Nice room upgrade, room decor friendly and welcoming. Coffee taste is terrible; powder machine is sub-standard.

I booked 2 rooms one was okay the second had a massive leak that keep my parents awake the cleaning team came only one hour after the situation. The issue was happened between 3- 5am some parent couldn't sleep. They rejected my full refund, only offer 50% off which I still don't see in my bank account.

The room was not clean. Breakfast was just okay. The bed was good.

Breakfast should be more and fast than this. International Buffet, especially the Japanese section, was very slow and had very limited refills each time. It wasn’t sufficient for the number of customers, and items like tuna were rarely brought out. I wasn’t very impressed with the taste of the food, but the staff provided excellent service.
