The location is great.Tge buffet was the best and everything else is perfect except the rooms had a moldy smell.we called the reception and they came and sprayed some air freshener but didn't help much.

My biggest challenge with traveling is managing my son’s life threatening food allergies. I was very stressed, but my experience was made incredibly smooth and stress free, starting with our superstar Butler Vaseem Akram, who reached out to me on WhatsApp ahead of time asking for any special accommodations. By the time we arrived and checked in, Vaseem Akram and restaurant manager Anshad immediately coordinated with Executive Chef, Chef Tamri ( Best Chef in the World!), who personally met with us, took detailed notes and ensured the entire kitchen was alerted. Under Chef Tami’s leadership, they prepared safe meals for my son with exceptional attention to cross contamination. The food was incredibly delicious, varied and prepared with true care. My favorite restaurant was Creamery at the Terrace with the most amazing view. Manager Mohammad was amazing and our servers Emad and Mustafa took excellent care of us. Safeer and Dawood handled housekeeping seamlessly and our suite was spotless 24/7. The Bellboy Husein was always available with a warm smile and ready to help at any moment. I am deeply grateful to the entire team under Vaseem Akram’s and Chef Tami’s leadership for their professionalism, hardwork and exceptional hospitality.

Like prior stays service was superb. Very attentive staff. Ofcourse location to haram, has elevators that are private. From check to check out was welcoming and flawless. Saad at check in was excellent. Excellent food. In the Resturant all the staff were polite and prompt. Especially Ashraff went beyond his job to make us comfortable. Anshad, the morning manager was very nice. We will come back.

I had an amazing stay at Raffles Makkah. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly made my stay comfortable. A special thank you to Rahaf and Ghaida — both of them were incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional. They made sure everything was perfect and their kindness added so much to my experience. We also loved the UAE National Day celebration at the hotel — it was beautiful, thoughtful, and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah. I will definitely return!
