As I used to stay with Accor group, I booked in Ibis sidi maarouf. Unfortunately it was not as expected, the room was dirty, no towel, no fridge .... I was supposed to stay for two weeks but in such conditions I had to check out earlier !

Dirty room , the TV doesn't work, no room service, the maid doesn't even knock before opening the room. It was the worst stay of my life.

I am regular guest in this hotel one of the best things that makes me to come here is Mr. Idress at front office desk he really a professional and helpful person he always makes my stay like I feel home. The hotel is located in a very crowded area that suffers from traffic congestion, and my choice of the hotel was that my flight was in the early morning to the proximity of the hotel to the airport.
