Experience of staying was good. I booked signature kaaba view room. Got room on 19th floor. View and room both were good. Washroom was good sized. Only issue was reaching the reception. Security Guard at ground floor shouldn't be asking you if you are going to Fairmont. Well no one is roaming for nothing. Another security guard at reception was also useless unnecessary, instead some guide should stand there who can help you in finding a desk at reception. As far as room, I'm happy with that.

The breakfast was good, the service was acceptable, and there’s an improvement gap could work on it. Most important: please check the (((toilet))) before the customer gets in. Even the curtain was dirty. Overall, everything is acceptable except the cleanliness.

The hotel is great and the early check in and late check out service you don't find in any other hotel. The staff is excellent, the breakfast is excellent, the room is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, in addition to the presence of smart technologies. It was great stay. However, cleanliness was not as usual and a lot of elevators are out of service.

I would rate 10 but due to COVID-19 situation everything was good but not perfect due to limited access to resturant. My last visit in 2016 was amazing but this one was only good.

No open buffet in "gold guest lounge" and resturants. AlDorra resturants is closed which was disaaponting.

It was good stay but I noticed same points as below: One of the rooms (2531) the safety box was not working, with out slippers and the TV was not working I have reported this issues to the duty manager I got only the slippers but there was very delay on sending some one to fix the safety box and the TV (once the technician reached the room I was about to leave ). The other room (2532) it was good but there was only Two chairs !! not the same as other room it should be total of 3 chairs, i had reported this issue to the duty manager but no responsed….

The staff at check-in and guest services were incredible. However the room definitely had mold... I am allergic and very sensitive and can sense it immediately. The washrooms also don't have an exhaust which I fail to understand in such a humid climate.

The toilet on top of my room was leaking water into mine. Also, when I arrive there was a used Q-tip left on the floor. Remaining hair on the bathtub.
