Everything was great. Only downside, the breakfast was plain. We had just come from VIE hotel in Bangkok, and the selection was far more. 2ndly, the balcony chair cushion was sinking. Like it’s too big for the base. Everything else was great.

Service is so slow during happy hour.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. TV set was not easy to operate, it's better if Japanese TV program was available. Therefore, I reduced just 1 from total satisfactiory, but all over averate this is wonderful hotel.
