We stayed for four nights during a family Umrah with our twins and my mother-in-law, and the hotel made the trip much easier. The location is excellent, with direct access to the Haram, and waking up to the Kaaba view was a highlight for the whole family. Half-board was convenient after long days of worship, and parking made arriving by car straightforward. Thank you to the team for a comfortable and memorable stay.

As I'm All member, I checked in using the guest relation desk. The guest relations employee provided me a free upgrade to the presidential suite which made my stay exceptional. The suite is spacious including 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, living room and dining table. The only thing I regret in this stay that it was very short for 1 night only were I stayed in the suite for very few hours.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Holy Haram, making it extremely convenient for performing prayers. The room was very clean, and the hotel had a fresh, pleasant atmosphere that made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams. The management team was also very supportive, always assisting the staff and ensuring that guests have a smooth and comfortable experience.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Pullman Zamzam Makkah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with an excellent location near the Haram. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay as usual (my 5th stay in Pullman Zamzam Makkah) which is only possible when your employees are exceptional right from the accor reception area, restaurant staff, housekeeping and bellboy. Your employees are the only reason I keep coming back to Pullman Zamzam Makkah despite other Accor brands located in the same location as i tried them once each and they were just OK nothing extraordinary like Pullman. Last but not the least it makes me extremely happy when the hotel staff recognizes you from your previous stay and MR. MUSTAFA SENDI did not only recognize me, he went out of his way when i wanted to change my booking dates, gave me the best room with a best view and extended checkout hours. And everyday when he greeted me in the lobby and asked me if my stay was comfortable made my day. Not only with me I am an eye witness and saw him doing this to guests everytime i passed through the lobby. People like him should be retained, motivated, incentivized and rewarded appropriately so that other employees also try to achieve this performance bar.
Thankyou once again Accor and specially Pullman Zamzam Makkah for always exceeding my expectaions.
