Staff not friendly to guest so it is not warm welcoming. I go breakfast for my husband and baby. Babysitter was accompany only and not having breakfast but the restaurant staff at G floor ask me to pay it and so rude. We can not enjoy the breakfast and it was very disappointing us

Everything was excellent but the maid didn’t clean the room properly and we found the egg shell of the provious customer in the cupboard. It’s gross!! 🤮 We will def be back but need to make sure the room is spotless clean 😉

The room floor has some scratches and could use some maintenance, as well as the pool floor.

For this stay, overall I am very satisfied and would like to compliment Khun Nick, who is a Front and Lounge staff, for helping me with advice and taking care of the check-out process. However, I would like to suggest some improvement for the Lobster preparation in the “Sunday brunch” meal, as I received a shrimp that had not been properly cleaned and the waste in the head of the shrimp mixed with the meat, causing a fishy smell and ruining the taste of the ingredients. I reported this to the restaurant staff, but did not receive any explanation whether this was the correct way of cooking or not, leaving me wondering if this was a mistake or my own ignorance. Therefore, I would like to recommend that the service should provide an explanation to the customer, not just inform that they will notify the chef. Your hotel is one of the few hotels that I have stayed more than 3-4 times in the past year and I do not hesitate to stay again, so I hope that you will maintain the quality of service in the future.
