Good stay with friendly staff at counter checkin. Due to covid19 pandemic, shortages of staff, some of service was delayed and can not contact.

Far not enough covid19 protective measures for this level of hotel. No alcohol hand rub available in public area especially in elevators. Not enough protective measures in dining areas. Do not expect everybody to wear your plastic gloves. I saw a lot of people not wearing your gloves. I have bad impression for your hotel and will not return for another visit.

Stayed in Ocean front room. First impression is at the Check in counter. Khun Jubjang welcome us with smile and superb service. I got all the benefit I deserve from her. The alacarte on G floor restaurant is quite delicious. Whether the simple menu like fried noodles or wakyu hamburger. I can feel lots of different on the taste. Cant explain by words. Our dinner in the hotel also superb. I haven't got this impressive experience before. The seafood set at the beach is very good. The food and the location of the dining table is much over expectation than what I see from the brochure. Mr.Kaek and Mr.X always look after us all the time with smile. We had a lot conversation to them and it is really good. The breakfast, the welcome drink, the hitea are all lovely. I really love them all. Before depart; I’ve got a puncture. Lucky me, your bellboys saw it and let me know before I left. Then Hotel technician came to change tire for us. The event is at 4pm on October 10. Please find this two bellboys and give them praise on my behalf. I will stay in your hotel again in very near future. :)

Pros: Staff provides good service/ Bed is big Cons: Pillows in the room are too thick, not soft (we had neck-pain) and the price of the room is quite high comparing with what we received (the room cannot see the sea)

Staffs were courteous. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was sumptuous and tastes great. Seating were spacious. Swimming pool might be too small for this popular destination, since Jomtien beach here is unfortunately not as beautiful as Pattaya beach.

The service was not good comparing with the price I have paid. There was not nice staff. Also, it was too crowded in swimming pool and breakfast time. I thought it is overload. Room is clean and functional

Front desk staffs were friendly. Room was nice. Environment was clean and pleasant. But breakfast was a disappoint, found hair in the food. Food were cold. Restaurant staffs were not service minded. No glove given until asked for. Hotel 4-5 stars. Restaurant 2-3 stars.
