I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the housekeeping team at Raffles — especially Supervisor Antar, Sohel, and Riyad. From the moment I arrived, their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm attitude truly stood out. The room was always spotless, well-prepared, and maintained to the highest standards. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment. What impressed me most is their teamwork and genuine care. Supervisor Antar leads with excellence, ensuring every request is handled quickly and thoroughly. Sohel and Riyad were always polite, proactive, and dedicated, making every interaction pleasant. Our family of five recently stayed at Raffles Hotel in Makkah, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything was perfect—far beyond our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They checked on us every morning and evening to ensure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The attention to detail throughout the entire hotel was remarkable. Our rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The level of cleanliness and the overall service were outstanding. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile. Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The service was impressive—everything we requested arrived very quickly. The lady at the check-in desk was sweet and helpful, and the checkout process was smooth and easy. The room was spotless, very clean, and had a beautiful view that made our stay even better.
