Dear Sir/Madam, Overall, my family and I had an excellent stay from 24–29 August 2026 in Room 1306. We truly enjoyed our experience, and your staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. There are only two areas that we feel could be improved: First, during peak periods, additional housekeeping staff may be needed so that daily room cleaning can be completed earlier rather than as late as 5:00 p.m. Second, it would be great to have more variety in the daily breakfast buffet at Al-Firdaus M1 Restaurant, particularly a wider selection of Asian dishes and some changes to the menu from day to day. Apart from these two points, everything else was excellent. The service and overall experience were of a world-class standard. Well done to the entire team, and bravo! We faced some kaleidoscopes in preparing the room at first, but the existing staff remedied the situation and tried to arrange an alternative room with better specifications. A calm and beautiful atmosphere that adds a wonderful character to comfort for what those coming need to carry out religious rituals in Mecca. The smell of soap and shampoo in the hotel had adopted the smell of citrus and I think that the product selection team did not fully succeed. As for the food, I think the options were limited and did not reflect the quality that Mövenpick usually seeks to offer. It is a wonderful experience in general and I would like to stay in your hotel again.

There are two issues. Your restaurant staff need a lot of training, and the waiters are not friendly. For example, we were a family of six and asked for a table for six, but two waiters said it was not possible and made us sit at a table for four. We had to pull two extra chairs and sit. They were a bit arrogant. The room AC temperature controls don't work. Even if you set it to 24, it stays at 19.5, even after 2 days, which means it doesn't work. We had two rooms, and both were the same. Other than that, your hotel is the best.

Overall, we had a great stay at Mövenpick Hajar Tower. The hotel is really very nice, with a perfect location. The room was comfortable and extremely clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job, although the bathroom was a little small. The breakfast was great with a very good selection, and what we especially appreciated was the hotel staff — everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The only downside was the elevator system. The two sides are not connected, which makes waiting frustrating, especially during busy times. Staff also frequently use the same elevators, adding to the congestion. Apart from the elevator issue, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
