Our experience is fantastic, enjoyed a lot. Buffet breakfast was very nice. And all staffs made us pleasant stay at hotel especially Miss Asmahan is a kind hearted soul. We recommend this hotel and InshaAllah we will come here again. Thank u much.

nahaadam Families - TripAdvisor review

The hotel reception was fantastic, very modern and clean, current and was always fragrant using incense. The staff were not so great in understanding the needs of their guests or the importance of such needs, my mother required a wheelchair which I had also requested, there was no wheelchair available and the reception staff smiled and said they had a lot of guests, quite unacceptable when it comes to people with disabilities. The room was quite dated and felt old, the amenities were not topped up, and felt rather poor in what we had paid for. That being said, the housekeepers were fantastic and very attentive to our needs. There were building works taking place on our floor (17), and the drilling started at 8am - who begins to drill at that early in the morning especially when your guests may have been awake until late. The hotel also requires you to use a number of lifts before you get to the Haram floor, this is something to consider as we waited for at least 15 minutes on occasions for a lift to be available. When requiring a taxi to get to the train station, the concierge staff lied to us in regards to pricing as well as who can access the tunnels parking. They charged an additional 30 SAR for a fair that would be 50 SAR - this is something we found out later from a number of drivers, this dishonesty of the staff. I will not be staying in Pullman ZamZam again, nor will I book any of its partner hotels. It was an extremely poor experience with negligent staff running the business.
