I ordered half board and free room upgrade was available to me in my booking I requested for upgrade the staff didn’t accommodated and the sink hole in my bathroom was blocked, filling basin tank and hard to do wuzu even, towels were extremely hard and full of starch, dinner was served in the room with only three options to pick and the taste was below average. The Bus to Makkah didn’t had proper timings the driver used to drive the bus before the time and the staff didn’t allow me early checkin until I showed that I am an accor member. Breakfast was below average.

Overall very good experience with my family of 8 person. We had 2 quad rooms Budget friendly hotel 3 to 4 mins to Haram by direct bus shuttle to Al Ghaza station Beds were comfortable. Parking was good but limited and little narrow Breakfast was good but live egg station was missing. Shuttle bus service was very good, reliable and always on time.. No need to change bus, directly dropped us at al ghaza bus station within 3 to 4 mins from hotel.. Room service was good.. always provided supplies like coffee water towels etc etc....

Felt like home from the moment we arrived. From the reception to restaurant to cafe to house keeping to bell boy they excel in all departments. All the basic areas are covered . Well located, 24 hours shuttle bus on time . I would like to give 10/10 for the below staff 1. Kamran from Pakistan ( cafe absolute genius ) . Very professional and talented . Had great time with him. I think he’s a valued asset and I hope he succeeds in future . 10/10 2. Bell boy from India bilal tall and handsome man was very helpful and guided us good. 10/10 3. I have booked online for 2 nights there was breakfast included so I extended it for one more night with same price. And next day when I go for breakfast they said your breakfast is bot included. Its worst experience no one listen on the reception they were asking for 55 riyal extra for breakfast.
