Best location. The breakfast buffet was not bad but for me this is my first and last time to book room with breakfast as the quality of food was not that good and the crowds was too much! Also the switch between the elevators to go to the ground floor is annoying. My room was ok but it’s really tight especially the bathroom was really tight. Also, the sound of fans into Alsafwa tower was really annoying and we couldn’t sleep well due to that sound. Overall I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel but please update my profile especially to be in high floors so I can’t hear the fan and to get best view of Kaaba without and limits due to other towers.

An unforgettable stay at Swissotel Makkah. We stayed in a suite with a direct view of the Kaaba, and the view was simply spectacular, waking up to it each morning was a blessing I’ll never forget. The suite was spacious, luxurious and impeccably clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to access Masjid al-Haram, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout our visit. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety and was of a very high standard. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended. 🕋🤍
