I stayed at this property before as well but this will probably be my last stay here. The manager and staff were not helpful even though i am a Platinum member with Accor. Problems i faced during my stay: 1. Welcome gifts by hotel were just fruits which were not fresh at all. I stayed there for 4 nights but they never sent the fruit platter again. 2. I was traveling with my family, no one helped us with Luggage during the checkin or checkout. 3. One of the Elevator was not working resulting in too much waiting. 4. They charged me for breakfast for one of my guest who was under my booking however Platinum member should get complimentary breakfast. 5. Ohh god, the quality of breakfast was horrible, my family didn’t eat breakfast for rest of 3 days as the food was terrible and taste was very bad. 6. While checking out, hotel charged me for hand towel cleaning. That small hand towel was used to just wipe the milk (which my daughter was drinking) which spilled on floor, it wasn’t a stain. However hotel manager kept pushing to pay for the towel cleaning. I paid to get over the trauma of staying at IBIS. 7. Even though i had two booking under my account, they didn’t allowed late check out for my second room. 8. Towels, bed sheets, comforter, swimming pool towels are in very bad condition. They should buy new stock. Overall it was very bad experience.
