The location, service, food, cost and Mr Rayyan from All Accor desk, all were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and found peace, comfort that allowed us to keep focus on the main purpose of our visit. That was to visit the grand mosque and offer prayers, Umrah.

Great for families with young children and disabled/elderly. Pullman ZamZam was in the perfect location close to the Haram and food courts. Breakfast buffet could have had a better variety hence the 8/10 and lifts can be better managed. Apart from this if i come again i would definitely stay here!
