I stayed for two nights, for every night I took the package with breakfast and I paid the charges but at time of breakfast they even didn't allow to take breakfast with the reason that we don't have breakfast in our package, even receptionist also was rude at that time,and they asked us to pay extra 47 Riyals for breakfast even we already paid for breakfast in our package, the next day there was new receptionist and I told him all story then he assured us for many times that we will get breakfast for sure in our package, he gave 10…% surity that we will be allowed to take breakfast in our package, so I paid 164 Riyals for breakfast package in our package, so next morning we were not allowed to take breakfast and according to them we don't have package with breakfast again double checked with reception the girl again told we haven't breakfast package in our package, we are dealt like bagger for consecutive two days after paying for breakfast, and double confirming with them. So please try to avoid this hotel

Washroom was dated with no toiletries. Need a major refurbish. Bedroom was not clean. AC was not functioning properly. Same category hotels like mercure, time rube n novotel offer much more better services.
