Excellent hotel & staff, but as I was in a business trip, I got a rental car, and when reaching the hotel and asking about where should I park my car, the hotel staff told me there is no space for my car, as there is only 40 places for people who comes first! I asked about any parking even paid, and they advised about Al-Safwa nearby parking (21 SAR per hour!) which is so expensive. And I asked the receptionist at check-in if the hotel can have a deal with any parking to get discount but he apologized that there is no solution for this issue! And by the next day after finishing my work, I returned back to the parking staff & they apologized again that there is no space for my car, so I paid again for my car parking during extending for a half day within Fairmont hotel. This is really a very bad experience and I will not book at this hotel again unless you get a solution for your business customers regarding car parking issue.

My stay was pleasant, comfortable and convenient once again upon returning there after 5 years. My only suggestion which I will inquire about prior to rebooking will be what is being served on the Gold floor lounge particularly during the Tea Time 2-4pm. There are ZERO options for a diabetic person to enjoy during that time period which decreases the value and options of paying the extra cost for the Gold floor. Would recommend some small bite size sandwiches or soup. This was mentioned to the checkout desk upon checkout, I hope the comment has already been relayed to the administrators who make such decisions. It was a wonderful experience. With the kind warm welcome from the girls at check in who were very polite and explained everything well and efficiently to me. To the housekeeping guys who were also very kind and done a great job. A lovely touch by giving dates, fruit, Arabic sweets and Arabic coffee every evening. The breakfast on the 29th floor had an amazing view aswell as lovely variety of food. The chef at the egg station always made me an excellent omlette and the waiters were also very attentive to my needs and always there to help. The prayer room was also a beautiful experience. I will be back there for sure.

perfect iqama i will repeat it always i have alittle concern about the" special breakfast" that i got it in 29th floor it was normal, nothing special than before the only difference that i have seen was the view maybe between the M2 dining/restaurant & the 29th floor restaurant i would like to see in between the honey peg for example specially thay you are 5 stars hotel room service was very nice i was in needing for small body towel for bathing it was not available when i received the room and i think this is standards, i called they brought it to me later on soap & shampoo smell not attractive in comparing to the last year it was more beautifull before the TV in the living room was not fixed in the wall with a proper and safe way i am saying these remarks because i am paying to get a high service and i was so impressed last time with my residency in 2018 and iwould like even to insiste my family to come back or the others to book there sorry for my transparency but to be honest overall all it was very good services thanks hachem

Alhamdullilah our stay was very good but we had issues with wheelchair and were not available always. Also you all should think of people who can’t walk that long from the hotel lobby to the haram . There should be some improvement made in it like a ramp with moving escalators and a facility of a toilet on the ground floor to make wadu as the public toilets cannot be used .Its for facilitating the people on wheelchair to help them . We had to go to our room to make fresh wadu. The staff was courteous and helpful. Your breakfast needs improvement also it was lacking as compare to our stay in madina Hilton .

Had a good stay. There was communication issues after making the reservation.
