It was generally good. But I noticed that my room rate was higher than the rate listed in google for the same night. I talked to the receptionist, but he didn’t do anything.

The hotel is well located with free parking space available for customers. The saff very humble and helpful. You don't need to ask for things again and again. The free transport facility is provided to visit the Al-Haram anytime. IT WAS A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU NOVOTEL

Poor breakfast (very poor actually). Front desk not responsive. Shower barrier is short in design making a mess in the WC. Masjed entrance is full of shoes with no signs. Bus schedule is not accurate (I used taxis during my stay).
