Breakfast is poor. No enough space and equipment for a 5 star hotel. Very poor. Also to prepare; Staff is late like they put good after 8! Staff doesnt understand english when called from room In room facilities are poor to welcome

At the checkout the system was down and I would receive a digital copy of my invoice via e-mail. I am still waiting for a digital copy of my invoice ! The breakfast area was dirty when I tried to find a chair and table nothing was clean. It was 8.30AM. Bad publicity for the famous Mövenpick group.

Dear Mr Tom, Although we sincerely regret your disappointment with your stay in our Movenpick Casablanca Hotel, we would like to thank you for sharing your comments as it will help us to identify areas of concern and act immediately so as to enhance our future guests' experience among us. We are sorry that we couldn't send you the bill at a proper time due to a load of work from some IT issues that you must not experience. We have taken good note of your remarks on the cutlery in our restaurant and have shared your comments with our head of department and want to take this opportunity to explain that all dishes, cutlery and glasses are washed in industrial dishwashers at extremely high temperatures so as to not only remove any kind of food but also to ensure that all resistant bacteria are killed. All pieces are then replaced in the buffets by our staff who verifies that every piece is clean and spotless and clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion and encourage that in future you point out any imperfection whilst onsite for us to be able to intervene immediately. Thank you again for your visit and constructive critics, our primary goal being to assure our guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their visits, we are eager to regain your confidence during another occasion if you gave us that chance. Tea and Coffee are not free in bedroom You have go call now room service to deliver you some tea and capsule coffee and you have to pay. You call the desk to tell them to bring us some coffee and tea they say yes and you wait and nobody appear You have no shoes in room and only one dress bathroom you have call to have another one The service room get you less money that they will have to give us

Nice breakfast and location; The room key card its a big problem, i need go to reception 10 times because de card didn't work, and did not in contact with mobile. Wiil need improve this. Cannot open windows at room.

First of all the room access at 3PM is incredible. I haven't seen it in any Accor Hôtels. The first room given to me was plenty of dust (in the wardrobe, the bathroom,...) plus the sink wasn't working and the baththub wasnt good at all. i Got a Cougth and an eye injurie due to that dust then i complained the next morning at the reception. finally the Hotel Director Was a very Kind and attentionate person. he came to me with apologies and proposed another room : that one was well prepared and in better condition for the 5 last day of my stay. The Food wasn't terrible at all good maroccan things but too monotonous : same things almos every day that's not at a (star hotel level. The Janitor was excellent, full of resources and helped a lot on arrival and departure better than clerck at the desk (some was very terrible). Overall the position of the Hotel is very good, I appreciated the director and I hope they'll do their best to improve the quality at the level of a 5Star hotel.

The bar on the top of hotel is fantastic, nice. It takes some time to wait for check in and check out in reception. So you need to reserve enough time for check in and check out.

Breakfast with no really marocain specialities Room with no isolatef Windows. Low outdoor luminosity. Bad viens. Dirty security issues. The 4 elevators were off ! Seminar room were not sonor isolated, Mic not well working, no remonte TV available.

We were welcome with warm hospitality and excellent service by Salem. The stay was very convenient and the room was offering an excellent escape from all the noise around in the city. Unfortunately the room service and breakfast were not on the same high level, but still acceptable.

Noise in the evening (from the club) for the first night (then I 've requested to change room) Elevators were OoService for a while, then only 1 out of 4 was working. Choice for breakfast buffet is a bit poor.

Old fashion style rooms (80's) foul odor when you get out your room (5th floor) Dont ask for a low level room because you will ear the music from the night club No aminities in bathroom except soap and shampoo TV : big square on the screen sayiing that the licence fee was not paid so you can't use it You must pay to use the hamman even if you are an hotel customer Food is under average and the buffet is not refill All lifts were out of order Pool is cold and very small in a middle of bar&restaurant Average staff Definitely not a 5 star hötel

limited dining experience, just one resturant at floor 16th with very limited menù waiting time for dinner extremely long + 1h (experienced two times/two dinners) however food quality quite good
