The hotel and suite were even more beautiful than we expected from the online photos. The view of the Ka‘bah was truly breathtaking, and having the room speakers synchronized with the prayers from the Sacred Mosque made for an unforgettable experience. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were nothing short of outstanding. The quality, variety, and presentation were beyond exceptional, and it is difficult to imagine how anyone could be disappointed. The only suggestion I would offer concerns the valets and security personnel at the hotel entrance. While we appreciate the importance of maintaining security, we found them somewhat overly suspicious upon our arrival and even later during our stay as we had a car rental, and had to spend unnecessary time convincing them that we were indeed actual hotel guests. A more welcoming and efficient verification process would enhance the arrival experience and save guests unnecessary time and effort. Overall, our stay was remarkable, and we would gladly return.
