We regret to hear about the unpleasant odor from the pillows upon your arrival, as cleanliness and guest comfort are matters we take very seriously. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry to learn that your breakfast experience at the lobby-floor venue was disappointing. During periods of high occupancy, we open an additional breakfast area to accommodate guests more comfortably; however, this should never compromise food quality or temperature. We sincerely apologize that the hot items were not served at the proper temperature and that the sausage quality did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been forwarded to our culinary team for corrective action and further attention. Regarding the in-room coffee machine, kindly note that espresso coffee machines are available exclusively in our Suites room categories.
