The location of this hotel is excellent and this is my second visit. The room is clean and they supply everything including toothbrushes so all you need is your clothes! Only criticism I have is that the breakfast area is divided into three separate areas so that isn’t ideal when trying to get your meal.

We booked a Kaaba-view room (#1628). Although part of the view was slightly blocked by the building in front, it was still very nice. All the staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel was well managed. I would recommend adding more breakfast options for kids and introducing more variety in the buffet menu, though the food itself was excellent. The hotel's location was perfect for us, making it easy to reach the Haram on time
