There should be operational audit for this facility... building maintenance is very poor. Kitchen in the suites are not operational... no one listens to calls for room services... check call logs and maintenance cost versus actual conditions. But I must admire the breakfast arrangements.

The staying experience was amazing. The hotel is very near of Haram. It takes about 5 - 8 from the room to Haram, through the Mall; which is excellent time. I had an issue when I arrived, but it has been solved by Mr. Fahad, a supervisor of reception. Thanks a lot for him for helping us and for his professionality in dealing with guests.

its so close to Kaba. The staffs were super friendly. The breakfast-zone was a little loudy. They have upgraded our room with a side view of Kaba. Thank you for that! They also offered us a executive breakfast zone access- which is really good! Thanks again! The hotel is very near to Kaba.

The location of the hotel is just amazing with the Haram across the street and the hotel is next to a superb shopping mall for shopping and dinning. It was as usual wonderful; I wasn’t upgraded this time despite my Accor Gold member status, but staff was extremely efficient that they meet all my room requirements. I checked-in at 12 and they gave me a suite to rest for kids, while our rooms were getting ready. The welcome drink, fruit tray and sweets were served as always. We were pampered in executive dining lounge by Faruq and his team. This is always our favourite part of trip, with kids enjoying their waffles with Nutella while colouring in the activity books shared in lounge, while adults enjoy breakfast without many Qs from kids. Rooms were nice; although they can improve with more lights (only 3 dim lighted lamps in room); which is not good for reading. Toilets amenities were sufficiently provided; Check-out experience was excellent. I would suggest for future instead of welcome drink vouchers (which seldom get used), ice cream or snacks vouchers are offered. The B&R stand in lobby is always a nice attraction for kids.
