It was horrible experience to pay 200 BHT for simple stains on pillow case. Those can go on washing also, why is this Property charged me 200BHT ? Despite being a Gold Member, the treatment was worst. The Manager was very harsh in responding to my query. Horrible !

The location was very very good close to the beach and close to shopping atmosphere was very very friendly. They was there to help and advise the housekeeping on the fifth floor was excellent especially the lady who was cleaning my room daily. Her name is Cha. The rooms are quite basic and probably not enough electric sockets although they will supply an extension is requested the value was very reasonable. Quite a fair price for the time of year that I was there 00 I liked the ibis hotel in Pattaya

The hotel stay was overall pleasant, with good location and friendly staff who were helpful when needed. The room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a decent job. However, it is time to change the two single mattresses placed on one cot. The mattresses keep sliding apart, which makes it uncomfortable for two people to sleep. This affected the sleep quality during the stay and needs attention. With this improvement, the hotel experience would be much better

Hotel front desk, one Not like American , other will Not Do anything for you. ,she will Not even call your room for my guest, said to busy, other looks at u and Will NOT SPEAK And I been staying here in hotel over 1 year, u have to hope there breakfast still, that hot.. at 10 am. You not get hot food, the Cook is a ----------. I feel like alk good food going out back door or staff gets it.. big problem here again front desk staff , I got scream at yell at. I have video s of all. And much more. Much much more.
