This property is usually a favorite of mine—having visited 8 to 10 times now—but my experience during a consecutive pair of visits highlighted some inconsistencies I believe require your attention. First Stay (Room 1106): Given my loyalty and Platinum status, I was disappointed to be assigned to the 11th floor, which felt quite low. Furthermore, room 1106 faces the direction of the sunset, meaning the space naturally traps heat. Because the air conditioning fan was incredibly weak, the AC couldn't keep up, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. There were also noticeable water marks and stains in the shower corners, and the bedside reading light was malfunctioning. ​Second Stay (Room 2405): I returned to the property just two days later and was assigned to room 2405. This experience was night and day compared to the first. The AC fan and the reading light both worked perfectly, and the shower room was much cleaner and better maintained. On a broader note applicable to both rooms, the overall lighting felt quite dim. As a point of consideration for the property'S. next major renovation, updating the lighting scheme to make the guest rooms brighter would greatly improve the experience. I am glad to see that room 2405 met the high standards I have come to expect from the Novotel brand, the maintenance issues in room 1106 need to be addressed by your engineering and housekeeping teams.

Dear Novotel Sriracha Team, I would like to express my gratitude for the warm hospitality during my recent stay at Novotel Sriracha. The check-in process could not have been smoother, and I would especially like to give a shout-out to Khun Chalarm (Shark) for kindly making my requests happen and ensuring everything was arranged so thoughtfully. I was also impressed by the detailed information provided by the Reservation team, which ensured that all my inquiries were clearly addressed before I made my decision to stay at the hotel. In addition, I would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their effort in preparing the sofa bed and moving the two twin beds together, which made the room setup much more comfortable and less awkward for a solo traveler like myself. I do have a few small suggestions that I hope the hotel may consider in the future: installing a grab bar at the corner in the shower area, replacing the current shower setup with a more accessible, and possibly changing the shower chair, as the current one appeared rather old and worn. Also adding a ramp at the parking floor where you come of the elevator to access route to Pier 339, which could greatly improve convenience and accessibility for wheelchair users These improvements could help make the stay much more hassle-free and comfortable for guests with limited or no mobility, like myself. Please note that these suggestions are not only for my personal convenience, but also as ideas to further elevate the excellent international service standards of the Accor Group. Lastly, thank you once again to every team member whom I may not have mentioned personally. Your assistance, kindness, and professionalism during my stay were truly unforgettable. I will absolutely recommend the hotel through every possible channel and to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality. I also sincerely hope to revisit again in the future. Warm regards,
