Never been that far recognized as this hotel am a Platinum member of Accor and I loved how far I felt recognized and being taken care of in this hotel , I will definitely choose to stay there again when I have the opportunity to do so, reception was amazing welcoming us , plus the reservation agent Sara who went the extra mile to make my stay memorable, Doaa who contacted me prior to arrival to check my preferences and my arrival time making sure all will be ready by then. Duty manager who upgraded me to amazing view of Kaaba , most importantly was the house keeping who were making sure that we are enjoying the stay their breakfast had an amazing variety that we lived and they were very nice.

Great hotel, have been staying these every time when ever I go to Makkah but their service quality have been on the decline for a few years. Their staff needs serious training on communication and professionalism. And breakfast needs to be better. Same low quality food everyday, after the 3rd day out of our week stay, we stopped going for breakfast and went to outside cafes. Hope to see the the great hotel they once were very soon.

We loved our stay at Fairmont Makkah. Everyone at Fairmont is so professional and caring. Kazi in the breakfast area is super nice and he ensured that we are getting we needed. Asad in the departure area (L1) is the best person I have ever met in any hotel, he is such A. genuine and caring person. I got sick and he took me to the hospital in the clocktower. Special thanks to Asad. Thanks to ACCOR team for arranging bday cake for my father. Thanks everyone.
