The receptionist was super unfriendly and grumppy and not even answering me when I told him that he made a mistake on the invoice, I gave him my business card to write the company name and the address and he wrote something completely different, different compnay different address, when I asked him to rectify he showed a super disrespectful and unfriendly behavior. In addition the first night they forgot to put towels in my room and I had to ask for it It was really aweful and I can promise you I will never comeback there and advise all my colleagues not to

Bathroom not clean and poor breakfast

I'm not satisfied! When I have open the bathroom, I noted sanitizer band above the WC. Despite that, when I lift the cover, there were two or three yellow urine stains on the toilet seat. Really disgusting thing!

Experience was bellow expectations . While i booked a double room , we only received 1 towel ! We had to ask the receptions many time to bring additional towel and we only received in the next day in the morning. I was also surprised that a technician claiming the need to fix the TV opened tbe door without asking for the permission. Clearly a service bellow average.

Bathroom with no towels, toilet rolls with bad quality and poor breakfast

I have booked two rooms one for single and oher for two people, both are without towels in bathrooms and bad quality of toilet rolls. they didn't offer us another duvet because of cold weather. in the morning the menu of breakfast was very poor and that was not the one I use to see in Hotel IBIS in other cities Like Ibis tanger center Or Ibis Rabat Agdal or Ibis Marrakech. that's why I'm not satisfied with the stay.
