Rooms were nice and clean. One thing I want to point out to is the staff. From the moment I called to book, until when I checked out, every single person from the staff was super nice and polite. This presents a positive and respectable image of the country. Thank you.

The location is excellent; you just need to leave the hotel. In a 3-minute walk, you reach the Masjid. All people have smiles on their faces and the atmosphere is great. Especially Shahad at the reception provides the best customer service, and she is well qualified; the room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable, offering great value! I am sorry you get what you pay for, but the rates are competitive compared to other similar hotels, but you need to compare like for like. Make no mistake, this is a very high-end hotel, also very quiet, and the breakfast is excellent. The only criticism I have is regarding their finance department, which has some unprofessional staff; however, I believe it is not affiliated with Swiss but rather a local setup that lacks respect for customers, but this doesn't matter because the hotel staff work hard, and I say this is the best hotel near Masjid El Haram.
