Location, rooms and services are exceptional. The selection of the rooms is a bit confusing. The Haram courtyard view only gives access to the area outside the Haram mosque. If you're interested in Mataf/interior view, then the rooms are labelled as Kaaba view. I was able to check-in at an earlier time thanks to being an Accor member. My room was upgraded to a higher floor after a bit of a wait. For my breakfast, I was given access to the Amber restaurant. Food was great, but no variety (same dishes every day). The coffee machines also had faulty programming for cortado and did not dispense any milk. Otherwise, the atmosphere is very nice. It does get very crowded (long waits on elevators) due to its proximity to Haram. The room was very clean, although not very soundproof as there were doors to other rooms on both sides, and even basic conversation could be heard. My only complaint is that the hotel details on multiple sites, including my Accor app, stated Airport shuttle (at extra charges), but the staff was not aware of any such service. Furthermore, one of the reception members (a female who wore grey coloured lenses), came off as very rude. Everything else was great.

They change the room next day on request but first day the man on counter was not welcoming at all Also the manager of the dinning hall at bread and breakfast club was extremely rude I had booking of 5 two adults and three kids for 4 nights during the stay my two kids never went for having a breakfast when I asked can I take something for my kids he talking very rudely and In bad tone typical Indian accent He misbehaved I wanted to report about his attitude but I left as I was in umra during that time but honestly this man is rude and need to be changed
