Everyone was amazing! The front desk was very welcoming, very attentive, and extremely polite and helpful. The room was excellent. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in Istanbul. The people working breakfast were very attentive and very helpful! I wanted hot chocolate, they went out of their way, went downstairs, and brought it from Costa, since the coffee machine did not make hot chocolate. Housekeeping is also good. The restaurants served good food at A. very good price. I really enjoyed the Irish Pub. Excellent hamburger, good beer, and allowed smoking. I was able to indulge in my vice, A. good Davidoff Cigar. A. fun event watching the snow fall from the warm pub.
