I arrive pretty late (past 10pm) only to be told that my room was not ready. I had no choice than to accept a temporary room (which was really outdated and was showing its age) and be relocated the next day. To be noted that the tv was not working in the room. The duty manager proposed to transfer my suitcase from the temporary room to the definitive one while I am away for work, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, when I arrive the case was not there. I contacted the duty manager (who was really hard to reach) and she promised o get the suitcase sorted immediately. When I got back to the room few hours later, still no suitcase. I had to call the reception again to get my suitcase. When I received the invoice, I was charged the full price for the temporary romm, and the first night was the most expensive of the three. Overall, very unpleasant experience...
