Our stay was great and one of the best stqycation yet - from check-in staff, cold juices, concierge, along with the waiters and pool staff. They were the nicest and accomodation! Thank you so muchhhh! Pool was nice. And the beach too! Staff top notch. We will be back soooon.

We recently stayed with you as A. family of four, booking two rooms over A. couple of nights, and we wanted to share our honest feedback as we felt our experience was A. mixed one — with some genuine highlights alongside A. few areas that we feel need your attention. Arrival & Reception Our check-in experience was A. warm and positive start. Mr. Rahul at your reception desk was courteous and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the room upgrade extended to us. Your location along the Ajman Corniche is superb, and the seafront setting immediately set A. good tone for the stay. Rooms & Facilities The unobstructed sea view from the balcony was absolutely one of the highlights of our stay — breathtaking and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and your rooms were generally neat and well-maintained. However, we did encounter A. significant issue upon arrival — one of our rooms had A. complete power failure at check-in. While your team did resolve it, it took approximately 45 minutes, which was quite frustrating after traveling with family. What concerned us more was that the very same room experienced A. second power outage the following night, again taking close to an hour to restore. We would strongly urge your engineering and maintenance team to investigate this properly, as A. recurring electrical issue in the same room is not something guests should experience, particularly at A. five-star property. We also noticed A. few housekeeping gaps during our stay — two of the towels provided were visibly worn and did not reflect your property's five-star standard. The in-room fridge was completely unstocked, and toothbrushes were missing from the amenity setup and had to be requested separately. We understand that your property has some age to it, and we appreciate that it is kept clean and tidy, but we do feel some of these finer details deserve closer attention. Food & Beverage Your breakfast offering was enjoyable and we had no complaints there — it was A. pleasant start to each morning. However, we must be candid about the dinner buffet, which was A. considerable disappointment. It was evident that your kitchen was not operating at full capacity during our visit, and we understand that lower occupancy periods can affect this. That said, the limited variety and lack of flavour in several dishes were not in line with what guests would expect from A. five-star buffet experience. We would encourage you to maintain consistent standards in your food offering regardless of occupancy levels, as dining is A. significant part of the overall guest experience. We also noticed that only one restaurant and the bar were operational during our stay — greater flexibility in dining options would have been appreciated. Pool The pool area was quite busy with families during our visit, and the pool bar was similarly occupied. Your team managed the situation reasonably, though the overall experience was good but felt A. little crowded. Checkout We genuinely appreciated that your team accommodated A. late checkout for us without any hesitation. It was A. thoughtful gesture that made our departure much smoother and left us on A. positive note. Overall You have A. property with A. truly excellent location, warm front-of-house staff, and rooms with spectacular views — and we do recognise and appreciate those strengths. However, the recurring power issue in the same room, the dinner buffet experience, and the minor housekeeping oversights are areas where we feel your team can and should do better. We share this feedback in good faith, and we sincerely hope it is taken constructively. With some focused attention on these operational areas, we believe Fairmont Ajman has the potential to deliver A. truly exceptional guest experience.

From my ressrvation through phone call till the stay it was very hard. I am booked delexue sea view room and i city view room, i am informed about this reception and the staff again given a room with a partial sea view room, once we entered to the room we are really exhausted. And again i went to the reception and one staff she helped me to get the best view room. That was the only nice thing which i got in the stay. The phone was not working in the room. There was no toiletries enough in the room , also we went to the pool, from that poolbar we faced a partiality. We want to order something but the staffs they are not considering us. I think there is 4 staffs at that time. There was a 5 local guys sitting and ordering , they are only considering them. That people sitting there from hours and hours ago. Coming to the breakfast, there is not enough items. Or dishes. This is not the first stay in fairmont ajman. Before also i got a bad experiance from here. But this place has a special attachment in my life. Thats why again and again i am choosing. But day bay day the service was getting worse
