the only problem is the bus drop you off a little far away from the masjid walking to masjid al-haram about 20-25 minutes which is too hard to walk under the sun

Bathroom was very stinky. I couldn’t sleep well during the stay. I would recommend to have little more options for breakfast.

Is bad Experience. 1- location is very far from Al Haram is 6 KM not 2 KM as you mention in the App when I do the booking. 2- no welcome when arrival. 3- bad service, especially when I asked for a water. The water is must be charged.

I got all that I needed during my stay, Alhamdulillah. Two aspects that the hotel can improve: 1. its restaurant (slow service and food did not worth the pay) 2. room cleaning service
