The hotel is nice clean and quite but the new bus route is not soo good …we accidentally booked an extra night through booking website and even though booking was ok to refund the hotel management team weren’t very cooperative at all they refused even though i have been to many hotels and they are usually very cooperative if anything happens but ibis really wasn’t which was a-bit surprising to me as it wasnt my first time staying there and i have been recommending other family and friends members .

No support what so ever from the hotel - it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone - also, before they used to offer shuttle directly to gaza bus station however now the shuttles go to gamarat then u take another bus to haram which made it longer to go to haram (before it used to take only 7 minutes from hotel).

The shower water pressure was terrible, the toilet seat was old, the hotel didn’t inform us that the shuttle bus route is changed too Kaaba was terrible.
