The hotel was good overall and we had a pleasant stay. However, one important point that needs attention is the shuttle service. The schedule should be updated according to the Salah timings, and the heavy rush at Haram should be taken into consideration. During peak prayer times, it is not realistic to expect guests to reach within 20 minutes due to traffic and crowds. Adjusting the shuttle timings accordingly would greatly improve the convenience for guests

The reception staff will bother you by calling at 11 AM even if you've renewed your reservation. There's also construction work going on at the venue from 6:30 AM; there's no peace and quiet.

Good hotel. Not busy. Easy to get to Masjid al Haram with shuttle bus. Can be said to be every hour from the hotel to the first stop before taking the second bus to the mosque. Good management
