The hotel does not even provide water for you in your room on your arrival. The same breakfast everyday, no dental kit or anything when you arrive, when they are having a buffett, there is no A la carte. Its either you join the buffet or go somewhere else to eat. The only people that was nice was Salma and a cleaner which I can’t remember her name. My entire stay these were the only 2 people that really cared enough to ask if everything was okay or I needed anything. I was not satisfied honestly with the services.

in breakfast no variety of vegetarian food. For vegetarian, there was only 3 types of fruits, 3 types of juices, 4 or 5 types of bread, potatoes and tea only. there should be more options.
