I been here 18 months I only stay here because of location. Only I I fell at your other hotel Hoilday inn and they have No insurance, to pay as I had surgery. Floor was wet at 9am. Managed says NO INSURANCE, I was advised not to fly to America, I could get paralyzed. So stay here, Beware breakfast. Staff at check In beware of some of them. One does NOT LIKE AMERICAN.!! BEWARE. THANk u. Location is the best . Only reason to stay

Near the beach and shopping centers. Friendly staffs. Khun Fern at the restaurant remembered us and treated us very well. All staffs are Friendly and gave us warm welcome. Breakfast now has decaffeinated coffee and healthy items.

I’m happy that I have to stay in Ibis Pattaya. And staff were very helpful and friendly with an excellent service. I would like to give 5 star review to all staffs Khun Oh, Khun Namwan, Khun Joe, Khun GIFT. Which they are work hard and prove a fully information about the service and recommended nice drink menu. Few disappointments of different fronts. Bedside light was not properly fixed and light went on and off... the bedside phone charging USB socket was useless as it did not work too and phone could not be charged there. The shower water hot and cold mix did not work properly and water temperature was erratic. Yesterday around 12.55 pm housekeeping knocked on my door despite the 'do not disturb' sign was put by me, I was on overseas call and had to interrupt it. Housekeeping had nothing imprtant to talk just asked if i will check out. Being silver member there is late check out and also 'do not disturb/ sign was placed. How can she still knock and disturb ? I asked her and she said she was told by front office to knock. Why cant front office call on telephone ? What is the phone provided for otherwise ? This is a result of poor training and methods ? And negligence ?
