Location is excellent, short walk from Haram. Couple of issues I had were firstly I was offered upgrade through an email few days before my travel which I accepted. I was told this will be confirmed at check in desk. But when I checked in they knew nothing about it. Cleaning service was not good. I room was not cleaned on the first day of stay. It came to the point where we ran out of towels and toilet rolls. I had to go and request the cleaner to clean the room, provide us towels and toilet rolls.
