The location was not well suited for a traveler first time in the city. Advertised free airport shuttle which is not true. Wine delivered to the room with no corkscrew. Would not make change for 100 US because the bill was to old. Loud, horns honking all night. Room was nice. No bidet. Food in the restaurant was marginal

Good location but major updates needed

We stayed for 2 nights and found the pool area was not what was shown in the Accor website pictures. We were unable to use the pool area due to a crammed restaurant and bar setting with overhangs preventing an enjoyable afternoon outside.

A quick one-nighter with breakfast. As usual, Movenpick chosen because it ticks all basic boxes, the beds are good, and there are baths, too. Disappointing this time was the 7am construction noise, but good was - as usual - the customer service. A good place for a few nights.

I am treated like a VIP when I stay with you, from The front desk, concierge to the restaurant. The entire team is very agreeable, kind and helpful and go the extra mile to put a smile on the face of the guests. Although, I miss the chocolate sweets that were handed out. First, as memeber of accor hotel, the receptionnist didn't accept to grant me the points because the agency paid the stay! Then, I found out that: - dirty towels were left in my room - Boiler was not cleaned since I prepared a tea one day before The magnetic cards are most of time not working so I have each time to go back to the reception to recharge the card.

Good located hotel, big rooms, good breakfast. Check in was difficult, need to improve the services. Very nice roof-top restaurant with a pool, good services from the staff. Very good food, I recommend to visit this restaurant on the 16th floor of the building, with a beautiful sight on Casablanca.

Great Hotel with perfect location and wonderful service . Special y Mr Idris from night reception Mr Reda from day reception they made my stay as comfortable as they could. Hajar and Rashida and fouuzia from house keeping were brilliant with a lovely smile and made my room with great care and provided all my needs. This was my 4th visit and I will be back soon.
