In general the breakfast was good but when i ordered food from the resturant was not good at all and when i commented to the receptionist he stated that its a separate company and he didn't show any interest to listen to my feedback also i faced an issue in my reservation i booked two rooms and i paid for both but i don't know why its showing in my reservation one room is cancelled and in the first day breakfast i faced an issue with the resturant because they are saying that i booked only one room and after i proofed to them that i have booked two rooms and i paid for both and im already staying on it they understood Also on the last day the shuttle service was not good and the count of buses to Haram was very limited and not good as the previous days

Hotel service is good, rooms are comfortable The only problem is with the shuttle service, you will be dependent on the bus schedule and there is no chance for walk.
