Wonderful en comfortable bed. I was at 14th floor en it was Very noisy and I could hear people shouting and talking, I think the isolation is zero in the rooms.

Staff were not wearing mask or enforcing it with guests. I received an upgrade and the room was unpleasant. One light fixture did not have a bulb. The light next to the bed was broken and upside down. The person checking me in said it was an excellent room.

Arrived at 1PM for lunch. I had to ask multiple times the waiter to get something. In 40mins I was served the entree and the main course (I’ll spare you the quality of the meal). Gave up on the dessert, i was running late. Was charged for the (sparkling) mineral water yet the offer mentioned mineral water included. Not the best start. Got around 7PM for my check in. Nice room (well furnished), yet the AC was set at a tremendous 16 degrees (while it was 30 degrees outside). Had to cover up as soon as I got into my room. Tried to order room service, but some options were unavailable. When you call at 8PM, you expect the room service workers to know what’s available in the kitchen… but they had to hang up on me, and ask the chef. If I didn’t have to work late night, that would have definitely pushed me to go eat outside. Yet the course I ordered (although pricey, 240MAD for meat sticks) was delicious. Checkout went well, my car was waiting for me outside (greatly appreciated that gesture) at 7:30AM. Breakfast was okay, although I’ve seen better in other Movenpick in the country. Overall, although it was a quick business trip, I’m pretty confident I won’t come back to the hotel. Although the room itself is nice, there were too many approximations during my stay.

I recently switched from ihg to accor group expecting a better service. I was shocked at this hotel. Probably, the worst experience Ive had. The hotel and the rooms were old and smelly. I couldn't touch the iron board and the iron was barely working. The noise in my room over the 2 nights was unbearable due to works on the upper floor. Truly shocked by a name like movenpick.
