We were to spend 1 night at the hotel before boarding for our cruise the next day. Due to flight cancelations and delays, we arrived exhausted and after midnight. The staff at the hotel greeted us and checked us in quickly so we could get to our lovely room and rest. Up early for our breakfast on the rooftop (which was included for us). The breakfast spread was amazing with so many options! When we were ready to check.out the front desk staff was gracious enough to assist us with phone calls to the airlines to try and locate our luggage and in finding local shopping for us. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul!!
