Great location Clean and good size rooms Nice cooperative staff Well decorated new rooms Water in room every day The only thing I didn’t like is the coffee in the room is normal Nescafe! And if you prefer the hard medical mattress like me, you wouldn’t like their beds.

Room was smelly, either of damp or smell coming from gutters. It was very stuffy. Even though reported the problem was not resolved.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful…never got to thank them as our flight time for departure was mixed up. The man who worked in the cafe was a delight. The cleaning ladies on the main floor were so sweet. And the cleaning men on my floor very helpful. Very much enjoyed my visit and will stay with you if I return to Istanbul. My only concern is the view being blocked by the cruise ship…that happened on our last day. Not fair to be charged for a Bosporus view when there is none. I will always recommend your beautiful hotel…thank you for a delightful stay!

Very nice and comfortable. The only thing that I wished I had A. chance to try is the steak restaurant at the top, but the issue that they close 10pm. I think residents should have more advantage and have late or early access to it. Also, need ATM in the lobby. And need smart tv to open youtube and Netflix.

· Booking experience. The website is just fine but I was disappointed by the fact that I was requested to RE-CONFIRM my already confirmed booking 2 times before my arrival. It felt as if at Accor's Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus they were looking forward to my cancellation... or if at Accor's Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus they felt as if I was a bad/unreliable customer... · Hotel facilities are wonderful and confortable. Rooftop for breakfast is amazing. · Minibar/staff at reception. As a frequent traveler I adopted long time ago the good practice of getting the minibar emptied to avoid unpleasant discussions upon check-out. At Accor's Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus my minibar was completely refilled after 2 days empty, so I went down to the reception, not only there was no explanation for the refilling also the whole minibar refilling had been charged to my room. They did cancel the charge but the minbar was never emptied anymore. · Laundry/staff at reception. I personally went down to the reception to hand over my clothes in a bag and the corresponding form (filled in and signed). The staff at the reception would not take it claiming that it was too late and that the laundry was already closed, that I shall leave the bag and the form in my room so cleaning lady would take it the next day. I did so but when I returned to my room in the evening next day my clothes had not been handed over to the laundry service. I went down to the reception where the same staff claimed that I should have called the reception in the morning for my clothes to be taken to the laundry. This time the staff at reception felt forced to take my clothes which were taken care of 24hrs later than expected.
