The hotel is exceptionally well designed and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with minimal noise disturbance. The guestrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, while the restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. The breakfast selection is particularly impressive, with a varied menu that changes daily. The warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff further enhance the overall guest experience. However, some areas within the property require attention, particularly regarding safety around several stairways. Improvements such as better lighting and additional safety measures would help ensure that guests of all ages can move around the resort more safely, especially during the evening hours

The service was amazing, especially from Khun Pla during check-in. She delivered a warm, attentive, and caring service experience. Khun Taew from the lounge and breakfast team was also very helpful and friendly always offering assistance and checking if I needed anything. Both of them delivered exceptional service and truly made my stay memorable. Other than that, the property itself is lovely. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.
