Have good and bad, I think another hotel good better. I member of Accor but service to me is like I came to ask for a free stay First I check in , room dirty cuz have some hairline , table stain and service very slow , I booked room not have connecting room but I got room have connecting room 4 room and when I see in booking.com dont have mention that , I think I can tell hotel deceiving consumers I appreciate the staff(women) cus when I come to my room not yet finished but her help for me with upgrade room And sorry tell that about service cuz slow and another staff very bad I told luggage down , we have 4 room but luggage down 1 room only have time 5-10 minutes for luggage down and not put in car, I paid to hotel service charge and tax but I service my self everytime, security staff I think him confused on working, I think service good is receptionist(women) and staff of bar swimming poor Breakfast, I booked including but have few option cuz price like same 4-5 star another hotel but have option same 3 star However have good is view and location only , another is so so When I review again Im not surprised why have bad reviews more and better good reviews So I think your can booked Novotel or Dusit thani better

จริงๆ ชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก ตั้งใจจะบุ๊ค ocean wing แต่ตอนนั้นเต็ม เลยบุ๊ค garden wing และเลือกห้อง pool access เราอาจจะไม่ได้อ่านรายละเอียดดี ทำให้ไม่ทราบว่า pool ของห้อง pool access ไม่เชื่อต่อกับสระใหญ่ และ ยังเป็นสระเล็กที่ลึก 90cm เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีลูกเล็ก แต่ลูกเราโตแล้ว ต้องเล่นสระใหญ่ เลยไม่ได้ pool access นั้น ถ้ารู้ก่อน ก็จะจองห้องอื่นไปเลย ไม่เสียตังซื้อ pool acceess เพิ่ม คำแนะนำคือ บอกไปเลยตอนเลือกห้องค่ะ ว่า pool access to 90cm height pool เหมาะกับเด็กเล็ก

-Suitable for families, kids and pets -Stayed as a group of 7 families with children (total of 21 people and a puppy) -Pet-friendly: Dogs can stay at Ocean Wing (fee starts from 750 THB) -Garden Wing is newer and located 400 metres from the Ocean Wing -Free shuttle service between wings runs from 6:30 to 23:00 -Swimming pools available at both wings -Rooftop bar is located at Garden Wing -Beachfront restaurant open for dinner -Guests can choose to have breakfast at either wing — just inform the guest service team -Happy hour available at both pools before 17:00 -Special thanks to Khun Beam at the check-in counter and the friendly F&B staff at both wings -Excellent and helpful guest service at both wings -Very family-friendly and pet-friendly -Highly recommend signing up for Accor Plus membership — you can enjoy up to 40% off food

Stayed at the Mercury Rayong on the garden wing side when I Niall booked I did not realise they had two sections. As the pictures portray it as one resort. This makes going between the beach and your room with children harder even with shuttles between the two properties so something to consider when booking with children. The food was alright however the service staff require training attentiveness is lacking, unfortunately more often than not we had to get up from our table to asks them to take our order or to bring our bill to sign. The bar staff on the Villa side is alright however there is a definite lack of staff around the pool cleaning up and removing old towels and helping to take orders to remove the inconvenience of getting up to go the bar, lastly more often than not pool towels was frayed and had holes which should not be acceptable. Lastly the new rooftop restaurant is great however a review of the menu is required to cater for children for both lunch and especially dinner meals.

Power outage, but no notification to the guests.
