This time there were some problems - despite 'do not disturb' sign in door someone (housekeeping) knocked on the door around 3 pm on 6/2/26 and disturbed my sleep. The wifi was unstable and laptop did not work well. The shower had hot water flow problem and i reported it to front desk but it was not fixed. Hot and cold water flow was erratic and shower could not get desired temperature - water was suddenly very hot to very cold

We stay as pet friendly but they have a great location and nice rooms. As I said in another review the power outlets sometimes are older and loose so our items would not charge. Other than that perfect. We found Big C shopping center with a mini mall inside very nice. You are also as close to terminal 21 and the beach.

It was horrible experience to pay 200 BHT for simple stains on pillow case. Those can go on washing also, why is this Property charged me 200BHT ? Despite being a Gold Member, the treatment was worst. The Manager was very harsh in responding to my query. Horrible !
