The hotel has a great location and the overall cleanliness was good. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team significantly impacted my stay. The communication before check-in was not handled professionally and left a negative impression before I had even arrived. As an ALL – Accor Live Limitless Gold member, I also expected my loyalty status to be acknowledged and reflected in the level of service provided. This did not happen, and what was more disappointing was the lack of interest or effort from the team when I raised the matter. The property itself has good potential, particularly given its location and cleanliness, but the front-desk experience and recognition of loyal Accor members need significant improvement.

The rooms were stylish and well equipped, the staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. The place was convenient. But the hotel was inside a narrow mussy little alley, and looks shabby which was completely different from the pictures on the website. The rooms were very small, providing only one card per room with no power card. The front desk speaks English but not much， making it almost hard to communicate or negotiate anything. And their hosting lacked a certain degree of manner and professionalism, this can be seen in: e.g., They ignored you when they see you in the lobby, instead of greeting you; If you say anything to them in English, very clearly and with respect, they however would just frankly say: I don't understand, without paying any form of sorry or attention, and just ignore you and keep doing whatever they've been doing. They will help you with the luggage and speak to the drivers at your leave, but this won't make it reasonable for being rude. Overall this hotel could be a choice if you're staying in Istanbul for a day or two, but this won't be a good place if you're staying longer than that. And I don't think I would recommend this to anyone. There must be a better option, with the same price but better experience.

Though the location is great. the access to the hotel is really inconvenient especially with large bags being hauled on the main road. Taxi services are also not very cooperative. Hotel could provide assistance in this regard.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location is the best part, being very close to the tram station and Marmaray station. Also surrounded by several vital streets that you'd like to stroll and explore. 4-minute-walk to the amazing Yeni Cami mosque. We asked for an iron at the reception and they told us they'll send it to the room but we never got one. Breakfast was very nice (but there were some flies around the buffet, I think the restaurant management should find a solution for this issue)

Where do I start. From booking on Accor App to checkout seamless wonderful experience. Wonderful boutique beautiful hotel with amazing staff at reception and at breakfast time. Pictures on the website of the hotel doesn’t do the hotel justice, far more better when you see it for yourself. Location is spot on. Less than 1 minute to the tram very centrally located and walking distance to many historical sites and port.

It was all good until I requested 2 hours late check out , which was NOT accepted by the front desk manager Erol. I was only given one hour late check out. So ,next time I will have to choose a different hotel in the area.Luckily ,there are plenty of other options.

Someone in the room above us started moving chairs or furniture from 5:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Since the hotel has wooden parquet floors instead of carpeting, the noise was extremely loud and could be heard very clearly. At around 6:00 a.m., we contacted the front desk and asked them to speak with the guests in the room above us and ask them to stop. Unfortunately, the noise continued, which significantly affected our sleep.
