An amazing stay. Definitely recommend. The Kaaba view room was worth the additional charge. Breakfast was amazing, very busy but that didn't take away from the standard. Hotel is spotless, staff are very attentive. The location is excellent. The staff did anything they could to make our stay extra comfortable. My grandma is elderly and could not always go down for breakfast so we ordered her breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions (at no extra cost). Check in was smooth I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to all family and friends. Thank you Swissotel Makkah.

Excellent stay just had a mishap at breakfast where a light for one of the buffet stands crashed on my plate. Chef looked at me as if I did it and did not apologise although seems like when he moved the pita tray it hit the light. Assistant manager Saleh was great however and showed what real service is in stead
