This was my first time in Ajman Fairmont but my experience overall wasn’t the best . Room was good and spacious clean as well , but there’s no prayer mat . All machines in our room weren’t working (hair dryer, coffee machine, and the telephone) I booked early two rooms for my family but each room was in a different floor so I kept going and coming between two floors. After we finished the breakfast I sat to drink coffee but one of the staff came and said that I have to sit outside because there’s no place and another family has to take my table.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the allocation of your two rooms on different floors, which made it less comfortable for you and your family. We checked into the Fairmont Ajman during the peak of Eid break and were thoroughly impressed with the level of service we received, particularly at the front desk. Managing a large booking can often be a challenge, but Ms.Dana made our experience seamless. Despite the hotel being quite busy, she handled our check-in for nine rooms with incredible efficiency and professionalism. She provided complete assistance throughout the entire process, ensuring every detail was taken care of so we could settle in without any stress. The level of customer service provided by Ms.Dana was truly outstanding. It is exactly this kind of dedicated, attentive care that makes us eager to return to the Fairmont in the future. We really appreciate her efforts in making our arrival so smooth. Highly recommended! Further all the 9 rooms were neatly presented and the hotel properties was fun to explore.
