"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Swissôtel. The location is perfect—being so near the Kaaba gave us easy access to the Haram, allowing us to comfortably pray all five daily prayers there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel very welcoming. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; it was high quality with a great selection. The man at the egg station was very abrupt, reception Mohammed was not helpful at all, he gave us rooms away from each other.Only after going back to reception did they change our rooms,very unprofessional.
