I booked classic king part kaaba view They give me a room with twin bed !! I called many time the duty manager. He said we don’t have room all rooms occupied!!! I can’t do anything. Also when i ask him to join the beds. They don’t do anything just they put the beds beside each other and they keep two blankets and two bed sheet !!! It was very bad experience and i will not come again

I reserved a king bed and when I arrived they gave me two beds room. I did early check in because I received an email telling that I could do so, but even though they must be ready when telling people to check in early.

Reserved King bed and gave me two separate beds

I checked in early because they sent me an email that I can do so, and when I arrived they offered me room with two separate beds instead of King bed that I reserved and said they don’t guarantee a king bed even by 4 o’clock.

I book sweet with two rooms one for me and one for my boys through phone, they said they will send booking confirmation but until the day of my arrival no email or sms sent. I called the hotel to confirm reservation and I confirmed that it’s a sweet with two rooms, then they send me confirmation and I transferred the amount. Upon arrival receptionist said three boys I said yes, then I enter the sweet to find that it was only one room! And the other room is locked, when I asked to open the room they said “ your booking is only for one room, and if you want the other room you will pay”

Bad insulation to rooms- I had bad three nights with noisy next door. Unfriendly staff and not very helpful. Everytime we cal number 0 for a particular help, they don’t answer. We had to try sometimes 4-5 times This is including room service, reception and concierge

We have been staying movenpick mecca for almost 11 years. I have noticed this time that the front desk personnel were not doing their as efficiently as before. Although the guest load is not high and they should be working more seriously. I was not attended in a more professional manner. My husband asked the front desk personnel to attend us before talking to his colleagues , he didn't seem to notice or apologetic.
