The hotel is very nice and rooms are very comfortable. I had breakfast once, it was very. The bellboys are very helpful. Location is far from Haram, there is bus, but doesn’t operate on Fridays from 10am-2pm, that is the main day for the Muslims

Everything seems very good and well organized, but the lack of parking, too long waiting time for extended reservation, the application reservation was not communicated enough with hotel receptionists, the housekeepers took too long to answer the phone many times. I hope to have extra channels in the TV. And again the parking issue is very overwhelming….
