when we make the reservations with the staff , she didnt mention that our room will be in the new building which is not access to the sea. My baby wanna play with the sand so…… Usually we r. the loyalty with this hotel within Thailand and abroad. hope this suggestion will help the improve your services. And our car park at the back near the wall and in the early morning on 6/11 your staff broke the wall which is close to our car by not put any notice anything.

We understand how important it is for families to be near the beach, especially when traveling with children. I regret that this detail was not mentioned to you during the reservation process, and we will be reviewing our procedures to ensure that guests are fully informed about room locations and their proximity to key areas like the beach. Your suggestion is valuable, and we will work to improve this aspect of our service. Secondly, I am deeply concerned to hear about the damage to your car and the lack of proper notice regarding the work being done in the parking area. Nice clean hotel, staff are great. Breakfast is delicious but too many mosquitoes in the room

However, only photos of the Ocean side are shown, leading to customer misunderstandings For my Accor Plus Gold status ...I didn't get any upgrade or compensation during the trip also. In Saturday buffet night Accor Plus have only 10% discount, and can not be applied with Coffee & Bekery shop

The hotel is really nice, good experience and love the most because very pet friendly. It would be nice to have earlier check in, 3pm. is a bit too late (almost end of the first day, not much time spending at the hotel ). Unfavourable smell inside the bathroom and toilet (maybe the drains).
