Our stay at the hotel was divided between two Presidential Suites and one Haram View Suite, and we were a large family group, masha’Allah. At the beginning, during check-in, everyone was cooperative and helpful, and we truly appreciated that. However, unfortunately, the breakfast experience over the two days negatively affected the quality of our stay and left us quite disappointed. On the first day, we simply requested to combine two tables together, but the request was refused due to the staff being “busy,” even though it was a very simple request for a large family like ours. The request was only fulfilled after I had to raise my voice, which is not something guests should ever feel forced to do while trying to enjoy a comfortable stay. On the second day, my sister ordered a cappuccino with an extra charge, yet it arrived late and completely cold. As for me, I ordered an iced Americano, but it was served in a small hot coffee cup instead of an appropriate cold beverage cup, which honestly did not reflect the expected standard of the hotel. To be honest, what happened was upsetting, especially since this is not my first stay at Fairmont, and I am used to a much higher level of service and attention to detail. What surprised me even more was that during check-out, I was promised that a manager or someone responsible would contact me regarding what happened. However, it has now been 3 days and I still have not received any call or follow-up, despite expecting at least some level of concern, attention to the feedback, and an attempt to properly handle the situation in a way that reflects the hotel’s reputation and service standards. Honestly, I expected greater care and attention from the hotel management regarding what happened, especially considering the level of the booking and the number of suites reserved. I also expected an appropriate gesture that reflects appreciation for guests and a genuine commitment to maintaining the standard of experience we have always known from Fairmont.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful except the person made the check in for us. Overall, a very comfortable experience and I would definitely come back.

I checked in around 10:30am after 4 hours waiting, Bathroom is that good Beds are not comfortable Food was very good Iron was not working ( second time )

The food services were not up to the standards of a 5 stars hotel. The parking fee was rocket high and should be included in the room fees for the VIP and Fairmont Gold guests. The same applies to the in-room dinning prices.

the hotel is nice there needs to be improvement in responding to room service calls the house keeping need to look at the room cleaness before check in , we found a tooth pick on the floor when we checked in the room the bathroom was cleaned with no hand soap or loofa they didnt replace what they took away I felt the food menu was extremly overpriced as well
