The hotel is in a perfect location, with all the key places easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Its greatest asset is the rooftop restaurant, which serves breakfast. The selection is varied and plentiful — excellent quality! I particularly liked the Turkish elements, such as the machine for making Turkish coffee. The issue lies with some of the rooms. I stayed in room 456, which is very close to some loud machinery. It was not possible to open the window during the day, and I had to use earplugs at night. Rooms like this should not be offered to guests at a hotel with so many stars, particularly if they have requested a quiet room, as I did when booking.

1) amazing location and amazing reception/security/bell boy staff! 2) our room was not cleaned properly, the room service only brought in new towels and made the bed and took the trash but the never properly cleaned the shower nor the toilet. i want the room to smell amazing with soap after cleaning wehn i enter it. i had to clean the toilet myself... 3) room service when you call them do not understand some basic english they only understand drink or food orders 4) spa... extremely expensive sorry 3 euro per minute is crazy and laughable. when you travel to switzerland overlooking the alps I pay 2 euro per minute. also the spa area is small and the turkish cleaning lady was super rude. 5) when we entered the room there was a welcome letter to another guest and some dessert but the dessert did not look appetizing at all. 6) when we asked for new towels in the evening (because the shower leaks under the sink..... everywhere turns into water), they left new towels in our room but did not go the extra mile and for example put the ironing board back into the closet. so basically they do only the bare minimum never an extra step more, which I expect if yyou are trying to sell rooms for 400+ euros a night :D
