Better to get rooms on the upper floor as they are new Lower floors have old rooms House keeping is excellent Ahmed Gamal did a good job Arif and anwar were there whenever needed Elevator is a bit slow to go down to haram Better to leave a bit early so that you don’t get stuck

It was a pleasant experience. Most staff were helpful.. However the lift display panels were not working for most lifts. Need to be fixed.

Will be visiting during ramadhan 2025, ETA March 21st for 11 nights. I will be commenting on all aspects of the journey from accessibility to pullman during ramadhan to the quality of service they provide based on the premium they are charging during one of the busiest times of the year. We booked based on convenience, we have elderly with us too so let this detailed review be a guide to people coming for ummrah during ramadhan with similar circumstances. Watch this space.
