The hotel has a good location and is very close to the Haram, which is very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable; however, the hallway had a strong smoking smell that was unpleasant. We had an excellent stay. Location is the shortest distance to Kaabah. Staff were very helpfull especially cleaning staff on the floor. We had booked a Kaaba view. We were not happy with the first room because view was not too clear. The lady at Guest Relations changed room immedately with a better view of Kaabah. Breakfast was great.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was beautiful and I really liked the new updated design and atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming, and cooperative throughout my stay, and I truly appreciate all of their efforts. I also appreciated how quickly the luggage service was handled both at check-in and check-out, which made the experience smoother and more comfortable. One issue I experienced was that the room next to mine had someone smoking, and the smell reached my room even though it was a non-smoking area. I called twice regarding the issue. The first time it was not fully resolved, but the second time the staff did try to handle the situation, which I appreciated. The elevators were also quite crowded at many times during the day. Overall, thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and support.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall service and hospitality.
