As i am platinum member, and i am traveling a lot and part of Ibis, i wasn't satisfied: - room wasn't clean - no wifi at this room ( signal too week) - no electric socket under the desk, they bring me cable to handle it. - first day they forgot to bring towel - third day the didn't put cover to the pillow - the breakfast too bad seriously ( no fork, no variety of food,..), we need to wait 10-15 min to refill the cheese, the drink,... Bad Experience!! Sorry

Chaotic breakfast and missing forks. Regularly unchanging key card you discover in front of your room door on 5th floor. Unfriendly front desk staff. The guy from Senegal is the only friendly face they have.
