My 3rd or 4th stay here now and my regular first choice in Casa. Staff are outstanding and always remember me which is a huge plus. Extremely comfortable bed and great breakfast. Location is superb. However I did experience a few issues on this trip which may make me reconsider staying next time. No water available in gym and also quite dirty. Reported my safe not working twice and was not fixed. This meant I had to wander around for 2 days with all my valuables, not ideal. Bath towels appear to have shrunk in size!

Well located, clean rooms, polite and available staff, the gym is a plus and it is not far from the old Medina market and the city center by walk. However, only one bottle of water serve in my room was not enough and the view to the back street was not beautiful

The hotel was nice, and staff very helpful. The WiFi, unfortunately does not work with Bon’s, as it’s not captive, and no security so trying to work was difficult
