I really enjoyed my stay there, the location is so good, and the shuttles are on time. The breakfast was also good. The room was so clean, they cleaned it thoroughly everyday, although carpets were not the cleanest. The staff were the best

Rooms were very conjusted. We were two and we requested twin bed room for our 7 days stay but request was not regarded instead room with three beds were alloted which was very inconvenient room. Rooms amenities were quite old and in miserable conditions. Shower area was very dirty and rusty.

Very poor service in Ibis Makkah

Ibis Styles makkah have consistently been very poor in services to clients, and my reception visit sealed it all. Poor communication skills by staff, especially at the reception, long wait, inattention to customers, as it they are doing clients a favour. I wondered if they needed to be reminded that they are providing paid services. Honestly, when next I would consider a low budget stay, I'll rather go elsewhere. This services in Ibis makkah is about the worst in my about 7 years experience with Accor chain.

Nice hotel, very budget friendly

The hotel is nice and has hood sized room and you cant fault it for the price, we got breakfast on offer but for 30 SAR it’s not cheap. The staff is good but the reception never picks up the phone. The only complain is about the pillow, the pillows are too high something that makes your night an issue, they should put one set of thin one’s for sure.
