Welcoming staff from the front desk was very good, especially Ahmad who sat down with us explaining where things are located around the hotel. Breakfast staff could be more welcoming, at least show us where to sit. He just asked us our room number and walked away. We wasn't sure if we are able to sit or to wait to be seated. The old gentleman at the back exit of the hotel was unwelcoming, he was very grumpy! The porter was very nice and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

On arrival our Concierge sat down with us and explained the local sights as well as presenting maps & suggestions for visiting. Our room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The Hotel is situated in the Centre of the old district, so most sights are within walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring. The hotel itself is very cozy and impeccably clean. I especially loved the breakfast—it was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. A huge thank you to the staff for being so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Barish and Kerem for their exceptional hospitality! I will definitely be back.
