The room was neat and clean. The room lacked a bottle of water,travelers expect a small bottle to enable them take decine if they need to.also there is a need for small basket of face tissues.

Simply the staff of this ibis always make me feel safe and home. Start with Mr Hakeem , Youngest, Bader, Youngest, the house keeping and the restaurant staff..very friendly and helpful

Rooms and hotel clean, well organised. The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to important places. The staff is polite and caring. But cleanness and organisation of the restaurant area is not good.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and staff are friendly. However, the guest rooms are not clean. There was dust on the floor in my room, the bathroom had mould, and the towels had holes and were dirty.

First of all the room was good and the house keeping were very kind and helpful . The remark is about the food in the restaurant because i was quarantined in ur hotel for 9 days. Chicken was awful and smelly . Most of food was not as expected . I was taking grill kofta almost everday . There is not too much choices foor food . Other thing is in the management of the restaurant how can keep only 2 waiters in the floor and u know that the hotel is fully booked . So that let me sometimes eat in dirty table and servers are not blamed honestly they were very nice . But this reflect in the operation. Food late sometimes and ... Over all my rating i will give it 5/10. And i hope to take my review seriously cuz at the moment people quarantined in ur hotel and tables are not sanitazed ?? Thank you

Clean, comfortable, tourist class hotel right across the street from Casa Port Station. Close to the Old Medina and within walking distance (20 min) of the Hassan II Mosque. Breakfast is simple but had quite a bit of variety. Staff was friendly and offered advice on how to get to the Mosque. Overall a great value for the price.

Front desk agent should go over the details of your reservation upon check-in. after spending the day site-seeing, my room key did not work. I was informed that my reservation was for 1- night....which was wrong! I told the agent that is impossible. thankfully I had a copy of my reservation from the Accor website-- which clearly stated my room rate (including breakfast) otherwise I would have been over charged $300USD! the room is rather small. not enough toiletries (soap,shampoo, etc) NO handtowel. NO washcloth. We do not use wire hangers in the US. Housekeeping did NOT knock on the door before entering the room. this happened 2 times !! Lobby area rug is old and needs to be replaced. Lobby bar is limited. Breakfast is OK. One of the floor panels in my rooms was lose; so I tripped several times.
