Great hotel and staff. Dawood and Majid in concierge were very helpful, genuine and I pray they are promoted. They were attentive and made the stay so much better.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel. Overall experience was great but elevator is an issue. Also breakfast varieties were good but not tasty.
