We were disappointed with our experience for several reasons: 1. Online payment issue: When booking through the Accor website, we selected the online payment option. However, upon arrival, we were asked to pay again because the payment had apparently not been processed. We chose to pay online because we did not have enough cash available, so this situation was very inconvenient. 2. Incorrect price charged: The amount requested at the hotel was higher than the price confirmed during the online booking, which was unexpected and disappointing. 3. Dinner quality and service: We paid for dinner, but the food did not meet our expectations. The meals were not very tasty, the portions were very small, and there was very little variety. In addition, we were not asked about our meal preferences, dietary requirements, or any food allergies before the meals were served.
