I had a wonderful and very pleasant stay. I truly enjoyed the beautiful sea view from the balcony, the location, and the thoughtful design of the hotel, especially the bathroom. Everything was comfortable and well designed, and I really loved the overall atmosphere. To be completely Honest everything about the hotel was phenomenal especially receptions they were soo lovely to the guy handling the luggage from the valet guy to the room cleaning people. It was all good even the room was clean. I’m not saying about anything of that. My main concern was my my actual room that the AC was broken and I waited almost 30 minutes until someone came and had a look and took them almost another 30 minutes or maybe more to get it half going so it was still hot in the room. I told him to like inform the reception and everything. I don’t know if he did, but it was unbearable in the night so we just said let’s just go somewhere else because I’m not going to wait again until someone comes and fixes it in the middle of the night, or having my us moved which would been done early

Overall, it was a truly satisfying experience. The service and care throughout our staycation were amazing.
The biggest highlights were the warm arrival experience, followed by the excellent room amenities, room dining, and the wonderful morning breakfast. Everything was beautifully taken care of, making our stay truly amazing and memorable.

We previously visited in December 2025 and had a lovely stay. We decided to return in August 2026 and was absolutely disappointed with my stay. I decided to change hotel after 2 days of utter disappointment and poor service. The hotel was on reduced staff and barely had visitors and as a result, reduced food service which was utterly poor. I will not be returning ever again.

Great location, nice beach, comfy bed and spacious room.
However, I didn’t expect the hotel to be so purely maintained. Ripped wallpaper, dirty carpet’s though the corridors, both phones in the room were not working properly. Only worked though the speakerphone.
I also didn’t expect the toothbrushes not to be available in the room, and had to be requested twice to be delivered. (First time asked at concierge, came two hours later nothing was done.
And the sea view room had to have a giant terrace with a huge tree in the pot right in the middle of the “sea view”. When asked to change the room, I was given a speech how long it will take to find something else, and maybe a duty manager will call back. That call never reached us.
So all in all, we left the hotel with mixed feelings.

We apologize for the concerns regarding the ripped wallpaper, cleanliness of the carpets in the corridors, and the malfunctioning room telephones. These are important maintenance and service details, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review and corrective action.
We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the toothbrushes. Having to request the amenity twice, particularly after the first request was not followed up for two hours, was understandably frustrating. This should have been handled much more efficiently.
Regarding your sea view room, we understand your disappointment that the large tree obstructed part of the view you were expecting. More importantly, we regret that your request for an alternative room was not followed up and that you did not receive the promised call from the Duty Manager. We apologize for the lack of communication and ownership in handling your concern.
We appreciate your honest feedback and understand why you left with mixed feelings despite enjoying some aspects of the property. Your comments will be shared with the relevant departments and management team to help us improve both our physical standards and our service follow-up.

We have enjoyed our stay in Fairmont ajman. My kids loved the hotel.it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a corner suit . The suit have 2 ocean view balcony.the only disappointment is the pool it is under renovation although they have a temporary pool onsite.but the supposed to mention it on their website booking system.
