The hotel it self is really nice the rooms are spacious and the kitchenette is great. The washing mashing was difficult to use since it’s a 2in1 washer dryer, so we had to take our clothes to the laundry service but it’s a 2min walk which is great. The bus schedule was not the best, the first day we completed missed Mughrib at the Haram because the bus driver refused to leave at 5:30 and waited outside until 6pm. And the drop off location is very far, so most days we took a cab that would drop us off much closer than the shuttle buses. The connivence store was great since it’s in the hotel and the prices were decent. There’s food spots and fresh juice right next to the hotel which was also wonderful. Overall, good stay

Little far from haram u need car/bus/taxi plus there bus stop Amr bin shab even has 30min walk to haram .but since novotel residences gave us such wonderful stay,comfy huge rooms,excellent room service and cleaning.u get all food delivered by hunger station. Plus inbuilt kitchen helps with rewaing and cooking breakfast that we did.I had wonderful stay with kids.highly recommended for families.and kids can safely stay back while parents can do ibadat.initially buses were coming late but after a complaint was lodged....all sorted alhamdulillah.
