Very nice hotel with private beach. Excellent rooms. Very polite service and we are happy to come back any time. Family friendly hotel, however also some quiet areas. Hotel took care of Covid-19 security but not all guests followed the requirements.

The property is very good, nice and clean rooms, good food, but at reception they don’t know anything about hospitality business, first they delayed the room, and then they were very rude. Above all, they damaged my two very expensive bags, and when I showed, they will investigate, and nothing happened. If you need place to sleep then this property is okay, but if you are looking for overall hospitality, I would not recommend, unless Fairmont change their front desk staff.

Room size is OK but cleaning could be better (I dropped something under the bed and I was surprised with the amount of trash and dust I could see there, obviously they are not vacuuming under the bed in between guest). The Turkish restaurant was good, but the Spectrum restaurant is far from being COVID compliant, its a buffet, overpacked in the evening with not enough distance between tables, people are still serving themselves as they are not enough staff attending the buffet

Satisfying staycation

The front agents at the counter to check-in were rude, it would be nice to have smiling faces at the reception. We were told the bouncing water slides will be available which were not. Had requested for late checkout and was given only until 1pm. The buffet breakfast was sooo crowded with no covid distance maintained.

Extremely disappointing, humiliating and insulting. Never had such an experience. Will escalate to ACCOR head office soon. This was last visit to this property. Advised family friends and colleagues to stay away. Seems Sales team of Fairmomt has been given a mandate to demean and ridicule guest if the query is routed though them. Big 0 coordination between sales team and the property. Will escalate to Sebastien Bazin soon.

Overall the hotel is great, Beach and pool really nice. F&B and front office service a bit unhelpful. asked 3 times for a baby cot and then got one with a blanket with a stain. Pool towel guys friendly.

I have stayed at this resort over 10 times, if not more but on this occasion I was extremely saddened by the check in process. I had booked 3 sea view rooms, for 2 nights, upon arrival at 15:30 (check in time being 15:00) I was kept at the reception desk for the longest check in I’ve experienced (I travel for business constantly) after 20mins I was told only 1 room was available and when I was asking questions of when the other 2 rooms were going to be available as this was unacceptable, I kept receiving different answers. I have bought every visitor, every family member who has visited the uae to this hotel from when your doors opened. I’m very sad at how the situation was handled - I asked to speak to a manager who never turned up and eventually after waiting for 40mins was provided with rooms

My earlier stay at the Fairmont Ajman between 07-10 November 2020 (Booking Ref 31…) was excellent and I said so in the survey. I decided to treat this time and sad to say was NOT as enjoyable. The problem was the room felt very cold especially at night. The Engineer promptly responded each of the four (4) times I rang “Royal Service” The AC was off at all times but hard as he tried he couldn’t shut off the external air coming thru the ducts. No blanket or heater was available so ended up giving an additional duvet which did not make too much of a difference. As a result it was an uncomfortable stay as compared to the earlier one.

Timeless elegance on a relaxing setting on the beach. The view facing the sea from the balcony was gorgeous. Loved having a roomy balcony. room was very large and bed was super comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner and both had a great selection and was very tasty. The staff were very professional courteous and attentive. Fairmont keep up the good job. My friends and I had a lovely staycation

I had booked two rooms on 10th dec 2020 - room 911, 914, however I had to check out, as my father was not feel well around 11pm. So could not enjoy the stay.

It was a nice break at Ajman Fairmount I like everything in hotel. My reservation was included half board but I didn't know its 100/- per person and it was menu selection rather than open buffet I would recommend if hotel arrange for some activities in swimming pool area like music or some kids activities which will have greatenviroments for family ( I have seen it in other country but not in UAE) and I would love to see it here

I had booked this stay for my husband’s birthday and we wanted the whole experience to be flawless and seamless. I had first made the booking through booking.com however, decided to book it directly because I wanted to go for the half board package. This was what was communicated to us on email: For dinner, you can opt to dine in one of our outlets both on Set menu, Gioia restaurant serving Italian cuisine OR Kiyi restaurant serving Turkish cuisine. I think the person who sent us this email does not understand or maybe your entire team doesn’t understand what set menu means. In restaurant terminology a set menu where multi-course meals with only a few choices are charged at a fixed total price. Such a menu may be called prix fixe ("fixed price"). The terms set meal and set menu are also used. However, upon reaching the hotel we were told we wil be given 100 Aed prepaid credit that we can avail at these two restaurant after ordering from the manu. What we were looking forward to was a three course or 5 course meal which was preselected and no transactions would take place further. Upon raising a concern with your reservation staff, we were met with very stern and impolite responses and no understanding of what a set menu is. Also, after this discussion, I was enquiring about one more service which your team offers is that you can get a personalised message written on the sand, free of cost as confirmed to us by your social media team. After raising a concern about the set menu, I was misinformed that this service is paid so if I’m really interested in it. Extremely condescending tone was what I was met with because I raised a concern about unfair terms and communication. We decided to eat the buffet dinner and were happy with the service. This stay however left a lil sour taste for us. Thanks

I had booked "Deluxe king room with sea view" for 2 adults and daughter (5 yo). It was very comfortable room with stunning views. The breakfast buffet at Spectrum and dinner in the Italian restaurant at Gioia were exquisite. The hotel observed all precautions related to COVID-19.
