the reception were very friendly & useful, the check in was easy & quick. But i had problem with room service they were slow, i asked for toothbrush and they didnt bring it untill i asked second time then the bed sheet were dirty they didnt change it. but over all i loved the stay experiance

Room was too hot despite many calls to reception to get it fixed. Bar kept closing before official closing time. Not enough drinking water.
