The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the internet and Wi-Fi signal in Room 109 were very weak and often unavailable during our stay. As the property is close to the beach and has a swimming pool, it would be very helpful to provide a clothes drying rack in each room for guests to dry their swimwear and beach clothes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe these improvements would make the guest experience even better.

The two zones are separated by a main road, not directly opposite each other, and can only be accessed using the hotel's shuttle service which is available every 30 minutes only. It would be great if there's the notice upon on booking about this important info because it's really not convenient for us. Also, it seemed that there's not enough staff because we had to wait the staff to pick up other's luggage then they could drive us to Garden wing. It doesn't also make sense that the room price on Garden wing is more expensive than Ocean wing.

The location of the Ocean Wing (where we can pets along) is great. The only thing that is so inconvenient is parking, because I had to park my car at the Garden Wing, which is about 600 meters away. Although there is a complementary shuttle taxi service, still it is not very convenient because when you want to get something from your car, it would take time lot.
