So much noise on a saturday morning at 8:30 am. Room was ok. Nighy staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Woke up very tired

I found the hotel to be dirty. I found multiple long black hair in my clean towels. There was construction waste on my corridor for the entire stay. There was also a food tray with leftovers next to the elevator for 3 days. The shower seals were leaking heavily and the shower room was flooded after each use. There was no iron available in the room. I had to ask 5 times before I was brought an iron that was heavily damaged. It had damaged teflon coating which resulted in damaged shirt. One of two lifts was broken and during peak hours it took a long time to get up or down. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and it took 5-10 min to open a web page. I could not do any work and had to by an eSIM to use the mobile data as a hotspot.
