Overall, the facility was very clean. However, looking past the small things that seemed off, the wifi was horrendous. I wasn't even able to send a whatsapp message while connected to the wifi, and as I was visiting from abroad, I didn't want to roam to connect to normal data. Additionally, the windows were so thin I heard cars driving and dogs barking all night as if my window were wide open. Also, I was locked out of my room, due to an error with my card. After resetting it and it didn't work again, I was forced to wait another 15 mins to gain access to my room. Lastly, it took 40 mins to checkout in the morning, with no sense of urgency from the staff.

Someone steal my money that keep inside my luggage (Unfortunately I forgot to lock my luggage).

Someone have steal EURO250 that keep inside my luggage. How do you thinks that who possible to go in my rooms during me out for work? I had log a report to your front counter at the end a manager only tell me we can't do anything after internal investigation all the staffs claimed no take any money from my room. In deed for this incident I feel this hotel is not safe to stay and lost confident on hotel security so I check out on 4/12/2019 and move to other hotel. In fact as schedule I will check out on 14/12/2019. I already informed my company than we will blacklist this hotel for all staffs to stay in future. About 22 years I travel around this is 1st incident I lost my money from hotel room. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Room was clean, bathroom clean. Completely satisfactory for a quick business trip. Towel was a little threadbare though. Restaurant was OK for dinner. Breakfast was pleasant but without anything special. Overall a very average, good value for money, would probably stay again experience.

Compared to my stay earlier this year, the level of service has declined: Breakfast variety has been reduced to a minimum, the construction site hasn't made any visible progress, the internet connectivity is unsatisfying to do any work for business (not talking about video streaming, etc. - just normal usage is unbearably slow) On the pro: The staff individuals are trying their best to keep a good spirit and are tremendously helpful and friendly.

I was overall satisfied, people were charming and friendly, I had always somebody to help in cas of. Very quiet room, with enough space, comfy bed. TV was OK. Only downside was the wifi connection, sometimes a bit slow bandwidth.

you have very good staff, specially reception (girls in reception are very talent ), but we faced internet problem, i have informed them during my week there, that IBIS is business hotel, and if there is problem in internet, you will lose clients and guest for future. because we need internet for work, for connection...etc. i think you should solve this problem as priority one. and opened in your problem solving board. you should have fiber optic high speed internet with professional router. not just standard router like home. thx for understanding

0,1 Mbps internet connection in 21 century is a joke. Rooms are small and dirty. Lack of toiletries - only 2 shower gels in small bags. Poor breakfasts, one cofee machines with beans that most of the time was down. The only positive was friendly staff.

Not an enjoyable experience at all. 1) Room was hot as A/C was not cooling well and after several complaints - I was told this is how it is. 2) Some of the pillows were lumpy and the towels were worn out and coming apart at the edges. 3) The soap dispenser near the sink was empty for 3 days and no one bothered to fill it during my stay. 4) The restaurant staff were too busy and not clean at all. Tables were always dirty and bread crumbs were pushed on teh floor to make room for new guests.

I did pay in advance the hotel and once arrived to the reception desk I had no room due Ibis mistake. At the end I had to go to another hotel 25 mins far away passed midnight. I am not recommending the hotel to my partners or the workers in my companies .
