We’re especially grateful for the front desk team who kindly upgraded our room and welcomed us with drinks and ice cream for the kids — such a thoughtful touch after travel. A special thank you to bellman Ahmad Khair, who went above and beyond. When I accidentally soiled my Ihram before Umrah, he helped me secure a replacement while mine was being cleaned. His initiative and compassion during a stressful moment meant everything to us. We also deeply appreciated bellman Ashik for his patience and professionalism. He waited over 12 minutes without complaint while we gathered our luggage — truly gracious service. The entire team exemplifies hospitality at its finest. Stayed with elderly parents and children . very comfortable experience . they treat you when you come back from umrah back to hotel which is pleasant surprise and very nice gesture . showing they are looking into details for comfort of clients . My only negative point is they should mention the location and the direction of entry to hotel in their booking email . as google maps direct to in middle of no where . I think being established hotel you can also change it on google . it is easy to come to clock tower entrance
