This was my 2nd stay in 2 years was fantastic from check in to check out we were treated like royalty.took the half board this time which I was disappointed as no options for vegetarians as soon as the management team were aware Mr Ayub and team including Hamden the went up and beyond to cater for me and my father at breakfast. And also Mr Anshad and his team including Iqbal were so helpful at dinner they made sure our vegi options were on our table the chefs were also fantastic came back to this hotel as Mr Nauman looked after us also shout out to Mr saad Mr Hussain and Mr Meshari the reception team well done to the raffles team.10 out of 10

Upon entry to exit of my stay, my experience was truly memorable. All the staff displayed genuine warmth & some went above & beyond to ensure my comfort. The room & bathroom was thoughtfully designed and since I had a partial Kaabah view room, this was so ideal for reflection & worship when I was not in the Haram. The dining experience at buffet ( breakfast & dinner) catered for the diverse nationalities. The Creamery restaurant staff was awesome and special mention to Butler service especially Desta.
