Raffles Makkah Palace Hotel suite 511 from April 15-17, 2026 Our thanks to Ms Shatha duty manager,who checked us in after extending our stay for more 2 nights, with a special thanks to Mr AbdulAziz receptionist for upgrading the room with a better view Of Almasjid Alharam. Alqasr restaurant serving dinner and breakfast with alot of delicious varieties;our thanks to all chefs and all team their. Our thanks to Mr AbdulRahman receptionist in dinner restaurant/Mr AbdulAllah/ Mr Muhammad Ayoub. Our thanks also to Ms Mee'ad receptionist in the breakfast restaurant Special thanks to Mr Hamdan breakfast restaurant supervisor/Mr AbduAllah / Mr Hussain/Mr Nouman in egg station and all team. Thanks to Ms Leena and Ms Raghad from guests relation desk for their follow-up and polite attitudes. Thanks also to Mr Ansar/Mr Mundane mia housekeepers floor 5 Our thanks also to Mr Ezzeldin from bell captain services The hotel has a prayer hall facing Almasjid Alharam;if you have run out of time,you can proform daily prayers held in the Almasjid Alharam in the hotel prayer hall(noting that I would appreciate it if the hotel management could review the Qibla direction on the prayer mats as it needs some adjustment). Thanks to all in the hotel for their attention & polite attitudes.

We stayed in suite 1709 , which had a moldy smell , i believe the carpet needs changing or serious disinfectant treatment. The towels are worn out and threaded . The thermostat is actually an on off switch only as it doesn't control the temperature in the room . Our buttler , Saber was the best staff member who showed me a lot of care during my stay . At checkout out I was sent out by the best front office staff , Mr Chakiri . BF was perfect. Thanks to all the staff at AlQasr restaurant.

Very happy after having stayed at Darul Tawheed for the last 18 years. My only gripe is the lack of dedicated lifts to the hotel. I was there at a quiet time and had to wait for lifts. I can imagine how it will be when Makkah is busy. Overall top service and accommodation. Will stay with you in future.
