Last time I came to Makkah, I stayed at a basic Hotel but it was not good. Having stayed at Novotel in other countries, I decided to book it also in Makkah however the hotel was not even close to the other ones I have stayed in before. There was no coffee machine, no bath amenities and no one responds when I called the reception and this happens multiple times! And one top of all this, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR TWO DAYS!
