Good service, polite staff, rooms are in good conditions. The room charge from Irish pub is impossible, but you offering the welcome drink in it. I believe it will be better to have it to pump the members revenue because of collecting the points for it but this is impossible at the moment.

Actually we had a very good experience at the hotel, the only thing that a bit bothered me and i didnt put 10, its the charge policy the hotel have. We booked via Accor, and on the accor app everything was paid and confirmed however it seems like the hotel did not chargeus until 24 hours prior to arrival. This was a bit stressful since they have informed us that the payment didnt come through and we didnt know if its possible to pay at the hotel. So we were a bit stressed for the last 5-7 hours before arrival. In the end they informed us that we can pay at the hotel so we paid. But everything else, was very nice, we had baklava in the room, very tasty and the hotel even provided gifts for every room.

We stayed 3 nights whilst in transit to New Zealand. It was very refreshing to stay in a hotel with all the modern conveniences but retaining a very traditional character. All staff were very professional, attentive and polite. We had a lovely stay and had fun investigating some of their hidden gems, such as an authentic Irish bar and two lovely restaurants. Prices were very reasonable. It enjoys a fantastic location for exploring the historical architecture and the shops. I would go again.
