We stayed in Swissotel Makkah last year and enjoyed our stay immensely. Last week we returned to the same hotel for a five night stay (November 12-17). As before, rooms were excellent and the breakfast buffet was sublime! Kudos to the management for maintaining their high standards. This time however, our experience was even better thanks to the friendly and courteous members of staff and Adil in particular. Many thank to Swissotel Makkah as well as Adil for making our recent stay a memorable one!

Overall good but the lady we got at reception was not quite friendly and we got inconvenient rooms whereas later found out that more convenient rooms were available. The lifts to clock tower also need maintenance. Otherwise all was good
