It took almost an hour to get the baby cot set up though we requested in advance since we booked. The bed sheet was quite old with fluid stain which got replaced after we complained. Checked in at 2pm, room eventually ready at 3pm. The front office staffs were not friendly and not able to give explanation about Accor member card. However, the staffs at the restaurant were really friendly with great service mind.

Dear Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, Thank you for let me checked in at 12.00 pm. as requested. All staffs were still very kind and I was appreciated all of that. But I had an agenda with breakfast, which was a-la-carte dues to pandemic measures. Guest can pick selected menu and write what time to serve, so I chose bread + omelette set and french toast + omelette set serving at 09.30 am. The first thing was breakfast didn’t serve on time, so I decided to call front office and they transferred to restaurant, which I got an answer that it would slightly delayed because of there was 100 of rooms today. I understood the reason and finally it was served on 10.30 am, but I was shocked by the 2 omelette sets that had only eggs, no everything, but 2 dishes of scrambled egg added that I didn’t choose. So I don’t know whether that scrambled eggs were complementary for late serve or omelette set. Therefore, I would like to give a suggestion that hotel should gather breakfast menu earlier than 03.00 am., so that you would know all menus and can manage ingredients, which means guests will not disappointed by the incomplete set like this or maybe restaurant can ask guests to change menus if there was not enough ingredients. Because of if I knew, I would change it to Kao-Tom or Moo-Ping that got some meat instead. I wrote this because I don’t want other guests to get bad feelings in the future and I want hotel to be impressive. Don’t worry, I am looking forward to be back soon. Best Regards, Pachara

A slighty dated property and not the first time I've been disappointed with a Pullman. I have high standards and I grudgingly accept it was probably fair value for the price but by comparison with other good hotels locally this one isn't a five star, not even close. Staff flawless as ever, common areas are fair, room was ok, bathroom was really unappealing and old, just nothing good to say about it. Five star bathrooms aren't like this. We had a nice partial sea view near the front corner of the hotel, no complaints about that and received the high floor we requested but everything about the place was just a little less than expectations. Wear and tear is obvious, but no worse than some other properties that are otherwise better. We had a look inside a front facing room one day and it was far better, bathroom included. Shower drain was blocked, they often are. Amenities pretty poor. Breakfast was really excellent. Pool area was a meh for me. I might go back but it would be to a better room/bathroom, not the basic room which is a dud.

Love to stay here every time i go to Pattaya.

First impression with staff at the front was not nice, look like she had a bad day or something, bell boy was excellent, room was too old and the wall does not contain the noises from other room at all, by the way the view was tremendous. And the front staff on check out date was very nice and helpful. We expect more than this when we choose to stay at Pullman. Thank you.

It's a beautiful beachfront property so the location is fantastic. Overall experience in the hotel was great. Concierge staff were attentive. Staff at the pool area, restaurant and at the executive lounge were polite. Fantastic service overall! Room is basic but clean and has great view overlooking the beach. Bed is super comfy. Breakfast was good with lots of options, and food at the beach restaurant was great. We ordered some pizza, chicken quesadilla, Caesar salad, etc. Lastly, thanks for complimentary birthday cake for our friend celebrating her birthday on that weekend. The only slight disappointment we had was that we felt the checkin counter staff was not that welcoming when we arrived and not even a basic follow up gesture how was our stay when we checked out. It seemed like they rushed to finish their business with us. I felt saddened we didn't feel their gesture of warm welcome and appreciation about our stay, most especially that hotels nowadays should be more than thankful they still have some guests during this pandemic season. There was also no sort of quick info tour regarding hotel facilities and activities that we can do during our stay - whether fitness is open or not, if pool has shortened operating time or if there's a limit of people swimming during this month in view of the ongoing pandemic, etc

Excellent service and staffs. We stay here quite often and hotel always give s us an impression of excellent service and friendly staffs. Rooms seem under renovation and we found out some noise on it but not much. Water has a rust taste when we are brushing our teeth. Our kids have to learn online but we face a weak internet signal so we need to use hotspot instead. Overall is still fine.

Utterly disappointing -- rude staff and disgusting room

I made a booking for two nights and decided to leave after spending one night. The bed, the smelly comforter, the wears and tears, the greasy fitness center -- and most importantly, the appalling service -- all screamed unhygienic cheap motels. I felt unsafe sleeping in my room, and after one night, I no longer wanted to spend the money there. The selling point of this hotel is the beach bar, which I visited three times during my stay. Each time was a hassle and staff kept informing me of different rules. What kind of a hotel bar has a minimum spend when it's so empty most of the time? I requested the day bed at dinner, and the staff was more than welcome to set up one, saying the minimum spend only applies on Friday to Sunday. So the next morning, I came back. This time, the bartender gave me a dirty look and sighed when I requested the day bed, as he told me the minimum spend was back on. I argued that I didn't need to spend 1,000 baht last night and ended up getting the day bed anyway after some arguments. Was all that necessary? I found this interaction so appalling for a "five-star hotel." The bar was empty at the time with one other table of Eastern European chicks who didn't seem to order anything. With all your social media posts of the day beds, I wouldn't have minded spending 1,000 baht if I had been informed before I came here. All of my friends saw my traveling pics and asked me why I came home early when "Pullman is supposed to be a great hotel." Unfortunately, this one fell short of my expectations. As someone who travels quite a lot and stays at five-star places always, I should have had a hunch why it costs 2,100 baht a night. Even then, after I actually saw the room, it looked like it would cost 1,200 baht at best -- including breakfast. In the morning after, I came down to the front desk asking to check out early, and no one asked me why I decided not to continue my stay or address any issues I might have. I'm leaving some questions for the management: 1. Are you understaffed? Why did your staff seem tired, unhappy in their jobs, and hesitant to provide services? They also seem improperly trained -- I spent 5 minutes at the bar, and I knew immediately. 2. The smell in the room -- With the ongoing pandemic, fresh, clean comforters are mandatory. Don't you take this seriously?

Hotel staffs did not disappoint me. Front staff was warm welcome checked-in , well arranged and inform everything's which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was clean, good decorated with a fantastic view. Staying in Pullman G Pattaya actually enhanced our vacation experience. Every staff member with whom we came in contact either in the lounge or at the pool were attentive and kind. Kids club were amazing and remarkable. My daughter really love your hotel. We will definitely return to Pullman G Pattaya for our next vacation. Only bad things is the hotel has gotten a very large area. If you forget something in your room while you were in the bar, beach or restaurant, you have to walk a bit far to get back to your room and return. (Good exercise!) We had a wonderful vacation, and I have recommended your hotel all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.

This place has private beach. The size of the hotel is not big. There is a launch for members, we can use this room all day. There are foods and drinks served around 3 times a day. We can relax in this launch or sleep at the beach.

I frequently stay in this hotel but never get bored with the place. Staff team was very welcoming and friendly especially food and beverage staff. Beach is stunning sunset this time of my stay was one of the best one in my life time. Yeah sunset scene over the beach bar is the best. Now this place turn to be my second home in pattaya.
