The hotel location was easy to access and right on the beach, further north of Pattaya. Staff was okay, better staff at the executive lounge and gardeners. The room and service overall was not as good as expected. Poor quality drinks and food at the executive lounge. No welcome drink or welcome package in my room. No free offer for a platinum member really surprised me. No room upgrade when the hotel was obviously half empty was a great disappointment. I do not wish to return to this hotel.

The front desk staffs aren’t professional, I hold Accor Platinum Card, but the man from Front Desk staff told me to waiting and check in at 2pm!!! After I complained him....then he just allowed us to check in. Very terrible service mind of this hotel staffs

Staff upgrade room for me coz my room booking is under renovate. Too may people in the club especially kids . The club itself should be bigger The spa room was very hot at day time. I booked two hour but it was hot so need to do 1 hr. But staff said that if i did 1 hr. I could not get refund of 2nd.hour ( i paid by hotel voucher and some cash ) . So i had to do till 2 hrs. I think it should get refund. It made me feel unhappy to do spa in 2nd.hour like headspa , sweat coz of hot climate

The stay was fairly enjoyable but the service needs an improvement Pros: -well located, beach front, great view, beautiful room, enough parking space, great facilities, nice vibe -I went to redeem the welcome drinks on my checkout day. The male staff offered us alcohol but I denied since we had to drive back to Bangkok in the afternoon. He then showed his concern about my driving and told me I made the right decision not drinking . This is the nicest touch during our stay that the he cares. - We also asked one staff at the bar to make watermelon smoothie with vodka (not listed in the menu). Our waitress said yes without hesitation with a great smile and assisted me how this order shall be billed. Your bar crew is AMAZING :) Cons: - check in experience is not memorable at all. I booked a comp room under my Accor Plus. The check in was smooth but there was no member appreciation, no welcome drinks vouchers given, no benefits explained. I told the lady who checked us in that we would love to use the comp breakfast vouchers and still no breakfast venue or breakfast hours informed. Just how many times we had to go back to the front desk to ask for information that should have been informed at check in. - I did the online check in since the day before but it seems that it wasn’t acknowledged by the staff at all since she did not mention anything - there is no queue system at the front desk. We were waiting and another guest just cut our line. Funny part was none of the staff was looking and organizing the queue at the front desk and the guest who cut our queue was serviced before us despite the fact that every good hotel should provide service on the first come first serve basis. - we ordered snacks at the bar but no paper napkins and cutleries provided. It is pretty simple to bring all at once and it shouldn’t have been missed. They should not have waited to be asked to bring paper napkins and forks. We also did ask for a mosquito repeller from the bar but never get one. - we didn’t want to make a fuzz during our stay but we were planning to give out feedbacks upon checkout. the staff didn’t even ask how our stay was and we just felt like we can just forget about the service flaws. I paid THB7,000 for Accor Plus, which is not a lot but not little, and chose to use my comp night here but it turns out not memorable. Front Desk team really needs to be trained. Staff are very polite and smiling but I just don’t understand how this many things were missing from the service. Once again, I’d love to thank the beach/pool bar for the impeccable service. All of them are doing such a great job!

We enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. The best thing about our stay was the staff at the hotel and its location. Considering the current global health situation the hotel was quite full and busy which caused a few issues. Here is our review of the overall experience with this hotel: When you Google search Pullman Pattaya Hotel G the first result returns "5 Star Beachfront Paradise Getaway in Pattaya", we may just need to clarify the 5 Star bit! We're not saying it was bad just managing the customers expectation! The reception in this hotel is busy a lot of the time so you can sometimes find yourself waiting in a queue until someone is free. Now there is nothing wrong with this, it's actually part of life, we can't all expect to be treated like the Queen! However, as Accor Plus Silver Members it would have been nice if there was a senior member of staff more present at the Accor Desk. Sometimes when we were seeking assistance this desk was empty so we walked away or being tended by a member of staff who didn't speak very good English, so communicating was a little difficult. During our stay we interacted with other staff members who were very helpful and easy to talk to. Gerlie from the front desk was very friendly and professional, she communicated clearly and does what she says she will. She would be a perfect candidate to look after Accor members, if she was in a dark grey suited uniform, with a name badge clearly identifying her as an Accor staff member this would help immensely. She wouldn't even need to be at the desk the whole time, we bumped into her several times in different parts of the hotel and it was very nice. Gerlie is an asset to your hotel and brand. MoMo on the Taxi/Tour desk was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed dealing with her and chatting about what we could do during our stay. If her little corner was spruced up with better displays and a more relaxed feel, like couches or lounge chairs it would make a big difference. Jo from the Beach Bar is fantastic, he doesn't need to exercise, he does plenty of this in his daily role. He can't do enough to help you. If he is not already a senior staff member then he should be and he could do with some extra help, one or two nights it was so busy between the restaurant and beach bar there were just not enough staff to look after everyone. Likewise, U from the restaurant and club lounge was a true delight, just what the hotel needs. Her willingness to help and kindness really shines through and helps to make your holiday an enjoyable one. Finally, Mike from the Concierge desk was a true gentleman. He goes above and beyond to help his customers and nothing is too much or too little for him to help with. As previously mentioned it is these individuals that combined make this hotel a pleasant accommodation, especially over a stay of several days. So now, here are a few improvement recommendations, nothing to harsh, just a few pointers to keep this ship running true....there needs to be more staff in the resort spa, we only ever saw one person around that area and when we tried to book an appointment they didn't have any available spaces until a few days later and at funny times, so we ended up going to the place outside the hotel up the road, it was very nice. We have been on European holidays in the past and know what it’s like when there is nice pool and space to sunbath. It is frustrating though when you come down to the pool area and just about all the sun loungers have been appropriated but with no guest insight. This whole system of putting your towels down to keep your space and then disappearing for ages is not fair on other guests. The shuttle service to Dolphin Circle and back is so useful and a great benefit to guests. The hotel is in a very good location to all different types of traveller’s needs and wants. It must be made clearer to all guests that there is a booking system in place. Perhaps a big notice in different languages explaining that there is a booking system for this service would help. One of the evenings we had booked there were several additional guests who sat down on the shuttle and would not get out even though it was full. Trying to claim, they didn't know what the process was, when we are sure they did. These shuttles cannot be overloaded for the sake of guest’s safety. No booking - No ride! The images on the website look great, the bright, dazzling, white filter used for the room photos is lovely. It just comes as a shock when you arrive at your room and what you actually get is faded beige. Try and keep the furniture coverings white and clean to maintain that fresh new look for the customers’ expectations. Also, you could remove the random objects in the room, we were in an Executive King Seaview Room which had a fantastic view and was very comfortable. You don't need all the extra bits in the room, the photo frames with Elvis and Marilyn, books, abacus, ornamental vases, etc are just dust collectors and not to everyone's taste. So keeping the room more minimal can also make it look fresher. They all looked to smart and presentable. We could even see a difference in their performance just from feeling and looking more professional. Good idea and well done. Very good location with private and nice beach.Friendly staff especially Khun Yim,(Manager).Hotel gave me 2 welcome drink coupon upon checked in which can be exchanged for alcohol drink at beach bar ; such as beer.Anyway breakfast is not good since it has a few variety choice.It would be better if it has more choice especially thai foods

Kind of very good experience only not very happy with my Accor points not credited even I have shown during the check-out time and the counter check and acknowledged everything ok. Sad on this service as I need to called to raise missing of points which could be avoided if the counter person do her part diligently.

The room need to refurbish and front counter staff need to retrain

A bit bad experience while check in as staff look very busy with massive document on the counter. Therefore, i just stand and wait to be serve and staff at the front counter seem not look at the anythings but the documents on the counter. A few minutes later Russian customers walked through the desk and ask for help with checkout (i just wait and see them cut the queue and staff seem to not care and served two of Russian customers) Later on i finally been served by the staff for help with checkin. I was asked about opening hour for the gym and staff told me that they close at 7 pm. Suddenly another staff yelled out and said that it close at 10 pm. It seem to be pretty rude to me that the world that she was yelling it not suppose to say to customer (Even if she might said to another staff but i was standing there) Situation got better while one of the friendly staff walk me through the lounge waited for the room to be ready. However, she walked really fast left my mother 10 meters behind. The room is dated with very old furniture and need to be refurbish. Staffs at the sunset lough is the star of this stay as they were supper helpful and friendly. Without them this trip would be ruined. All in all, i would suggest to get the front staff retrain and room to be refurbish. Otherwise, i would definitely stay away from this hotel. Regards, Boyd

I’ll stay at the hotel, was absolutely beautiful. The rooms fitted out beautiful and the amenities are perfect. The only problem we had was when we use the club lounge in the afternoon, it was just a horde of people trying to drink and eat as much as they can

What a nice hotel. The Executive room we booked could be a little bit better but next time we will book a higher category. The executive lounge was great. Good breakfast, food and drinks. Staff was very helpful, nice and very friendly. The beach sofas were very great but again the beach bar staff and pool staff was so unbelievable nice. This is it what makes our stay so great (on top). We will come back 100% and then with some more people. Maybe to give an idea for the beach bar. Why you are not doing a beach party with DJ on the weekend? I'm sure a lot of hotel guests will join. Lets see when we are back.

It was part of our honeymoon, and team Pullman Pattaya Hotel G made very special for us. Starting from hotel check in to check out. Hotel restaurant, breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and cocktails night was awesome and of course Hotel Pool and private beach was just amazing. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again on our next Thailand visit. Thanks team Pullman Pattaya for well looked after us and made our special day more memorable. C&S
