The hotel is good, we had a great time as a family the room we had was big for us for 4 nights, we loved the choice at breakfast and the FB staff, especially Khun Cake she would always say hi and knew how i liked my cuppa tea :) The service around the pool, needs to be improved, as their is hardly any staff to take any orders we had to wait and ask for menus. We liked the effort from the hotel about the enivroment especially the sign for the door to not change the linen and get a free tea/coffee (great idea). The lady who checked us in Khun Pla was great and helpful during our stay, but their is no information about any shuttle service, i only knew if this from the website we used this and it was great. Overall the stay was great and we would 100% come back again. Thank you from the Janwet family :)

I stayed at your hotel over the weekend and would like to share some honest feedback regarding my experience. I was confused by the “We have upgraded for you” note in the room, as there was no visible upgrade compared to the room category I originally booked. This felt misleading rather than welcoming. I would also like to suggest that staff ask guests whether they prefer communication in English or Thai, especially when serving Thai/foreigner couples. Speaking only Thai to me made my partner feel somewhat unwelcome and invisible, which could have been easily avoided with more attentive hospitality. During breakfast, I noticed sparkling wine was supposed to be available, but no staff member approached or offered it to us throughout our stay. While small, these details matter in a 5-star hotel experience. Another disappointing experience was at the pool bar. When we politely asked whether there was a locker or safe place to leave our belongings while swimming, the staff member responded dismissively and rather rudely, simply stating that no one would take care of our belongings. Considering how crowded the beach and pool areas were during the weekend, I strongly suggest the hotel provide lockers or secure storage options for guests. Additionally, my room was located on the 3rd floor directly underneath the restaurant area, and I could hear chairs being dragged across the floor until around 10:30 PM every night. As this stay was meant to be a relaxing escape from Bangkok’s noise and chaos, the constant disturbance significantly affected the comfort of the stay. On a positive note, the breakfast quality itself was excellent, and Khun Nam from the lounge provided outstanding service and professionalism throughout our stay. Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the inconsistency in service and guest experience was disappointing for a hotel positioned as a 5-star destination.

Color tone and design of the hotel is nice. Staff is helpful and supportive. I love that the hotel have cloths drying rack for rent and have a foot rinse station to clean up the sand, it show that the owner think well. Room is nice but if we can able to watch tv during the bath tub using would be better and also the freezer is not cool enough. The thing that can also be improved is the food, the taste can be better for both dinner and breakfast.
