Overall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable and well-cleaned, breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the bar staff were very pleasant. However, on checking in, there was a football match on and the reception staff member was noticeably brusque and came across as almost rude. He was watching the game on his phone while we were checking in, which felt unprofessional. This is not the level of hospitality or service I would expect from a hotel chain as well regarded as Novotel.

Nice staff. They offered me a new room because the couch had a bad damp smell. However I think they should remove 5he sofa in the room and clean the curtains. The hallway carpets also smell damp.

I was welcomed by an agent named Amani. It was slightly early for regular check in time but Amani tried to help check me in. It was simply appreciated after long flying hours, it makes big difference. All other staff were also friendly. However I believe breakfast needs some improvement.

Unprofessional team led by Youssef Kssima. They charged me 3 times on my credit card unexpectedly. After 4 months they still havent paid me entereily. I sent multiple emails and phone calls, Youssef team is on copy and no one cares to answer. FEELS LIKE A SCAM AND STILL WAITING FOR REMBOURSEMENT
