Countless times I've stayed at the Ibis Pattaya. Great friendly service and clean room as always. If I could make a suggestion, I would like the smoking area to be "properly roofed" to help keep smokers from the rain. In the long past we could smoke on the balcony, but not any more. So, now that we smokers are cooperating, please keep the smoking area roofed to protect us from the rain.

I’m not sure how many times I have stayed at Ibis Hotel Pattaya already, but it is always one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya for me and my girlfriend. We checked in on 9 May and checked out on 10 May. Upon arrival, Khun Ning (if I remember the name correctly) welcomed us with a very warm smile and great hospitality during check-in. She explained everything clearly and tried her best to arrange a nice room for us. Big compliments to her and also all Front Office staff. First impressions are always important for every trip. Me and my girlfriend had a bad check-in experience before at Holiday Inn Pattaya nearby, so we really appreciated the warm and friendly service from your team, especially Khun Ning. She truly made our Pattaya trip feel much better after travelling from Bangkok. Breakfast was also very good as usual. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and very quick when we requested extra plates and bowls. The food was delicious. The only small thing is I noticed there were no sausages on the breakfast menu this time like before, but overall everything was still great. After breakfast, we requested late check-out twice, and the Front Office team did their best to help arrange it for us. Me and my girlfriend really appreciated that very much. Lastly, Ibis Pattaya will always be one of our top choices whenever we visit Pattaya because of the excellent service from both the Front Office and restaurant staff. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Khop Khun Krap.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. The room was small but comfortable. Unfortunately no clothes storage so lived out of suitcases. Lovely staff, large comfortable bed, room cleaned daily. Great location with 5-10 minute walk to Pattaya beach, and shops all around. Recommended for short stays.
