Thank you. I will book and advise all my family and friends to stay in this hotel when they visit Umrah. My family who stayed at the hotel came happy and said that the hotel is comfortable and clean, see them repeat next time. I have a simple note, why when my family arrived, the reception told them that the owner of the email does not deserve the points, why do I have to attend the email owner? This response from the reception made me sad.

I would like to thank you for your message and for your kind attention to guest satisfaction. I have stayed at Novotel many times, and I truly enjoy each visit. I especially appreciate the comfort of the hotel, the quality of the cuisine, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. These aspects always make my stay pleasant and relaxing. The only minor downside during this visit was that the hotel was not very busy, which resulted in fewer shuttle services to Al Haram. This made transportation slightly less convenient. Aside from that, I really like your establishment and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends. In fact, some of my friends stayed last Friday night in room 329 after my recommendation, and they were also satisfied. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you in the future.
