I was quite disappointed with the experience. The room was noticeably small and felt cramped. Hygiene was subpar, some towels provided were visibly old, frayed, and worn out, which was unacceptable. The cleanliness of the room overall left much to be desired. One of the biggest drawbacks was the window, which could not be opened, making it hard to breathe properly and causing the room to feel stuffy. To make matters worse, the window was extremely dirty, making it impossible to enjoy any view despite being on the 8th floor. I understand that maintaining windows at such a height can be challenging, but I’ve stayed at budget-friendly hotels that prioritize cleanliness and aesthetics far better than this. For the price, I expected a more comfortable and hygienic experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their standards.

We stayed for two nights in the hotel as a family of four. Hotel is well situated in the city centre and can be easily reached with a rental car. My son also forgot his tablet and the hotel staff was very helpful to get it back to him. Thanks for the great stay.

- The rooms are not clean. - One of the air conditioners was visibly dirty. We asked for the temperature to be adjusted but unfortunately no action was taken. - Call from reception at 11:30 pm !!! - Some of the staff are kind.
