It was wonderful experience and the best hospitality i have ever encountered. From reception staff A. Aziz to Hassan and house keeping staff Faheem and Rashid for 20th floor and every other person was wonderful and very helpful and cooperative. And there is myth about this hotel that we haves to wait for lift but it wasn’t true coz u have a lift which goes directly to Haram floor. Strongly recommended hotel. Pricy though but it’s worth it specially their panoramic Kaaba view suit.
