and additional chair for the desk, it is too tight. So I would not recommend to add extra bed into this room type. The extra bed was prepared before we checked in but Front office didn't mentioned it. The room still had some hair and not fully clean. But in exchange the housekeeping prepare extra towels so we were ok. Breakfast is average as per chain standard. The staff in general were friendly. Location is good, close to the beach and Terminal 21 mall. Parking is a challenge, each parking slot is too narrow, we must be very careful when open the door and try our best not to bang on the next car. The path up/down are narrow too. Water park is fine but it looks bigger in the picture. Overall experience, it was ok.
