Excellent!!!! Had an excellent stay on all 3 days and all personnel working are very kind. I will propose to every one to check the hotel for their next visit at casablanca!! Hotel has an excellent view fronm the rooms and is neear to port and the center that it is very easy to access dome places!!!

One morning I went down to the reception to ask if the hotel provides slippers. The reply I got was something like "This is a 3-star hotel we don't have slippers. If you want slippers try staying in Novotel next time." I have been to several 3-star hotels, and even some Ibis budget hotels, that do provide slippers. If this hotel doesn't have slippers, he could have just politely replied "sorry Sir but we don't provide one." Should I travel back to Casablanca, I would definitely think about booking in another hotel as your staff has suggested. I also realized this hotel doesn't have mini-ref and kettle/coffee set which other 3-star hotels offer. Might be time to consider to up your game and not make the hotel's 3-star status as an excuse.
