It was an excellent choice and completely met my expectations. The hotel kindly upgraded my room from a city view to a partial Haram view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. In addition, everything you need is within walking distance of the hotel, making it very convenient. Personally, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant, and memorable stay

This is has been a great first time experience at this hotel. It is a one if the best Hotels amongst the Accor group of hotels on the Haram of Makkah. Everything from the check in to check out was smooth and done with such kindness that you dont fee like leaving. Admin staff make you feel valued and as guess with genuine concern about your travels and how to make your stay comfortable. From the time you arrive in the basement where the most kindness people wait for you to take your bags and lead, leading up to reception is a welcoming experience. The distance to the Kaaba is amazing short lift and your right there looking at Kaaba. Food places are so easily accessible and the hotel sits in thr quiet part of the mall with a set of dedicsted lift for the hotel only. The rooms are comfortable, clean and fully equipes with all you need, housekeeping will make sure your needs are met within a shirt time. The breakfast oh the breakfast was amazing delicious, with the best waiters and reception. The selection of food is tops and I would rate it a 10/10. Special thanks must be given to Nazeer Khan, Arwa, Sofiyan and Abu Sufiyan, myself and my family had the best breakfast experince ever with you guy, we felt special and looked after at the breakfast! I stayed at Movenpick Hotel Makkah Clock Towers, and honestly, I expected a much higher standard considering the reputation of the Movenpick brand and the hotel’s prime location. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There seems to be a noticeable lack of professionalism in several aspects of the hotel’s operations, as if the management relies heavily on the fact that the hotel is next to Al Haram rather than focusing on delivering a truly high-quality guest experience. The room sound insulation was below expectations, which significantly affected comfort and privacy. In addition, the housekeeping service needs improvement. Basic amenities such as slippers were not provided unless specifically requested, despite being standard items that guests would reasonably expect in a hotel of this category. The restaurant was also quite underwhelming compared to what one would expect from a hotel carrying the Movenpick name. What was even more frustrating was the handling of our departure day. We requested to take our breakfast as a takeaway meal due to our travel schedule, but the request was refused by the restaurant management. More disappointing was that the hotel management was unable or unwilling to offer any solution or flexibility to accommodate a reasonable guest request. I have stayed in many hotels, both higher and lower in category than Movenpick, and I have rarely encountered this level of inconsistency in service and guest care. A great location alone is not enough to justify the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation. I hope these comments are taken seriously and used to improve the overall guest experience.
