ayant déjà séjourné à cet hôtel bien placé propre et très pratique pour les déplacements à Casablanca, j’ai été très déçu par l’attitude du personnel notamment le Barman qui préfère terminer sa partie de billard au lieu de me servir et le receptionist qui me demande d’aller me reposer et de lui donner les coordonnées pour préparer la facture puisque j’allais quitter à 6h du matin, il ne l’a pas préparé et il n’a pas même laisser les coordonnées à son remplaçant donc j’étais obligé de les redonner de bon matin et d’attendre la préparation de ma facture.

Bad breakfast, terrible service, quite noisy in the night

Breakfast - very poor selection for breakfast, especially on Thursday (I was only given a plate with few items, not even buffet). Service - very bad. I reported twice that there is a problem with shower gel and soap in my room (the pump was not working properly), this was entirely ignored. Any guest coming back to their room generated a noise in mine - I guess that's either because of the door or wind coming.

This is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we have taken steps to reinforce follow-up procedures with our housekeeping team. Concerning the noise, we understand how important a quiet room is for rest. For your next stay, we would be happy to allocate one of our interior-facing rooms, which offer a much calmer atmosphere.
