Very dirty room, bad smell , we can’t sleep all night because of smell, it’s smell of Pet Pee + Dettol. Floor is so dirty. Very disappointed!!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. I have already escalated this matter to the ACCOR Customer Service at the head office. Below is a summary of the issues encountered: Lack of Pet Policy Clarity: The website mentions the hotel is pet-friendly but does not specify that only cats and dogs are allowed. Check-In Experience: Upon arrival at the Garden Wing, we were informed that pets are not allowed in this building—information that was not disclosed during the booking process. We were transferred to the Ocean Wing with an additional pet fee. Room Preparation: Despite paying the pet fee, no pet amenities were provided in the room. Staff Explanation: Upon checkout, staff reiterated that the hotel only accommodates cats and dogs and insisted we check the website, which lacks any clear restrictions about this policy. I request the General Manager to address this matter directly, provide an explanation, and take steps to ensure such issues are avoided in the future

Review Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort 🌊🌴 ห้องพักฝั่ง garden wing ดีมากกก โปร่งโล่ง ลมพัดตึง ลอนผมกระเบิ่ง ห้องพักฝั่ง ocean view กว้างมาก ระเบียงก็กว้าง ใหม่ สะอาดมากๆเลยค่ะ ห้องน้ำก็กว้างกว่าทุกที่เท่าที่เคยพักมา อาหารเช้า หลากหลาย อาหารรสชาติดี ชอบมากคือ มีหมูชะมวงด้วย ปลื้มมม สระว่ายน้ำก็กว้างมาก ถ่ายรูปสวย พี่รปภ.อธิบายดีเพราะเราไปวนเข้า ocean wing ก่อน ก็อธิบายบอกทาง พนง.check-in คุณเดียร์พูดดีมาก ทั้งๆที่เคสเรามีปัญหา เพราะ reservation คุณ poon ทำ booking ผิด ผิดทั้ง type ห้อง ผิดทั้งราคาห้อง ไม่ว่าจะจอง 3 คน/ห้อง 2คน/ห้อง หรือ type ต่างกันก็ราคาเดียวกัน ซึ่งแพงกว่าราคาปกติทั่วไป ไปรบกวนทาง Lobby 2-3 รอบ เพราะแจ้งว่ามีกรุ๊ปลง ขอเคลียกรุ๊ปก่อน และยืนยันว่าทำไรไม่ได้ เพราะทาง reservation ทำมาแบบนี้ วุ่นวายไปหมด check-in 4 โมง เสียเวลาเคลียเคสไป 2 ชม. กว่าจะจบ ขอบคุณคุณเดียร์และขอโทษพี่พนง.ทุกคนที่ทำให้วุ่นวาย แต่มันก็ไม่ควรจะเกิดเรื่องแบบนี้ขึ้น ที่เหลือในการบริการดีหมดทุกอย่าง ห้องอาหาร คุณอุ้มบริการดีมาก รวมถึงพี่ที่บาร์จำตอนกลางคืนชื่อจำไม่ได้ แต่พี่เขาพูดขอบคุณค่ะ ทุกคำเลย น่ารักมาก มีโอกาสได้เจอเชฟใหญ่ คุณเชฟเชษด้วย เลยชื่นชมเรื่องอาหาร breakfast ไปว่าอร่อยมากกก เดินตัดวนอยู่หลายรอบ chocolate ที่ทำขายก็อร่อยมาก เสียดายที่ไม่ได้เล่นน้ำเพราะเสียเวลาตอนเช็คอินไปเยอะ ตอน check-out พนง.น่ารักทุกคน platinum ไม่มี welcomeให้ วางไว้ให้ในห้องที่ booking ผิด พอเคลียเคสจบได้ห้องตามที่จองมา ไม่มีมาวางไว้เหมือนห้องแรก ก่อนกลับมีไปแลก welcome drink กับคุณอุ้ม ซื้อ chocolate กลับบ้านเพิ่มอีกด้วย หวังว่ารอบหน้า rooptop เปิด จองห้องพักไปจะไม่มีปัญหาเรื่อง booking อีกนะคะ 🥹🥲🙏🏻

Hotel doesn't has enough parking space and alternative parking doesn't has any staff or security and not convenience if you would like to go out during stay. Room is okay but lighting in the room is quite dark. Bed, pillow, and blanket are comfy. Breakfast is normal standard of 4 star hotels & resorts but staff services are under expectation.

The bathroom room is too narrow, not comfortable, uncomfortable, the sink is small. There is no place to put things. The sink should not be taken out next to the bed. When using it, it splashes and gets dirty. There should be more free drinking water. There should be slippers in the guest rooms. If you compare the price with other places, it is very expensive. The lobby area in front of the room is very dark, the lights are too low, the floor is raised steps. Stumbling while walking in an accident is not okay.
