It’s pretty good experience. As a platinum member, I’ve got early check in and late check out. Breakfast is very good since they were variety of food and separate zone for member. There is something that need to be improved; The outlet is hard to plug into, there is no Netflix on TV.

The hotel has a great location with a beautiful private beach that I really enjoyed. The view from the room was also lovely. However, the property feels quite old, and the rooms show signs of wear. I noticed stains on towels, blankets, bathrobes, and even the sink, which made the cleanliness feel questionable. The car park is convenient but has no roof, so vehicles are exposed to sun and rain. The food was good, but the buffet could add more protein. Overall, the setting and beach are the highlights, but the facilities and upkeep need improvement.

My stay is a little bit perfect. Your staffs are service minded and helpful. I am very happy about room upgrade with nice full sea view, although it is low floor. My room is very comfortable. This stay is a little bit problem. Some hotel area is under renovation without inform in advance. There is smell of paint and loud sound from renovation. Air conditioning is very hot in the beach club restaurant. Breakfast isn’t varied of choice and cold. I have plan to visit in the future. Your hotel is still my first choice for stay at Pattaya.
