Special thanks to the lovely employees Kashan, Umer, Bruno, Princess Dian, Stella, Rahul, Asim and Marc for their service and hospitality. With their help our vacation was truly amazing. We had only breakfast and dinner and the food was 10/10. Also we visited sauna and steam and I highly recommend it. The beach was also amazing, the water is clean and relaxing. I would happily go back to relax again :) Btw the hotel has a free transfer to Dubai mall.

The Fairmont Hotel, Ajman , UAE November 2025 From the moment we checked in until our departure the overall experience was excellent We wish to offer our heartfelt thank you to all the staff at the Fairmont for looking after us so incredibly well during our recent stay. The outstanding hospitality truly made our visit so memorable. We stayed in a junior suite with stunning sea views and we were well looked after by Imran We would like to say special thanks to the reception and concierge staff Jahangee,Marc,Mr Basim, Shaimaq, and Lwin (hopefully I’ve spelt them right ) along with with Mr Manoj the “Spectrum restaurant” manager who was so very kind in arranging a special supprise as it was our anniversary along with the rest of his staff. The food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent Special thanks to Rachael , and Bruno , in the resterant who went out their way to make us truly welcome along with all the rest of the team. We appreciate everything you did to make our stay so fantastic. Oh and the lovely lad who put the rose petals on our bath (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) Thank you all so very much

My recent stay at your property was quite disappointing and fell far below my expectations. As someone who travels frequently with family, I expect a certain standard of comfort and service, which unfortunately was not met during this visit. The overall experience was unpleasant and did not come close to what I would consider satisfactory. The only positive aspect was the reception staff member (Gaurav or Roshan) who was polite, attentive, and tried to help whenever possible within his scope. His professionalism stood out amid an otherwise poor experience. I sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the quality of services and facilities. Based on my experience, I would not be able to recommend this property to others.

4th visit to Fairmont Ajman and this time the experience was very good and much better than the stay we had in March this year. A special thanks to Ashwak and his team in the Salt & Sea Bar who made our stay enormously pleasant and difficult to top next time we come.
