I had an overall good stay, and I would especially like to highlight the Front Desk team, who were very welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their attitude and hospitality were truly appreciated. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. I experienced delays with the baby cot, food delivery, and room cleaning. Despite confirming my late arrival and requesting a baby cot in advance, it was only delivered around 1:30 AM after arriving at midnight. I was also disappointed with the attitude of a few staff members from In-Room Dining and Concierge, as their communication felt quite sharp and unwelcoming. I prefer not to mention names, but I hope the team can be reminded that guests come to Raffles expecting exceptional service, courtesy, and hospitality. At times, I also felt that some staff seemed bothered by my child crying, which made us feel uncomfortable as a family. Despite these issues, I did not raise any complaints during my stay and tried to remain understanding. I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration for my next stay. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality, particularly from the Front Desk team, and I look forward to an even better experience next time.
