Overall, it was a very pleasant experience of staying at this property. I have previously stayed here as well. However, the check-in was really slow and took us a long time to get access to our room. Other than that, our 24/7 butler (Zaman) was exceptional and very efficient. He made sure that the room is regularly cleaned and restocked with all the amenities and refreshments.

I booked until 20th of March but checked out on 18th March.  I spoke to Accor in London and they confirmed that I could get a refund if I left early due to the war in the middle east. So, I checked out 2 days before on 18 March.  They confirmed that due to the ongoing war, they had Flexible Cancellation Policy and would offer a refund to previously non-refundable bookings.  this policy is clearly stated here: https://all.accor.com/a/en/information/middle-east-travel-update.html. I confirmed this with Hannan (in your reception, twice), Khalid (in guest Services (twice)), Rajah (at reception) and with one other lady at guest services, twice.  I made a total of 6 visits to the reception and guest services over a 30 hour period before I checked out.  You took all my details and promised to refund me in line with Accor policy, you did not.  The day I checked out, you promised to call me before my flight also.  You did not. You have also not processed my refund as stipulated by Accor.  The link is here (https://all.accor.com/a/en/information/middle-east-travel-update.html) I stayed for a total of 25 days in this Ramadhan.  I stayed under the first booking of 16…1 92862 from 22 Feb to 9 March and under the booking above from 9 March to 18th March. I have stayed with you previously too.   Currently I feel the need to go public on this matter and inform the whole world on what appears to me to be your reluctance to refund me what I am legitimately due. I require you to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency. you have had over 2 weeks.

I wish I could give 10, the only significant problem we had was that shower was not draining and the water accumulated in both the shower and the toilet the next day, however, they were very prompt in fixing the issue
