I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in Makkah, especially considering it is advertised as a 5-star property. We booked a quad room, but the room was located between two connected rooms with very poor sound insulation. The noise from neighboring guests was constant and repeatedly disrupted our sleep throughout the stay. This setup is completely unsuitable for guests seeking comfort and rest. In addition, we specifically requested a partial Haram view, yet the assigned room did not provide any Haram view at all, which was very misleading and frustrating. Another surprising issue was the absence of prayer mats in the room. For a 5-star hotel in Makkah, this is honestly unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to basic guest needs and expectations. On top of that, the parking fee of 500 SAR per night is completely unrealistic, especially when it costs almost the same as the room itself. Overall, the experience did not match the standards or expectations of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah, and I would not choose to stay here again.
