Apart from location and comfort, breakfast buffet was good. The restaurant manager and the staff were really forthcoming. My booking (done through Agoda) had a problem that only one adult was mentioned in the guest details of a quad room. The restaurant manager assisted with its resolution. The front desk staff at times struggled with the understanding of requests, still remaining most courteous and respectful. I suggest a presence of online translator to resolve language issues of the staff.

Our recent stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah Clock Tower was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we experienced warm hospitality and a smooth early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. Although the suite itself was compact, it offered an exceptional panoramic view of the Kabah, making our stay truly memorable. The welcome amenities, including fresh fruits and Arabic coffee, added a thoughtful touch to our arrival. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes, and the team was always attentive and eager to assist.
