Very nice restaurant and tasty food, I really enjoyed the spring roll and the yum woonsen the drinks also was great. The ambience was nice and clean, well maintained hotel and with a very friendly staff I want to mention Ms. Mai in the restaurant for good service welldone *I suggest that the menu in the restaurant to add more choices. Room upgrade Randomly..sometime upgrade for 1 level I'am Platinum Level but upgrade as Gold Level some time no upgrade....but the other hotel(MVP) always give me better upgrade from delux to excutive everytime I have visited. Canepes and drinks on executive Lounge keep low quality every time I came to this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at Novotel Marina Sriracha with astonished FO team, Premier Lounge, abd Silver Moon Sky Bar. Already had me at hello upon arrival with Khun Frame! Very informative, and helpful. In addition, also she made me feel special as an D6 Platinum membership by recognising at first glance. Though the room was not ready during the time, but we arrived earlier than we should be, thus far. Hence, Khun Frame informed us for enjoying superb sea view with soft drink on 25th floor at the Premier Lounge, while waiting the room to be ready. The room was ready, shortly, notified by Khun Frame once again. Wondering where she belongs to though... Also, got the welcome amenities, as far a the membership goes. However, if I got to be nitpicking, I was leave for your consideration via email as I went with my girlfriend, hence the welcome would do it so. No need to be worried much, just so you know, not a complaint anyhow. Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktail was Superb, and enjoyable for both of us. Once again, for nitpicking perspective, wishing for more options for food, but everything you had offered was great.
