Hotel is not maintained at all very poor condition and there is flies in the breakfast restaurant and poor service from the team and bad Attitude- gym has no weight

Rooms are outdated. General maintenence of room items need more attention. Lobby being renovated and some banging occurred before 7:00 a.m.

Dear Accor Customer Relations, It was my first time visiting Casablanca, and as a Gold Member with Accor, I had no doubt about the quality of service and standards I would receive during my stay. Unfortunately, my experience at Novotel Casablanca was extremely disappointing and far below the expectations associated with a 4-star hotel within the Accor chain. During my stay, I faced several issues, including: No parking space available The room was full of moisture, with fungus visible on the walls and in the corners The trash bin was still full upon arrival, despite the room being supposedly cleaned No air conditioning in the room Damaged windows Bed linen that was almost wet due to the high humidity in the room The safe was not functioning No bathrobe provided No floor towels available in the bathroom I was genuinely surprised and disappointed to encounter such conditions in an Accor property. This experience did not reflect the standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service that I have always associated with your brand. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter accordingly, as such conditions are unacceptable for any guest, especially loyal Accor members. Regrettably, I can assure you that this will be my first and last stay at this hotel. Kind regards, Jean C. S.
