My stay at the Casa Voyageur was quite pleasant and totally hassle free. The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The aesthetic is sort of modern-eclectic and rather charming. The breakfast was excellent and well facilitated. The rooms are not large, but they feel quite spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

My experience with Ibis has à beautiful story started from 2017. This time with ibis Casavoyageurs, thé reception Man and brahim thé waiter were very Nice, helpful and professional.

Hotel was clean and reception staff is professional but the room inside no available drinking water, no safe box to keep my valuable items, no extra pillow, no kettle and no tea available, no soap and shampoo and even no tissue box in the room. My expirience here are very bad and poor. No amenities in the room. Which should be provided by your hotel like other IBis. And I don't recommend this IBis Casa-Voyaguers to anyone. Unlike my experience in other IBis in Dubai and Turkish Izmir my expirinece are good and they have all amenities. That is making my stay more comfortable. This hotel has not been reach my expectation as the Accor Standard I know. ,,

Good Location but poor service

On the website, it was written that breakfast starts at 06.30. At the hotel, I learned that it starts at 7.00. However, staff from reception told me that they can make it ready for me at 06.30 but when I went there that hour no one was there. I could get my breakfast at around 07.15. Even at 7 breakfast was not being started to get ready. They made it ready just because I was there. It was a bit of a problem for me because had train a at 8 o'clock so I had stressed to catch the train.

Many praiseworthy aspects to a stay at the hotel, eg good value for money, amazing location next to the old and new railway stations, but the best factor was the staff: so quick to help and pleasant in their manner. I had a few small requests, eg general information and directions, and support in finding a trustworthy taxi, and they were dealt with perfectly.

All staff members were very helpful and supportive during the mayhem of that day. I appreciated the flexibility in swapping dates without extra fees. The room was good, clean, quiet and had a comfy mattress. The breakfast was yummy. The location close to the train station is very convenient. It would have been lovely to receive a map of Casablanca or info, at least of the tram system.

The PMS is connected to the system with which we create room keys. If someone tries to create a new key for an occupied room, an error message appears. So, it was surely a guest who tried by mistake to go into the wrong room but nobody was able to open your room during your stay. In order to understand this, we read the lock of the room you occupied, in this case room 205. The hotel is really clean and convenient. Their staffs are so nice and speak English well. But unfortunately the hair dryer didn't work and I requested fix it or bring another one but the staffs didn't do it. It was only thing I felt so sorry .

Clean modern hotel next to Casa Voyageurs train station. Very convenient for one night stay as we were coming by train from Marrakech and then taking the train to the airport the next day. Easy to get a quick meal in one of the nearby shops. Tram stop at the square in front if you want to go to other parts of Casablanca. Room & bathroom on the small side but adequate since not spending much time there. Comfortable bed.

I arrived at the hotel around 10 am. The front desk allowed me early check-in. Everything in the room is good. The location is excellent. As a Accorhotels gold member, I have been given welcome drink coupon. The location is excellent. It is next to the train station. I must stay in this hotel when I next come to Casablanca.

The hotel is newly built and is very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is very well located within yards of Casa Voyageur railway station. The rooms are not spacious but satisfactory for a fairly short stay.
