This was my fourth stay this year. Love the hotel very comfortable. The front desk staff welcomes you as if I returned home. Feels great. The Irish Pub is very enjoyable and excellent burger. Location is fantastic near good shopping, restaurants and close to sightseeing. The weakness continues to be housekeeping. Comes in makes the bed takes garbage and changes the towels in less than 2 minutes. No mopping of floors. When I checked in there was A. broken pencil on the floor next to the window. They never picked it up. I had to call and have the housekeeper come and mob the bathroom floor. They never replaced the amenities during my four day stay- the shaver or toothbrush. In the four days two days they never replaced the empty bottles of water. I had to call down to have them brought up. Breakfast very mediocre. A. lot of carbs minimal protein. Overall I like the hotel. Due back in A. couple of weeks - will give it another chance if housekeeping fails to improve will exercise many other hotel options available in the area.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, staff went above and beyond and I was recognised as a member. Location is very good, close to almost all tourist areas. Comfortable stay with good amenities.

Good service, polite staff, rooms are in good conditions. The room charge from Irish pub is impossible, but you offering the welcome drink in it. I believe it will be better to have it to pump the members revenue because of collecting the points for it but this is impossible at the moment.
