Swissotel Al Maqam acknowledged my platinum membership, gave a room upgrade. The staff, facilities and foods are MashaAllah good. We find the side entrance to Masjid Al Haram is quite handy.

The breakfast was very delicious with wide varieties. The room and service was good Using the hotel’s lifts was very convenient to access the Haram, but the mall lifts were very busy, slow, and most of them not working.
