Arbi staff reception very bed miss behaviour waiting for 12 hr reception I am arriving 12 am 12/12/2025 room not allotted 12 hr pls chip staff for receptionist front office counter pls not better service this receptionist pls improve personal experience pls note my complaint

it was good the shuttle bus to haram was good the bus was clean, the breakfast was awesome did not have much options specially rice but overall its awesome

bad bad bad i still wait 2 h to make check in the people in rectiption very very very very bad they told me go tower 1 when i go he told me go tower 2 when go they told me agine go tower 1 its crazy thing not happend before i wait 2 h to make check in the told me we will make you room its take 2h after make check in he give me room already have people in room what that !! really the are not qualified they are not good people to be in this place its my fourth time and the last time

I stayed in tower 1 floor 19th, room 1911. This room was noisy because of the AC machines that vibrating the room's walls all night. The hotel management need to do something about it.
