day after day I am seeing Pullman Zamzam is enhanced and turn to be the soul place that you will choose if you will go to Makkah. what make me search for stay there is the great staff they have. once you need a support or have any thing you can find them.

Reservation department at hotel need training, he was very rude with guest. At the time of checkin, he asked me to cancel the booking and make in some other hotel. However the guy at the reception Ali is good, he handled the situation very well. Overall facility is getting old now and housekeeping is very slow to respond.

The Hotel needs upgrade in the room features and significantly improve the response pace.For instance all the plugs doesn't fit with KSA chargers. On the other hand, the room service may takes several trials to get a response. Nevertheless, the food quality and prices is decent and tasty worth to try it.

I booked as usual booked my stay on the nice App for Accor, then asked the Pullman team to support me in my stay as a very loyal guest to Pullman Zamam, and I really appreciate the continuous support they always doing for me and for other guests. I have to mention here Ms. Bashaer Mohamed, she is our hero in each stay in Pullman Zamzam Makkah. she is trying her best in each stay to make it very comfortable. So, big hanks to her and keep this great customer support continue.

- Check-In counter had only one executive for reception during night, long queue of guests waiting for check-in with only one counter open. - Rooms service with a very slow response time, made multiple requests for cleaning during afternoon and finally cleaning guy arrived at 6pm - 4 hrs response time. - Room Speakers for azaan not working - even after multiple calls to room service and hotel reception - nobody arrived to fix he issue!! - No clear policy on how to redeem you loyalty points, reception guy did not suggest to use old points and let them expire.

Room Service response time has gone dull with no option of breakfast in your room during these times!!

Room Service response time has gone dull with no option of breakfast in your room during these times!! Requested for Technical Support for fixing the speakers in the room but nobody showed up even after several reminder calls. Check-in took me almost 45 mins in the night with only one person available at reception with huge line of visitors waiting for their turn to come.

Not as expected! Check-in was OK, We checked-in at 9 pm on 22nd Dec and asked Check-in staff to open the Sofa-Bed for my son (had a family of 4 adults and 1 kid). Check-in staff confirm it will be done. We came to room at 1 am and it was not done. Called "0" and asked for the same. The man picked the phone was quite root. He simply transfer the call to somewhere where the phone keep ringing and no one pick the phone. We repeat the same exercise 3 time without any luck to talk to some one. Finally asked the operator that we had this conversation with reception upon check-in and he rudely replied "than you go to reception". Once we Checked-in at 9 pm suite was abnormal cold temperature showing 15C. We adjusted all the 3 temperature control and were surprised upon our return at 1 am that the entire suite was still freezing cold, we have to call again "0" to face the same Man, who again replied OK, I will send technician. Called again after 30 minutes to hear the same answer (his tone smell as if he does NOT want even to forward our complain to maintenance). Finally one Technician came at 2 am and simply switched OFF the main A/C switch. This makes us little relaxed to try to sleep for the remaining 2 hrs. This was NOT expected from a 5 star hotel maintenance " either to switch OFF the A/C or except frozen cold".

Over all my stay in pullman zamzam is ok but Excess form 0 levels to lobby 11th floor it's a painful experience due to life's conditions and i am frequently staying in pullman but this time your housekeeping staff was too bad .. I can't write if i can't get your mail but when you send me mail and ask so in this intention you will upgrade my pullman zamzam. Thanks
