We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Communication from Ahmad prior to our arrival was amazing and made everything seamless. The check-in process was incredibly welcoming thanks to Baris, who also shared great recommendations for our short stay and treated us to a lovely welcome Turkish tea. We truly loved our time at the hotel — every staff member we interacted with was exceptionally kind and attentive. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is surprisingly comfortable, modern, and exceptionally well located in the heart of the city. It’s close to all major transport options, including the metro, in a nice and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bazaars around. Also just a short walk from all the main museums — a perfect surprise even for someone like me who knows Istanbul well and has been traveling here for more than 10 years. A special thank you to *Ali*, who was extremely professional and accommodating.
