Staff is very pleasant. Rooms are clean, short walk from the train station. Not very noisy. Atm available at the train station. They do serve alcohol in the bar and have a selection of american liquor and beer (Bud)

This IBIS is located right next to the Casa Voyager train station. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Was going to dinner waiting 15 min no body show up. In the breakfast at 9:30 most of the food was not available.

1. there was no soap in the toilet. asked reception to provide but it took very long time and follow up in person to get the issue sort out. 2. one of the beds collapsed while my wife was resting. My wife suffered some pain but luckily no major injury. Checking the bed, it has several support wood pieces missing. Reception informed. His reaction did not reflect the severity of the problem

We have immediately reported the issue with the bed to our maintenance team to ensure it is repaired or replaced without delay.
