Amazing experience, location is in ZamZam clock towers, very close to King AbdulAziz gate. Staff was attentive, knowledgable and helpful. We took the Ifar and Suhoor package, food was of good quality and variety. Our rooms were upgraded to suits, both spacious and comfortable, with butler service. One king bedroom and one twin bed room. Bathroom is lovely with all essentials. The hotel is family friendly, and the Haram is 5min walk. My only slight gripe, is during peak times, elevators to get into Ruffles from the tower can take some time. I would really recommend this hotel for all travelling for umraah.

Exceptional experience. Excellent location. The cleaning staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly, Farouk, Omar and hamdan did a great job. Loved the prayer hall and the lifts were very easily accessible. No waiting for long. The food was delicious, wide variety and great ambience. Overall very happy. Will definitely be back next Ramadan in sha Allah.

Very fantastic, especially Ayub in F&B. I come every year and the service is very well-maintained. The food, house keeping, staff all around, and the rooms and prayer rooms themselves are remarkable. Very very comfortable, my family and I are grateful to be able to stay here.

The rooms are very comfortable and huge. The food buffet selection was superb this Ramadhan. Menu changes everyday. You dont get this excellent service anywhere else. All the staff are warm and friendly especially Mr Chakiri who goes all the way to make our stay perfect and memorale.
