I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah during the last 10 days of Ramadan. I would like to sincerely thank Mustapha Sendi, the Assistant Guest Relation Officer, for his exceptional care and professionalism throughout my stay. I also extend my gratitude to Rayan Alqarni, the Welcomer, whose warm and welcoming attitude made my arrival smooth and pleasant. Both of them truly enhanced my experience. The hotel’s location and service were excellent. However, there is one thing I hope the management will consider. The rooms have tile flooring with no carpet. I stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madina prior to my Makkah stay, and their rooms are carpeted, which made the stay significantly more comfortable in terms of warmth, noise insulation, and prayer comfort. If Pullman Madina has carpet, I believe Pullman Makkah should as well. I am planning to return for Ramadan 2027, and I sincerely hope the rooms will be carpeted by then. I trust the management is already considering this important improvement. Thank you once again to Mustapha and Rayan for their outstanding hospitality.

I spent over 57,000 SAR for a week-long stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah (Folio #217196), but the hotel has refused to credit my ALL - Accor Live Limitless points. They informed me they processed my stay as a 'cancelled' booking to bypass the system, despite me having a full tax invoice showing the stay was completed and paid. This is a blatant attempt to avoid loyalty obligations. Extremely dishonest management; I would not recommend this property to any Accor elite members.
