Returning to the hotel for the fifth time this year, the experience was once again amazing and memorable. Check-in was fast, the room was clean and comfortable. The people were friendly and helpful. During my recent visit, I noticed that I didn't get my usual welcome amenities in the room. It turned out that the DND sign on the door was malfunctioning, thus the staff were unable to enter my room to honour the sign. Fortunately, Mr Mohammed from Guest Relations helped to get everything right. The guest service operator was really helpful and swift in addressing my request. I truly appreciate the care and service at this hotel.

I stayed at Swissôtel Makkah during my Umrah trip and was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is directly connected to the Haram complex, which made going to prayers easy even at peak times. My room was clean, comfortable, and the Haram view was beautiful and motivating for worship. Staff at reception and housekeeping were polite and helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall service felt organised despite the crowd. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming for Umrah or Hajj.

The service was top notch , we booked Kaaba view quad room for my family of 4 and Saad gave us the best room on 36th floor

We were very well received at the reception, greatly appreciated how they accomodated our requests and the room we were allocated to. Great view from our room, beds were comfortable and well made. Clean room and bathroom. Only thing that made me give you 9/10 is the moldy/wet sock scent coming from the air-conditioning. Great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. On a side note, would have appreciated if we had asian food like fried rice or noodles on offer for dinner. Lifts were not crowded and we did not have to wait long for those. Staff were always welcoming and smiling. Checkout was a breeze. Overall very good experience for our stay.
