First time to stay at Movenpick Pattaya, actually, the location is good, staff is very nice and provided a good service. My room is on 32/F with very nice sea view. But there are some technical problems with air condition, the temperature was set up at 21C which was freezing. However, when we tried to raise the temperature to about 25C, the floor became wet and slippery, posing a slipping hazard. As a result, we had no choice but to endure the freezing room. That said, it was our own fault for not informing the staff about this issue immediately, but I informed and showed the pictures to the staff at check-out and hope the air condition must be repaired asap. Breakfast are variety, the taste is fine.

room and the sofa are stink. Towel and bed sheet are ripped. We stayed in executive suite room. Tile in the shower room is very slippery, very dangerous for everyone especially senior. Maid said that they dont use fabric softener, making everything smell not so pleasant.

We are impressed with nice hospitality from every hotel staff we met, especially at the Panorama Club. Location is great.That’s why we pick Movenpicks. However, the room and some facilities are worn out. Also, the chocolate hour was quite a disappointment regarding the variety of chocolate snacks.

As a guest choosing a 5-star establishment, my expectations for quality and comfort are high. While there were aspects of the stay to appreciate, I wanted to bring a few specific issues directly to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests. Housekeeping (Pillows): Upon arrival, we noticed a distinct, unpleasant odor coming from the pillows in our room. For a luxury property, pristine linen and bedding hygiene are fundamental, and this unfortunately detracted from our comfort. Breakfast Quality & Experience: We went to the lobby floor for breakfast as the ground floor was packed full, this appeared to be a secondary location. Unfortunately, the offering here was not up to a 5-star standard. The hot food items were served lukewarm at best, and the sausages were of notably poor quality and entirely inedible. Room Amenities: We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room and were surprised to find it did not include an in-room espresso/coffee machine. At this tier and price point, a proper coffee machine is standard industry expectation, and its absence was disappointing
