Honestly, location is perfect but the issue of having partial view on Kabah while my booking was full view. Too slowly on check in process two employees were available only. Last the payment it was so unique and wired in my whole life no hotel has requested a copy of receipt . And once i commented on the email it was ignored by the host.

A special thanks to the receptionist (Ahmed) for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. He was on duty at around 3:00 AM on April 14, and his attitude truly made a difference. I would also like to thank the guest relations team. Once they realized that, they arranged them promptly the next day. However, I wish the had been ready in the room beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. I believe the quality of the breakfast and dinner buffet needs significant improvement.
