Location is perfect. Room bedding have different sizes so be careful what you select as the staff sometime not sure about the room. Staff not so flexible, you need to explained and show proof eg. email. Overall stay is good and staff need to improve and service could be better.

This is a lovely, quite small hotel in a great location in the old part of Istanbul. The most famous sites (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar etc) are within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat around the hotel. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful (a special word of thanks to Hidir, who was incredibly helpful and unfailingly cheerful and friendly). We had no problems but had a sense that staff were always on hand and would have dealt quickly with any issues. The rooms were very comfortable and also very quiet, despite being in the centre of town.
