The accommodation was good, but the breakfast wasn't very fresh, and the seafood buffet at dinner wasn't fresh. Many items were out of stock – something I've never experienced before; I usually eat there whenever I stay. This time, many items were unavailable and weren't replenished. The food that was available wasn't fresh, causing my entire family to have stomach problems the next day.

Just awful hotel was so overcrowded you could do nothing meal times were a night mare the worse short break I have ever had

Came to check in and staff informed that please check in at club room on 3rd floor and informed to go to the elevator on left hand side. I know the place of club room as I have been there before. However, the staff may need to walk out of the counter and tell the direction to go there. Nevertheless, Overall are good.

Check-in at 14:00 but got the extra bed around 16:40 after following up 3-4 times and got told wait for your queue. I event wrote a compliant note and gave to the reception manager. I totally understand that you launched 4,599 net promotion to keep the hotel running but should not trade-off this with loyalty customers and should better utilize info given by the clients from the app (I have informed on prior day and paid for 3 adult plus an extra bed) The communication with client should also can improve. But the man staff who helped to solve welcome drink problem on Mar 5th is impressive and can solve problem well also the feeling of customers.
