We stayed at an executive junior suite and had an awesome view. The hotel could have been better maintained - bathrooms, doors, and pool area need refurbishment badly. On the whole the quality of furnishings hardly lives up to the level of 5 stars. Staff leave their personal belongings in the guest changing room of the spa. The reception and lobby area staff were really helpful. It was nice to get unlimited drinking water restocked for free.
