Big room but lack of service. The restaurant at 16 floor has good food and sevice. The meeting room is ok-ish but the coffee brack snacks are really good. Guest relation is very nice :)

All hotel staff are very helpful, warm and solution oriented. I would like to particularly thank the chef de concierge Monsieur Hassan Zouhdy for all the efforts he put into getting back my luggage that was lost by the airline. His help was immense. A million thanks again!

Check-in and check-out experience was smooth. The location is good, and the rooms are comfortable. I asked for a king bed before arriving, and I was told that it is available, but the room still had 2 small beds. The food variety and taste in the breakfast buffet is very poor. Honestly, one imagined that a Movenpick hotel would never provide such poor buffet. The room had no iron, only ironing table. The staff are helpful and the utilities are good.
