The sea view room was assined and that was great view. But my room was near elevator. The elevator chime sound of elevator lobby was very noisy. I woke up by this sound. I request improve that.

It was an indulgent experience..the moment I stepped into lobby I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined luxury …the staff were attentive courteous ..I would like to specially appreciate ANA at the reception who was extremely helpful in procuring lost mobile of my friend , we left hope she dint leave ….she was wonderful energetic n keeps the vibes on…. Secondly POZ an other excellent person who was always smiling greeting with a huge smile ,,,seeing some one in foreign countries so receptive is greatful to have ….not to miss the staff in buffet with their zombie style …the only thing I missed is Indian breakfast ….
