It w. very much satisfied e. to be there. Since this w. my second time stay, both the times the stay w. spectacular. Since it is a bit far from Haram, but is manageable. Little have to give extra care to your shutter system. Rest is awesome👌. With kind regards

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel, but the shuttle service was the only aspect I was disappointed with. It was a terrible experience, and I even ended up missing a few prayers at the Haram despite leaving 1.5 hours ahead of the scheduled prayer times.

it is ok but The food in the resturant needs some improvement like Mandi meat was not ok , there are 4 towers .i suggest to put clear number on each tower ...
