The hotel was located in a very busy high street with all banks offices and restaurants and cafes which was very noisy even during the night sleeping was somewhat difficult. The general atmosphere of the hotel including decor lounges and staff was good .. however the rooms were not cleaned on time when requested even after leaving the clean my room sign...don't know if they had less staff or something.The beds were just ok not that comfortable especially the pillows which looked outdated and old very uncomfortable to sleep on..The room had no refrigerator no bin for rubbish apart from the small one in the bathroom.. Drinking water was not provided in rooms so had to buy ourselves some mineral water.The breakfast was just ok not very exciting same menu and less choice which spoilt the actual mood as a customer who is staying in the hotel.I have stayed at other ibis styles and have found them much better in terms of breakfast and in room cleaning services.Overall just a. Mid budget hotel will say .

I arrived at your hotel at 2:00 AM and was checked into a room that had an extremely unpleasant smell. Additionally, the lighting on the third floor was very dim, and the corridor smelled as if the carpet was wet or unclean. I have stayed at several Ibis hotels across Morocco. While many are as old as this one, they have never been this poorly maintained or unpleasant in terms of cleanliness. I understand that Ibis is not positioned as a luxury brand, and I do not expect luxury. However, a minimum level of cleanliness and upkeep should always be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this stay has been below even basic expectations. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously by the management. Your team needs to invest more in the maintenance and upkeep of Ibis properties across Morocco to meet even the most modest guest expectations.
