This hotel has great views and the breakfast was above average. The lounge is about what you'd expect for a Novotel. However, the rooms are quite small. The only upgrade you can expect as Accor Platinum is a slightly higher floor. And the service was well below average. Quite often, nobody would answer the phone. And then when they did answer, the request was never fulfilled and we had to call again.
