its sooo well located , the room was soo clean , everything was well desined , the only problem i had is that the room wasn't provided with covers and the night was so cold that day and i was so lazy to call reception same for like hair shampoo , cleaning stuff etc .. but over all it was a really good stay , and i'm satisfied

First t and foremost I hope that you and your family are doing well and safe. Please allow me to share with you that I am an Accor employee holding a senior position in Sofitel brand, the reason why I'm sharing with you this feedback is because i always believed in continuous improvement of of personnel and services. I have took my mum for trip on her 65 birthday and I choose ibis vayaguer because it was close the train station. We checked In late in room # 216 which has no lights, I went down to reception around 8pm or 8:15pm and I found staff from different department standing at reception doesn't have enough knowledge because the receptionist was out, therefore I told the gentleman that my room has no light, and I need someone to come and check it, and he said that he come after the agent comes back. I think he was from engineering department. So far no problem. It took so long and no one follow up with me  (the was room dark) and I have old woman with me and we can not room around very risky. so I took initiative to call reception, I called reception (Mr Mehdi Bader) receptionist who was out now returned and answered my call, I politely explained to him my situation and he told me that he going to send someone, at this stage it has been already late and they did not send someone. After 15 minutes I called again, I was so disappointed so told Mehdi " khoya it's been one hour that I'm waiting it dark in here and move around and we want to eat and there is no light, unfortunately the respond of mehdi was inappropriate he called me a LAIR and that have just called him few minutes ago not an hour. I have never heard in my entire humble experience staff calling guest a lair. We learned from Accor that the guest is always right even if the guest is wrong. My mum also get emotional hearing him calling me lair. We went down to meet the manager on duty but mehdi was in reception and start harassing my mum calling her lair and shooting and point his finger to her, he was completely disrespectful agrresive and has lack of a traing on how to handle the situation, he enjoyed arguing with my mum who has 68 yes old and myself instead of finding a solution for us (check the cameras for the body language)It was a nightmare and he wanted to kick us out saying that If we are not happy we can leave (such a shame) , he said that he never face any problems with guests and he only face problems with accor employee like me. Not sure if he understands that Iam guest and not not an employee. To make story short I asked him to move us to different room we have been tired from travel and we wanted rest and sleep, we have offered another rooms with light and when we took our laggauge a s s moved in after we moved in we found lot of cockroach (I have the video) the room appears unhygienic specially during world health conditions that we are all facing and we has to leave because we felt we not value worthy clients as Mehdi said me Iam just an employee. Yes Iam an employee of Accor but I will never let any one of team disrespect my guests or treat them the way he Mehdi Bader treated us. My stay at the Casa Voyageur was quite pleasant and totally hassle free. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The aesthetic is sort of modern-eclectic and rather charming. The breakfast was excellent and well facilitated. The rooms are not large, but they feel quite spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel was clean and reception staff is professional but the room inside no available drinking water, no safe box to keep my valuable items, no extra pillow, no kettle and no tea available, no soap and shampoo and even no tissue box in the room. My expirience here are very bad and poor. No amenities in the room. Which should be provided by your hotel like other IBis. And I don't recommend this IBis Casa-Voyaguers to anyone. Unlike my experience in other IBis in Dubai and Turkish Izmir my expirinece are good and they have all amenities. That is making my stay more comfortable. This hotel has not been reach my expectation as the Accor Standard I know. ,,

Clean modern hotel next to Casa Voyageurs train station. Very convenient for one night stay as we were coming by train from Marrakech and then taking the train to the airport the next day. Easy to get a quick meal in one of the nearby shops. Tram stop at the square in front if you want to go to other parts of Casablanca. Room & bathroom on the small side but adequate since not spending much time there. Comfortable bed.

I arrived at the hotel around 10 am. The front desk allowed me early check-in. Everything in the room is good. The location is excellent. As a Accorhotels gold member, I have been given welcome drink coupon. The location is excellent. It is next to the train station. I must stay in this hotel when I next come to Casablanca.
