Overall we had a nice time. Good location. Can walk to many places if you can handle the heat. Pool and beach on property and very nice. Daily breakfast was on point. Hotel was extremely clean and staff was helpful and friendly. No issues with over crowding or elevator problems. Nice restaurants on site but quite expensive.
One negative note: the room we had was extremely dark. No lighting over or near the desk area or television. This made reading and studying more difficult especially when you are older and have eye problems. It was well lit in the areas by the sink, shower, tub and toilet. When asked about getting a lamp or any type of extra lighting, we were told they don’t provide for that.

Wide rooms. Big high king size bed.
Warm sea, big pool. Many activities like aqua aerobics, volleyball.
Sunset yoga is beyond all praise!

There are always fish on breakfast. Salmon or mackerel.
I don’t eat mackerel, so I asked stuff and we given a big plate of salmon 🤩 Thank you very much! The best salmon I’ve ever eaten!

We checked in where the reception staff, especially Sabrina, were really great and helpful. Unfortunately the room that was allocated was not fit for purpose - no water, dirty furniture, broken taps and hairdryer, nothing good. Complained to reception and manager with a long list of items that needed to be sorted out in the room. We were then shown two different rooms that had the same problems. Next day we were upgraded to a suite which was really nice - water worked! Hairdryer worked! Taps worked! Only issue was the overall condition, not quite clean and the front entry door was broken suggesting someone tried to break into it! The facilities including swimming pool, beach, Spa and Wifi were excellent. Breakfast was really good with great helpful staff. Check-out was a bit slow but good. Overall was a good stay but the hotel really needs a major maintenance overhaul in the rooms, which does not leave a good impression.

My sisters thoroughly enjoyed taking part in AQUA GYM with Beebo and Mazen every day for 12 days. They were both wonderful, energetic, and friendly, making every session fun and enjoyable.
The entire hotel team was exceptional. Every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with A.. smile. They made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay, creating A.. warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
My little one was always excited whenever Miss April called her. April was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, which made A.. real difference to our holiday experience.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for my little one to walk around and play safely.
The hotel environment was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The gardens, pools, and communal areas were spotless and relaxing, creating the perfect setting for A.. family holiday. The positive atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent facilities made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily return again.

Brilliant hotel and the staff were amazing.I had a bad fall outside the hotel and the staff were absolutely magnificent in helping me with my injuries and bandaging my wounds before I got checked out at the hospital.I couldn't ask for more as they bought Champagne,flowers,fruit bowl and chocolate strawberries over several days.Kept asking me if I need extra help and even the hotel manager Mr Osama asked if anything you need let me know.

We understand your disappointment regarding the limited variety and repetition of the buffet, as well as the need to request certain items rather than having a wider selection readily available. Your suggestions regarding greater choice, vegan and gluten-free options, and more readily available children’s favourites such as French fries and pizza have been noted and shared with our Food & Beverage team for review.
We also regret that the Sports Bar did not provide the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere you were looking for, particularly regarding the noise, smoke and availability of seating. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team for consideration.
