Swissotel al maqam makkah is a great hotel to stay in makkah. The location is just nice and strategic, just need to have a little walk to masjidil haram, my room was upgraded to suite with city view and its a really nice stay. The room is really spacious and nice also clean. They also had a nice and variative breakfast. But the only thing to improve is the recepcionist & bellboy service because it took few hours to come to my room, maybe due to high season, but i hope it can be improved next time i stay there.

Overall, a very good and comfortable stay. Crowded because of the Hajj season. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Especially like to recognize Shabry Ahmed at the Breakfast resturant for his “can do” attitude with a smile and ready to make you comfortable and welcomed.

Excellent service. Restaurant is very good. A good variety of options. Very clean. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend. Minutes from Haram. Cleaning staff did a great job. Requests reception we immediately fulfilled.

Saleem at Swissotel restaurant is amazing. Super friendly and so helpful in all our needs in the restaurant.. we stayed at Swissotel for HAJJ 2024 and had daily breakfast and dinner. Food is good but their service is 2nd to none. Inshallah if we’re back in makka we will definitely stay here.
