One of the best hotel in abraj ali bait. Prices are exrewmely higher thank hotels same area. Staff very helpful and always willing to help. Food in breakfast are tasty and all staff there ready to accomodate oyr requests. Suite overlooking haram amazing view.

Umrah December 2024 - second stay here this year. Our room was smaller than the Hajj trip. Service staff were excellent

Second time we stayed here this year. Our room was smaller than the one at Hajj. Attempts to rectify fell on deaf ears. There were also water issues and we were not updated. Our room was also not cleaned after two days. Unusual as we did not encounter such issues in June Service staff at the restaurants remembered us and was most excellent to our needs especially with elders in our group. Imho management seems non chalant staff goes the extra mile.
