Although the stay itself was fine, I was disappointed that the hotel did not live up to its name (I am half joking here, I really craved ice cream for breakfast lol). Now, in all seriousness, I was rather happy with my stay, front office agents were competent and helpful beyond their regular scope of responsibilities, chocolates as a welcome were a nice touch (though I personally would prefer more variety), and room upgrade had left me satisfied, though I was expecting it :) About the room itself, shower needs some love (maintenance), as the water was leaking from under it, other than that, absolutely no complaints. 7/10 as there is some space for improvement, overally a good experience.

Some renovations would be required to the hotel and overall facilities. Also, at the 8th floor there was permanently a smell of cooked fish. Probabil the rooftop's kitchen ventilation was somewhere nearby... Overall the fitness center had dirty walls, rusty sport equipment and the cleaning wasn't done thoroughly either.
