Greeted extremely warm Turkish hospitality. Was generous enough to let us check in early (based on availability) as well as upgraded us to a loft styled room which was much appreciated. Location wise the hotel is great, right across a metro station and walking distance to all the attractions surrounding Srikeci. The only complain i have is the room is automatically set to warm in the winter but the room can get too warm sometimes. I asked for assistance regarding this matter and was told it was centralized and the only way to cool down the room is by opening the sliding door to shut the heater off which was inconvenient as the guest should be able to control their own preference. Needed to open the sliding door when it was too warm and had to close it when it was too cold the whole night.

A very well designed and beautiful hotel located very closely to the key historical locations in Istanbul. From the higher floors, the rooms have a view of the Bosphorus. The rooms are modern, very clean and are very well equipped. The cleaning of the rooms was scholastic. The best part of the hotel is the staff. The reception team was always friendly (thanks Mert!) and available to help, the cleaning team was great and the guest relations manager Ahmed was amazing and dedicated extra time to organize for us a perfect weekend plan and also locate a guide that could speak in our rare language! The best guest relations manager I have ever met (and we travel a lot)! Congratulations to the hotel for its excellent team.

The hotels location is very central, and it was nice that the hotel had a back entrance, so it was even more easy to get out. The hotel is newly renovated and is located in a front and back building. The hotel has same name as the sister hotel next door, so that can be confusing at first. The staff at arrival was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small, and for bigger people it could be a problem. The room was very clean, and cleaning staff did a great job. The food in the breakfast restaurant was unfortunately below average, and the staff hard to communicate with in English. We experienced 2 times on a 3 night stay, that all our key cards stop working, and that we have to use time with reception regarding it. That was a big minus, because the distance from rooms to reception.
