This was my 2nd stay in the 3rd month and probably my 10th stay since Novotel started and I must say that they are doing an amazing job and the service has been great compared to my previous stays. As a silver member, I felt privileged. The receptionist Mr. Ghazi was very polite and the check in was very smooth. The rooms, the amenities, the breakfast, everything was up to the mark. The shuttle service was conveniently available every 30mins. The Sahi Coffee shop was excellent as well. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is far from haram but it doesn’t matter because it is very very comfortable. The only issue is they have very few shuttles like just around Prayer Times I suggest if they have a shuttle every half an hour, it could be the best visit ever

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very good and comfortable, the service was excellent, and I really liked the view from the window. The breakfast was also very good and tasty.
I didn’t like the location. It was quite far from the Haram. Even after the bus dropped me off, I still had to walk for around 15 minutes to reach the Haram. It was really inconvenient and uncomfortable, especially after returning to the hotel. No hospitality or service around the hotel

I had a very good experience during our 12-day stay at the hotel. Initially, I experienced some difficulty with check-in because the company we booked through had not sent me the correct check-in number. However, Miss Thani Khan was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. She was dedicated, hardworking, professional and very pleasant throughout.
She also went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother, who is disabled, was comfortable and had a suitable accessible room. Her kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference, and I would happily give her **five stars** for her service.
I would also like to thank Usman and the breakfast kitchen team and management. They were always attentive and happy to provide anything extra we needed for my mother, making our stay much more comfortable.
Overall, we had an excellent 12-day stay with no further issues. The staff were welcoming, helpful and professional, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
