Great location/ very comfortable rooms/ highly recommended.hotel is located very close to haram and you can easily walk to the shops and food court. Staff are extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast. Very quick and convenient lifts. Hotel is a very short walk from haram and is located at a prime location. Rooms are very clean. Beds are super comfy. Can’t fault it really.

Stayed at the Swiss Makkah, Sara Al-Masri, Chief Concierge was so amazing in making sure that our stay was the most comfortable and hassle free. Her customer service was excellent, really made me so happy that I chose this hotel to stay at. Every request was met with such ease and i felt so happy to stay here. Our reservation was seamless, such high standards of service really made my stay exceptional. I wish all hotels had such high quality trained staff like Sara who make the stay an amazing experience through her professionalism, support and organisation. Thank you Swiss Hotel for having such an amazing team on hand for guests. Recommended to family and friends to book here too.

Exceptional Hospitality and Breathtaking Views Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The hospitality on our floor was exceptional, and I’d especially like to mention Jihad, our cleaner, and Saleh, the floor supervisor. Both went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and continuously checked if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. Having stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say the service provided by Jihad was exceptional. When our room was cleaned by him it was not just given a quick wipe, rather it was thoroughly cleaned, which made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed in room 2829, a premier Kaba room, and the view was absolutely mesmerising. It created many unforgettable memories for my family and me that we will cherish forever. This hotel truly stands out for its incredible service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
