The hotel and staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was 10-15 mins taxi away and 25-30 mins shuttle away. The shuttle times could be improved as they were very hard to catch and I mostly had to take a 20-25 riyal taxi to haram. The breakfast was nice for the price.

I always prefer to stay at IBIS style at Mecca. hotel is very neat and clean and staff is very cooperative. Good value but high rates for sahar and Iftar meals. so i did not used meal facility.

Hotel good ,all good except staff at reception.not very help. I ask about iron and he just said "i dont know" . Easy answer? And others things i dont want to story.
