We have booked the Presidential Suite and the stay & hospitality was beyond amazing. All hotel staff always made sure we were super comfortable, got a personalized cake for my son to welcome him, and room-serviced us when one of us got sick. Food was amazing and a huge variety, also catering for every appetite. Prayer room is very convenient as well.

Everything was good except the elevator to go down to haram. The elevators in clock tower are run down and are in very bad condition. I suggest having a designated elevator for raffles that take you down to bottom tunnel for rides and to Haram. Thus should be exclusive for raffles guest only and should have a guard that should monitor it at the haram. Thanks
