Nice, quiet and clean rooms, very good situation in Casablanca, many things to do at a walking distance, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I really spent good times here ! Only the parking is too small, fortunately, the parking staff help to park the car if needed .

Need some refurbishment

hotel needs some refurbishment. Not all elevators working and inside, control panels not fixed and you have impression that it will fall out. This is not even to fix, but dangerous. Staff at breakfast / dinner / bar not very reactive. Good preparation of all COVID actions (distancing, hydrolic gel etc.)

Nice try post-lockdown, but not up to Accor standards

Let me say first, that the night receptionist, Nabil, is the epitomy of Accor standards in excellence. Working during a difficult time, he has risen above the difficulties and performed his job and duties in a manner that this degreed-hotel manager would be proud of if he were my employee. Accor--take note! As for everything else (with the exception of the wonderful bed and great view), disappointment was there. Though the lounge bar was "closed", I was able to get a drink to take to my room -- given to me by a non-mask wearing bartender who touched her hair, face, and my glass. Then my receipt and money. The hotel manager (?) was standing with her (he was masked) and said nothing. When I paid, I was basically ignored, not thanked, just given the receipt and my money taken. Dinner was room service, of course (covid-hotelling!) and my dinner came to me cold as ice. I believe it was probably the same burger and fries that I had seen the delivery person wandering around with, looking for the owner of said food. I requested new and another was brought about 15 minutes later -- with burnt fries and a hard, burnt bun. I don't believe it was new, but rather put into the oven again for 10 minutes. Seriously not Accor standard! Breakfast was okay, again done through room service of course. Did not get the coffee I checked off, so had to reorder. Points given for Novotel making the best of this situation. It was served 20 minutes late--good thing I had extra time. The room had no menu, breakfast order card, nor coffee in the room, so it had to be "re-made up". Not a major thing. All in all, I think they tried to make the best of a difficult situation, but there has been plenty of time for the hotels that re-opened, to get their acts together. Signs everywhere for mandatory masks, temp taken upon entry before check-in, cleanliness was good (although not all the cleaning personnel were wearing masks). I've chosen Novotel many times as I'm an Accor loyalty card holder, and maybe I'm spoiled by the fantastic Accor Sofitels at which I've stayed. Normally I really like Novotel. But not this time. Except for super-receptionist Nabil!! Give that man a raise, Novotel/Accor!

Good bedding but needs improvement on work station

I was there for business; the work station was bad: not a working lamp on desk, and no power station to plug laptop by desk; only 1 power station by bed side. Not convenient. The view overlooked a massive construction site. Not nice. Otherwise centrally located, food is acceptable.

I would have been happy if there would have been air conditioning available in rooms. I had to keep windows open for air circulation and had to endure outside noise in order to not feel suffocated/extra warm.

The service is slow a) check in takes 25 mn because there is only one person at reception when there 4 custumers waitng for checkin) b) breakfast time : people in charge seem to be busy at what they are doing rather than attending guests in their requests

The only positive thing I can see was Checkin, which was friendly and fast. The room was very dirty. Also other rooms which were used through other friends was same. The floor was extremely dirty. The staff at breakfast didn't understand English and we had to search every day for forks and spoon. Hot water was not hot. It was a big disappointment, which I never experienced in any hotel.

Was terribly disappointed with this Novotel branch. Wanted a bit of luxury at the end of my work trip. No air conditioning - the room was hot - called reception, after 30 seconds, call was picked-up, complained about the room, and was told that there is no air conditioning. I couldn’t sleep even with the windows open because it was hot!!! Room didn’t feel really clean, floor was sticky. Basic amenities - only had soap and shampoo. Safe in the room was not secured to anything - anyone could have picked it up and carry it out. Terribly disappointed - this is not the Novotel standard I know.

This was my thirs time staying there and it was again a nice and pleasant stay overall. Room was comfortable and clean, personal very helpful. At present the location is surrounded by a lot of construction due to the renovation of old port area in Casa. Only minus point is breakfast due to technical defects of Coffee machines and other equipment....need to be improved.

Being the person who made the guest booking, I am sorry to say that to check our guest that was invited by us was really a hustle as your system was down and they asked our guest to pay at check in or he will be denied to get a room. It was unfair and so shameful that we had to send someone with cash to pay.....

Dirty and old rooms. Weak breakfast There are no a lot of options for dinner&lunch. I prefered this hotel only for the location. But the room was really bad and the air condition did not operate well.

On December 3, I was warmly welcomed at the check-in desk. A Platinum paper set was given to me with the key, including a welcome drink. My room was on the 15th floor (on a total of 18 floors. Something I appreciated. I am not really sure that I was upgraded. In any case, I was not informed that it would or would not be the case. But my stay was great thanks to the staff! Starting at breakfast time, it is not the first time that I feel warmly welcomed. The contact is very friendly, efficient and remain professional with full respect of your customer's position. Until my last day, it will have been nice and very comfortable for me to be well treated. So thank you so much to the breakfast team and to the bar lounge team!!!
