When I checked in, I was welcomed & assisted by Ms Brooj at the priority desk. She was, as per previous visits to this hotel, very helpful & the ultimate professional. All the staff that I interacted with during my stay whether from housekeeping or at the restaurants were very courteous, friendly & helpful … that made feel as a valued guest throughout my stay & sad that o had to leave... the only disappointment though is that there was no bus service to Jabal Al Ka’abah as we had during my previous visit back in August

Everything was spectacular, specifically the receptionist ( Seham ), she accommodated all our requests despite long queues and the crowds.

The room was tidy and clean, the only inconvenient thing was the passkey door that needed to be reactivated for accessing the room, and the receptionist wasn’t there all the time and a bit slow to react

Clean and spacious rooms Every thing was perfect , staff are great But we had 2 issues Parking spaces are limited Bus going to haram was crowded and not available 24 h, there was times there is no bus 4-7 AM and 7-8 PM
