Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The overall quality of the hotel did not meet acceptable standards in terms of comfort and service. The stay was not satisfactory, and I believe there is significant room for improvement.

It was great experience and hotel was top quality. Only shame is lifts from ground floor to hotel p11, on busy times, you end up spending a long time waiting for the lifts
