If you are a clean person, don't stay at that hotel, even the elevators are disgusting.Immediately upon entering the room, it didn't feel clean; the floor was uncleaned, the sheets were of poor quality, the towels were stained and torn, and they only provided two towels, not a full set. They don't put a bath carpet, and the floor is slippery. Plus, the shower is on a higher level, which almost made me fall.The air conditioning wasn't working properly; they checked it, but didn't fix it. I had to sleep with the window open, which is probably why my room was full of mosquitoes. They don't put water in the room.

Location is good, but everything else is mediocre. The most disappointing part is the breakfast. I had expected proper moroccan breakfast, but was totally disappointed. The standard is so low, service very bad, not to mention no taste. Whatever the video advertisement on the restaurant was NOT true at all. Baghrir was served cold, malawi was hard, syai was not available, its a total disaster unfortunately.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It's quite comfortable and just a few kilometers from the airport, and proximity to the airport was crucial for me, as I was staying in various cities in North Africa during this trip. I was asked if I needed parking, but I didn't have a car. However, the breakfast was good, and that definitely made my stay better. I stayed for two nights a few years ago.

J’ai passé un séjour de 6 jours en été dans cet établissement. Je tiens à souligner que le personnel de l’accueil et de la cuisine est vraiment au top : chaleureux, à l’écoute, souriant… On se sent bien accueillis dès l’arrivée, et ça fait plaisir. Par contre, gros point négatif concernant l’entretien des chambres. Le ménage n’a clairement pas été fait correctement : sol sale, bureau poussiéreux, toilettes non nettoyées, et les draps n’ont jamais été changés pendant toute la durée de mon séjour, malgré mes remarques à la réception. C’est dommage, car l’amabilité de l’équipe d’accueil ne suffit pas à compenser ce manque flagrant d’hygiène dans les chambres. Un vrai effort est à faire de ce côté-là.
