Everything went well until the diaster of breakfast time. Unfortunately, a good first impression can turn into a bad one forever because of some rude and rough staff at restaurant. we've complained to the front but no any responses from the F&B manager or restaurant staff. The breakfast room resembled a canteen, with food running out and not being replenished. The staff were unwelcoming, unwilling to escort guests to seats, forcing them to scramble for tables in a pathetic display. Guests were treated unprofessionally, with rude and harsh language. Guests were left standing and waiting for food like beggars, even though mealtime was still approaching. If the restaurant is trying to cut costs, they should lower the hotel's standards to match the low-level restaurants that serve the same despicable behavior of the staff. Guests were answered curtly when asked about food, told to wait, and then ultimately told that no food was being refilled. Finally, when guests returned to their tables, they were told to go get food themselves because time was running out, even though the food had been gone for a long time. The substandard quality is pathetic. What's most unacceptable is that despite filing a complaint, there was no explanation whatsoever. This is unforgivable. Leave the Accor chain; you don't deserve even one star service label. We will not accept the hotel's apologies because the way the hotel acted like nothing's happened. This is the first of all times that we would say "We will never be here again."

Great new experience in this resort that I used to visit many times in the past - New management that brings this property into new levels of hospitality with design surroundings, clean property and good kitchen for any meals .

Being an Accor ALL member is so worth it! I was treated so well at the Mercure Rayong Lomtalay. The food there is fantastic—I highly recommend the pizza—and everything else we ate was great too. The hotel’s location is unbeatable; it’s a lovely property, and having so many great local restaurants nearby made everything so convenient. A perfect stay!
