Stayed Here for the firework festival - reasonably priced and close enough to walk to the action on beach road. When we checked in, the only available breakfast slots were 6am!?! Luckily there was only 3 of us and the desk found space for us in the 7am sitting instead - still way too early to be up on a Saturday morning after a late night and a couple of drinks! I wish we hadn’t have bothered - breakfast was freezing cold and inedible. The staff kept topping up the food but the new food was still just as cold!? The second morning we skipped breakfast and ate at one of the beach front restaurants instead! Rest of our stay was good - rooms were clean, pool gets a good amount of sun after 10am.

It's simply nice and simple hotel as usual. However, parking arrangement was too bad. Only one parking staff managed alone and was unable to decide where to park properly even though he worked very hard. We don't want to blame him but management which should prepare enough staff to accommodate all guests' cars during festive event

staff in general very good all round .. house keeping also good. But the bed underneath very dusty and need to look into it .. must clear ! Room electricity plug only one and far from bed. Hoped can have 2nd one.

extremely dissatisfied , stayed 4 nights, but you gave 1 VC , people stayed 2 nights, 2 booking received 2 VC , unfair and will never use the service again. Scam, misleading. Call 02…, the staff said that There is a message on facebook “per booking” , but you edited the message. Booking and payment date October 11, 2021 You edited the message October 20, 2021 and added wording “Per Booking” pls notice just one day before the end of the promotion (promotion period 8-21 October 2021). You don't give us a second VC, we will complain to the consumer court. Bad habits, me and my family will not use your service anymore. There are many good hotels.

good location with this price. you can walk around 10 mins to the beach. the staff very friendly and helpful. The Hotel have a family room with a bank bed for kids. The hotel have a swimming pool and a little bar.

Tried to extend my stay to 06 Aug and possibly further Was told by Ibis booking that hotel was fully booked on 05 Aug Pattaya is on lock down due to Covid 19 . The hotel has only about 10 guests while i was there . There is absolutely no chance the hotel would of been fully booked any time during the complete month of Aug Already discussed with hotel staff and hotel manager and they confirmed the hotel was no where near being fully booked I sourced alternative accommodation very easily in Pattaya as most places are happy to receive the business during these low occupancy times I usually use Ibis as my preferred location , but this has gave me a change of mind I would someone to follow up why I was given false information that the hotel was fully occupied I am awaiting feedback and action from previous survey completed

There were some unexpected noises at night

Bathroom is too small

Upon investigation, I found that you booked through booking dot com site and therefore you did not receive the welcome drink voucher as I hope, you are aware that membership benefits are applicable when guest books the room through ACCORHOTELS website. Therefore, it was unfortunate that you evaluated hotel service for not receiving benefits when you were not eligible for it. In addition, the ibis rooms, bathroom and amenities are designed as per the economy hotel standards. I am sorry if we could not meet your needs. Other than that, I have noted your concerns about internet connection and we will take action to improve more in future. The hotel is near a beach by walking 5 minutes. The Terminal21 department store is opposite a hotel by walking 2 minutes. There are many restaurants, convenient stores and night markets around a hotel by walking 2-10 minutes.

Everything is good. We do understand your difficulty to operate during Covid-19 situation but it is really impractical to ask guests to tell in advance what time they want to have breakfast at 7, 8 or 9am. We are on a leisure trip. We don't really know what time we will wake up. It seems like the hotel has forced us to wake up for the breakfast. Please consider change this requirement. Thank you.

Although kindly allow me to information that our reception staff gives all details upon arrival if guest room includes the breakfast then should book a time to dine in our restaurant in order to join the breakfast as per the time slot. Indeed we like to make guest stay as smooth as possible and therefore you may choose any time slot between from 7 to 10 am as per the seating availability. I am sorry if you felt any inconvenience to confirm the breakfast time and otherwise guest can choose the last 10am - 11am hour to join the breakfast. I respect your suggestions, however we need to stick to the New Normal policy to provide social distancing and offer the limited seats during the meal period. Nevertheless, if guest changes mind at last minute then we try our best to consider the guest requests as per the present situation on that time. Excellent Central Pattaya Hotel

I give this excellent hotel 5 stars in each category. The staff are friendly, welcoming & very efficient. The hotel is situated on a private road (ie quiet) between beach Road & Beach Two road, this means a short 100-150m walk gives you access to the 24 hour B10 songthaew service. They also mix an excellent mojito, which is a great way to start the evening by the pool.

Nice and clean room. The hotel is not far from Terminal 21, you can go there within 5 minutes by walk. The access road to beach front through Mercure and Holiday Inn 5 minutes by walk. Staffs were active and helpful.
