It was overall a good stay at Novotel Makkah Thakher City. One thing that needs to be improved is parking space which was insufficient to the guests. Most important is the relocation of bus stop from Ghazza station to Ajyad station as it is very difficult for older ones to walk from Ghazzah station till Haram. I was driving from Bahrain to makkah I had requested early check-in @ 11am over the phone and I was doing check-out early @ 8am on 2nd day which was agreed. According I had planned my travel as I was traveling with my wife and 2 kids . But we had to wait till 4 oclock in evening without room I had book another hotel for 5 hrs to get fresh and to rest .

Dear Raouf, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with regards to hotel location, similar to many hotels in Makkah our hotel is not a walking distance from Haram nevertheless we are providing complimentary transportation from & to Haram every 30 minutes to ensure flawless experience during this spiritual trip. I'm a solo traveler from Canada for Umrah. Good stay - professional staff and well-cleaned. It's a bit far from Haram, but the shuttles are available anytime; I'm going outside, and buses are waiting. I'm so satisfied, and I feel like home, not a hotel. The receptionists are professional and respectful. Housekeeping and restaurant workers are well-organized. I'm recommending this hotel to my friends and family when they plan for the future. Insha'Allah, I'll definitely visit if I get a special deal in the future. I also signed up for membership.
