While the purpose of any stay in Makkah is spiritual first and foremost. The fact that you stay in a hotel that is warm friendly and willing to help where they can, makes the whole experience great. 2 small down sides, lifts can be tricky and peak (salah) times and I found some of the house keeping elements lacking. Dirty coffee cups in room and one had a hair in it! I got the impression the have one cloth used for multiple cleaning purposes!
