wonderful hotel, very close to masjid haram, easier for visitors to do their deeds. The room service was tip top. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and asked them to clean them everyday, always willingg to do it. The atmosphere scent of arab herbs were refreshing to smell. I would really rate this hotel 5 Star because the Value is high. the noise level in the room is literally a noise cancelling room.

The experience was wonderful and the experience was especially enjoyable with respect to the Al Rowad restaurant and specially chef Tarek Gawish, he is an exceptional and talented chef who was able to delight us every night with wonderful dishes that were a delight for the senses and would only describe them as master pieces. Would highly recommend the visit.

The hotel was clean and well located, and having a view of the Haram made our stay especially beautiful. We had booked breakfast, which was disappointing given the price we paid. The selection was very basic and did not meet expectations. The Pakistani/Indian dishes were far from authentic, and the hotel would benefit from hiring experienced Pakistani chefs. On one day, the main curry dish was liver curry, which was particularly disappointing, as liver is usually considered a side delicacy rather than a main dish. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel lifts were efficient and readily available, with no long waiting times. Reception service could be improved, as there were long queues; however, given that we visited during the busiest time of the year, this was somewhat understandable. The housekeeping and porter staff were well organised, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Need better room service and better cleaning with check list for daily needs like proper coffee, water including clean and repairing bathroom, and AC controll proper system for our requirement etc. we like very much this hotel ❤️😊

We booked a short stay to discover Swissôtel Maqam and reserved a room with a Kaaba view, which was indeed very nice. The room was not very large and looked a bit old, but it was clean. Breakfast was good, and we also visited the lounge. The buffet was okay, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh mango juice.
