Although the hotel was fully booked on the day of your departure, we were happy to accommodate your request as much as possible by offering you a complimentary late check-out until 1:00 PM. We understand that you were hoping for an additional hour. However, due to our occupancy and operational requirements, we were unfortunately unable to extend your stay further. During our conversation, you mentioned that you would leave a negative review with the company through which you made your reservation if your request could not be fully accommodated. While we always do our best to assist our guests whenever possible, there are times when availability prevents us from fulfilling every request. Someone in the room above us started moving chairs or furniture from 5:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Since the hotel has wooden parquet floors instead of carpeting, the noise was extremely loud and could be heard very clearly. At around 6:00 a.m., we contacted the front desk and asked them to speak with the guests in the room above us and ask them to stop. Unfortunately, the noise continued, which significantly affected our sleep.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to housekeeping and the breakfast staff. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with Sirkeci Tram Station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. It's also within walking distance of popular spots like Hafız Mustafa and Sultan Ahmet Köftecisi, making it convenient for dining and desserts.
