At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced during your stay. We regret to learn that the restaurant service did not fully meet your expectations, particularly during lunch, and that our service team did not deliver the level of politeness and attentiveness you had hoped for. Your feedback has been shared with our restaurant management and culinary teams for further training and improvement. However, according to our records, we can only see a billing record for your dinner service. Therefore, we are not entirely certain of the date and time you experienced the issue mentioned. To assist us in investigating this matter thoroughly, we would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly share further details with us, such as the date and approximate time of the service in question. Please feel free to reply directly to this email with any additional information. We are especially concerned to learn about the incident involving a rusted pin found in the private pool.
