Lunch experience with bad dogs

Went for lunch today. At the next table a couple with three dogs including one more than dangerous. They took 2 tables to protect their dogs against heat. Staffs were terrified. Other customers stay away. I do not know if Mercure has a dog friendly policyand if yes I will avoid this hotel in the future. Being dog friendly is not a problem if the hôtel communicate carefully its policies but welcoming unfriendly dogs is not acceptable…

First of all, the place is absolutely beautiful and gives off a bit of a Bali vibe. The beach is very clean and conveniently close to the resort. Beyond that, what truly stood out to me was the service mindset of the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I’d like to give full credit to the team and the GM! my best vacation memories didn’t come only from staying at a beautiful place, but from being treated with such care and warmth. If I return to Rayong, I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
