I filled out the pre-checkin online documents and was sent a text saying my key would be waiting for me. Upon arrival I had to go through the standard check-in anyway and provide my passport info all over again. The room was mopped and smelled clean but the room was also well worn with patches on the wall and general years of neglect with little touch up maintenance. I could not control the temperature in the room and it was extremely stuffy and hot. Both my wife and I received several bites on our arms, hands, and face. I would recommend a thorough inspection of the property for bedbugs. We were in room 401.

We’ll located, no loyalty perks, and very average

Room was ok, bed was not soft, internet is good, key card was only valid for one day, and my loyalty status was not acknowledged

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

Good location, comfortable hotel

I recently spent a couple of nights at this hotel in Casablanca. It was close to the city center, about a half hour’s walk to the Hassan II mosque, close to the old Medina and nice restaurants. As has been my experience with Ibis hotels, it was a no frills, but comfortable room and the breakfast was adequate.
