I think for the permanent customers who visit almost all events and come often and still didn’t cancel new year trip despite of no program in the hotel and higher prices also , the Hotel Staff in reception should be more flexible and loyal. For example I saw that another guests got free room upgrade. Feel little bit unsatisfied. Another everything is ok as usual ( especially kids club stuff and family class event). Thank you!

The view is very nice. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. We had dinner for Seafood Buffet, most of seafood not fresh each shrimp and lobster. Lobster bisque was no seasoned. Food on Salad counter were no label and distasteful.

I used to like your hotel a lot but this time, maybe becoz of covid or cheaper room rate, i do not like your breakfast at all, it's boring. And also kids club, it is very small and you put a lot of children and parents stay inside the room even this period (End of December 2020, covid pandemic in Banglamung area) please be professional. I also have issue while checking out and i have to wait 1 hour without any solution by sales director and front manager, i dont know how you train your staff not to make a decision and let customer waiting for sale person to come but finally she didnt show up. Maybe this would be last time (my 4th time with movenpick pattaya)

amazing hotel, this is turning into our go to place. The premier benefits are excellent and service is beyond expectation. This is our second visit with my wife (She's also pregnant) and we are very happy with everything. Feed back for room 2508: It is missing a lamp on the left side of the bed. There were 2 ceiling lights out in the room and a little dusty under the bed. The bathtub in general is excellent, but there is a very tiny leak from the faucet (a welding problem). The shower door doesn't close property (minor adjustment). The shower heater was a big problem. It was either too hot or too cold and if you moved a little, it went from one extreme to the other. Sometimes the heat just cut out and the water became freezing. I would normally change the room for this, but because my wife is pregnant, it was too much effort to move our stuff and organize the day around another available room. Please fix this. Otherwise we had a great stay and will be back after lockdown. Thank you to the staff on the 3rd floor. fantastic service and also thank you to the team under K. KO by the pool, exceptional service.

Lobby staff service is not that great, most of the time they encourage self-service and let us walk to get stuffs by ourselves. Complementary water is too less, someday 2 bottles someday no water someday 4 bottles. Room service is good, we ask for wine glass and they deliver us ice bucket for wine too impressive.

Have various selections of family activities. Swimming pool is very nice and enjoyable. We can spend the whole time of our stay in the property. Choice of food at Executive Lounge is a bit limited but overall service is good.

Although we had booked a room with a king size double bed, we were given a room with twin beds. As we were only staying one night it was of no great consequence so, we did not even bother to mention it. Had we been staying longer this would not have been the case. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. We will definitely go back as and when we can.

Our holiday was great at Movenpick. It was our second time staying here. A little problem was it took so long for our suitcases would be sent to our room. it was 45 minutes waiting. Other things were perfect at this hotel.
