I had booked from my accor account and did online check in and clearly mentioned that I will only be arriving after 02:30 AM and when I arrived at the hotel they said the booking was cancelled by accor. This is ridiculous, why would I need to do the online check in otherwise. I ended up paying more than my booking for lesser number of nights. I will be posting trustpilot and google reviews shortly

We had an amazing stay at Ibis Styles Makkah. Staff were friendly; housekeeper Akib was excellent, keeping our room cleaned and refreshed. The only strange issue was the two-day delay for an iron, despite continually asking the receptionist. All good, Highly recommended for Umrah.
