PSNHDJQG Dear Sir/ Madam, I am utterly disgusted with the position you placed me in. I had booked my accommodation with you well in advance and checked in online the day before my departure from London. Your system only gave me the option to select for a limited range of check in time. And I chose the last available check in time of 1800hrs. To my surprise when I reach the hotel, I was informed that my booking has been cancelled. I was in flight when you sent me the cancellation email. The position you placed me in was embarrassing and very annoying. How on earth do you expect me to check in at 1800hrs when my flight do not get in until 23.30 hrs is beyond me. I did everything I could to inform the hotel that I was checking in late and it is not my fault if they do not check their WhatsApp messages. ( see attached). On the 26th November I messaged the hotel to say I was checking in, in the early hours of the morning on the 5th and has paid from the 4th.. I believe that your action had placed me in a very unviable position and demand that you apologise. If you operate a system of online check in then you should allow more flexibility than the options of 1800 hrs as last check in time. I sincerely hope that you will look into this issue that place the customer at risk and find remedy to this situation that it does not occur again to myself or any other customers.

It was overall a good stay at Novotel Makkah Thakher City. One thing that needs to be improved is parking space which was insufficient to the guests. Most important is the relocation of bus stop from Ghazza station to Ajyad station as it is very difficult for older ones to walk from Ghazzah station till Haram. I was driving from Bahrain to makkah I had requested early check-in @ 11am over the phone and I was doing check-out early @ 8am on 2nd day which was agreed. According I had planned my travel as I was traveling with my wife and 2 kids . But we had to wait till 4 oclock in evening without room I had book another hotel for 5 hrs to get fresh and to rest .

Dear Raouf, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with regards to hotel location, similar to many hotels in Makkah our hotel is not a walking distance from Haram nevertheless we are providing complimentary transportation from & to Haram every 30 minutes to ensure flawless experience during this spiritual trip.
