I was quite disappointed with my stay due to the ongoing renovation work at the hotel. The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which significantly affected the overall experience. There was a strong smell of paint along the hallways, which was unpleasant and made it uncomfortable to walk through the common areas. There were also only a limited number of elevators available, which made getting around the hotel inconvenient, especially during busy periods. The swimming pool area was also affected by the construction work. There was a considerable amount of noise coming from the ongoing construction, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the facilities. What was particularly disappointing was that we stayed from Saturday night to Sunday, yet construction work was still taking place on Sunday. We had expected Sunday to be a quieter day when we could relax and enjoy the hotel, but the ongoing construction noise made that difficult. One of the main reasons for staying at a hotel is to have a relaxing and enjoyable break, but unfortunately, I did not feel relaxed at all during this stay. The constant noise and the visible impact of the renovation made the hotel feel more like a construction site than a place to unwind. The breakfast staff were friendly and provided good service, which was one of the positive aspects of our stay. However, the breakfast area was extremely crowded, which also made the experience less comfortable. Overall, I was not impressed with the stay. I understand that renovations may be necessary, but I believe guests should be clearly informed in advance if construction work will be taking place during their stay, especially on weekends. If guests are paying to stay at a hotel for a relaxing weekend, they should reasonably expect to be able to enjoy the facilities without significant construction noise.

Staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Ms Girlie from the Philippines was amazing. Cons: Interior Finishes seems not that premium and have some damages. As an interior designer, the painted wood and other finishes were not that properly executed very well. But overall experience was great! Was able to request for a room upgrade as an Accor Gold and Explorer member.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience so relaxing. The Club Lounge was fantastic with great amenities and atmosphere. Above all, the staff in every department were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely return!

The premium 2-bedroom is very spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own bath tub and shower. Good lightings and air con. Very cool refrigerator in master bedroom and living room. 2 swimming pools by the beach.

Having stayed at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G multiple times, but this long holiday visit was a bit disappointing. The hotel was extremely busy and currently undergoing renovations. While we were still able to enjoy the pool and secure sun loungers, overall cleanliness wasn't up to its usual standard. I've booked a club room, the afternoon tea fell short of previous visits, and evening drinks felt rushed as the team was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd size. ​That said, a major shout-out to the pool bar team! They were running non-stop and doing their absolute best to keep every guest happy despite the chaos. ​I will be returning in October and hope to see the hotel back to its the high-level Accor service once the busy spell and renovations settle down.

Pullman Pattaya is in a lovely location with a long, beautiful beach, great food, friendly service, and clean rooms. As a returning guest, I still found plenty to love. Two things could be improved. First, the lifts — there are only two, and the wait was frustratingly long. Second, on my recent stay I was next to a room with kids, and the noise carried through the bathroom wall. It was very loud. Other than that, everything was perfect. The lounge food especially stood out — so many choices and all delicious. The spa was excellent and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back.

This was our first time staying at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, where we spent 2 nights in a 2-bedroom room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Our room appeared to be newly renovated, almost everything were clean, fresh, and modern. The dining experience was a highlight: the food selection at the restaurant and temporary lounge was diverse and delicious, and the staff displayed genuine warmth and hospitality (please pass along our appreciation to the food and beverage team!, very big big thanks). Facilities like the gym, pool, and Townhall lobby are also well-maintained and in great condition. The only reason I’m deducting two points from an otherwise perfect score comes down to pre-arrival and check-in communication: Pre-arrival follow-up: There was no welcome email or call ahead of time, we were waiting the welcome email/call to request for my mom's birthday, though fortunately at late night, we sent separate email, and thanks to the set up team, they made it happen. Onboarding: Even though staff confirmed this was our first visit, we weren't given an orientation, a brief walkthrough, or an explanation of our room benefits—we were simply handed an information paper.

The only small thing that really annoyed me.... we would have liked to play billiards, but the lady said we have to pay for it?! It's not a question of money but of principle, if I come to a 5 star hotel, I'm at the highest level in the loyalty program, so they ask me for 20 THB / game if I play billiards?!e really enjoy to stay there. We assumed that in the room where we stayed, the soft drinks and beers in the minibar were free, but they weren't and some of them were frozen solid when we opened the cans. I told him about this at check out. He refunded 3 cans of beer. However, if it was the right thing to do, he would have said "that's really sad, let's just say we don't want to charge for a couple of sodas and a couple of beers at all." So I paid for the few cans anyway. Again, it's not about money, it's about the principle and procedures in a five-star hotel. Something good, or really lovely greetings to the lovely ladies who work in the lounge, both during happy hour and breakfast, especially ladies Am and Ja :-) many greetings to them and success in their careers in the travel business, they will surely remember us. And best wishes to the absolutely amazing housekeeping team, they really did their job with a 10+ rating!
