Good stay near to the holy masjid, check in was a bit slow but it is ok “ Thanks to Tasneam” l. Suit was nice and appropriate the upgrade. Breakfast was nice and the staff in restaurant were amazing and helpful. I what siding like “ get call just 5 min before the agreed check out Tim to remind me to evacuate the room !!! I have stayed in hundreds of All Accor hotels around the world and this is the first time someone will call me just to leave !! “

Thank you for the excellent service during our stay here in Raffles Makkah Palace. Thanks to Safeer and Waleed from HouseKeeping who were in charge of our room. Our sheets were changed every day and this is a detail I love because not all hotels will do this if not asked. Water is always provided to meet our needs. We really like and feel very comfortable with the service and facilities while here, Insyaa Allah, we will stay here again!

Had a room with a view of the Kaabah.My mother who is wheelchair bound accompanied us and the hotel arranged such that food was brought to the room.Staffs were courteous, friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend.
