Being a Accor member I had a disappointing experience with Novotel Thaker that too Non seasonal times. Every services in Tower 1 is poor. No staffs. I had a issue with the Air Conditioning unit system and tried calling the reception, room service and every option in the telephone. No one responded for multiple tries. I went down to see and no one is available in the reception and lobby! I have been asked to visit Tower 2 reception by a bell boy outside. The receptionist supposed to be in Tower 1 is in Tower 2 and he said within 2 minutes technician will visit But no one visited after 30 minutes again i called no one answered! No one assisted ever! While checkout I forgot my key in the room and the time for checkout is passed so my room key didn’t work. Again the receptionist is tower 1 asked to visit tower 2. After explaining i have been told my key is activated but it failed for 3 times , i have been going to room and reception, tower 1 tower 2 for 3 times !! Finally the bell boys has come with master key to open it for me ! I have been tossing around for 30 minutes ‼️
