Good front desk service...NOT a 5 star hotel!!!

However, we sincerely regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the condition of your room and the dining service on our rooftop. Your comments about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room are noted, as well as your concerns regarding the service delays during your dining experience. We strive to maintain high standards, and your observations will be shared with our team for consideration in our continuous improvement efforts.
