I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay, as the room condition and overall experience fell far below reasonable expectations. To begin with, I was assigned an accessible room despite never requesting or booking one, and this change was made entirely without prior notice. To make matters worse, the view from the room was extremely unattractive, which immediately took away from any pleasant ambiance or relaxation I had hoped for. The room itself also suffered from a severe lack of attention to detail. During my stay, I noticed several issues that simply shouldn't occur at a reputable hotel: Damaged and peeling amenity labels Worn-out slippers and etc. Between being given the wrong room type without communication and the subpar housekeeping standards, this stay was highly frustrating. I didn't expect much from this trip, but I feel really bad that I chose this property over my other option.

The room matched our expectations and the staff provided good service. However, the air conditioning in the room was not very cool, possibly because the room was quite spacious, and the overall temperature felt rather warm.

The pool at ocean wing looks so green and not clear // Sal bar's bartender looks like he's having a hard time working at the bar. / The bed is so nice to sleep in.

We got a warm greetings from All Staff especially Bell Man and Khun Gam at Reception. She is a very nice and friendly person. We are spending for 1 night but all staff are look beyond for everything. We also went to ocean wing and Khun Kathi is very warm welcome us with smile and nicely. Breakfast also excellent. Delicious food and well served. During checkout, we also have a great farewell from Khun Oil at the reception. She is a very nice and kind person. Thank all staff to make a memorable vacation to all of us.
