WiFi was very weak in bedrooms. It was a problem for me as i had to do my office work also during the stay.
Kitchen didn't have enough items (glasses, cups, etc) to make things comfortable for us.

I have stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah many times, but this stay was particularly special. I booked a room for two adults and two children, and Mr. Rayan, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.
His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer service made such a difference. Because of his efforts, our overall experience in the Haram was genuinely 10 times better.
Mr. Rayan is a credit to Pullman ZamZam. 10/10 for customer service and I would like to sincerely thank him for making our stay so memorable.
I highly recommend Pullman ZamZam, especially because of the exceptional service provided by people like Mr. Rayan.

Its my first time on this facility and we had unforgettable experience. Started from the arrival on the reception to the last day on checkout, every moment was amazing. At the beginning I faced challenges in the booking which did not show in the system but it was solved very quickly by smart staff (Nuha, Haneen and Rayan). During the stay the room service and cleaning was outstanding. the location of the hotel was the best which made it very easy for each visit to perform umrah and payers. the staff of the hotel were very helpful and available 24/7 and never hesitate provide any help. over all it is one of my best experience in my life and I wish to repeat my next visit soon.
