I tried to book a stay for a third party. I called the Reservations Manager, Kaoutar Adama, but she steadfastly refused to assist. I asked to speak to the Hotel Manager, Hakim Maamar. He never bothered to contact me -- whether because the Reservations Manager failed to report her own malfeasance or because he is equally arrogant. I aslo sent an email message asking to speak to Sebastien Bazin, but he has not yet contacted me. As a result of the Ms. Adama's rude conduct, I have quit doing business with Accor. I have other choices with other hotel chains.

Not so exceptional, do not accept to pay in euros.

Sea view with a big building under construction in front of the window. Not possible to pay in Euros. From the moment i did the booking and I paid at reception (7 days) i lost 7 euros. Fire alarm turned on by technician at 22:30 for 5 minutes noisy.

We chose this hotel due proximity to the train station. Check in staff were very slow and took 20 minutes just to initially acknowledge us.

Breakfast needs to improve a lot!!!

Good position, good rooms but breakfast was very poor, the food was not fresh during both the 2 days I have been there (tomato, cucumbers, humus, etc...). This cannot happen for a Novotel
