The room furniture is old, poor and lacks decoration. The mattress was not comfortable. The breakfast buffet did not have the usual variety I see in other countries. There was no yogurt (to the best of my knowledge I didn’t find any), the selection of cheese was pure and smatched,. One good thing is that the restaurant staff was really nice, fast, friendly and helpful. Also, the receptionist asked me if have taken anything from the bar I said No. and discovered he added a 50 MAD to my receipt. I discovered when claiming the money to my company. Also I am not if my stay at Movenpick points were added to my Accor account.

We enjoyed a large splendid suite and staff was so kind to give us a delicious cake as birthday present for my wife. We strongly recommend the rooftop bar with great view on Casablanca.

Although the stay itself was fine, I was disappointed that the hotel did not live up to its name (I am half joking here, I really craved ice cream for breakfast lol). Now, in all seriousness, I was rather happy with my stay, front office agents were competent and helpful beyond their regular scope of responsibilities, chocolates as a welcome were a nice touch (though I personally would prefer more variety), and room upgrade had left me satisfied, though I was expecting it :) About the room itself, shower needs some love (maintenance), as the water was leaking from under it, other than that, absolutely no complaints. 7/10 as there is some space for improvement, overally a good experience.
