Just returned from the Fairmont Ajman, thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. A huge shout out to ALL the staff who made our first ever visit to the UAE a wonderful experience. Complimentary room upgrade, along with birthday cake made this special trip amazing. The hotel is beautiful and exquisite, the staff compliment each part of this hotel to a high standard,nothing was too much trouble. Wish we could of stayed longer, would definitely recommend, we couldn't fault it in any way.

The hotel is spotless and stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food cannot be faulted. However I don’t think it can really sell itself as an all-inclusive as you are limited to where you can take your drinks package and as previous people have written the soft drinks are kept on the counter so when serve they are very warm and flat. The xolo looks a lovely lounge however drinks not available on the all-inclusive package. It always seemed empty for this reason. Also some of the decking area by the poolneeds attention as there are bits lifting and damaged.

It was our greatest delight to host our End of Year Annual Gathering at Fairmont Ajman this year. Jito and Iman were top notch in terms of providing us excellent service, round the clock assistance in making our event a memorable one. The buffet food was amazing.. good spread. The Pearl Garden ambience is always welcoming and filled with positive vibes. Thank you for everything.

Unhappy with the room

We were there for a wedding, we paid same as everyone else and they put us in the worst room. The room was designed for disabled people so the bathroom was essentially a wet room, there was a smell of damp that covered the whole room. They were fully booked so couldn’t upgrade us and I can’t help but feel we were downgraded and this wasn’t the original room we were meant to have. No compensation was received but the second night at least we got an upgrade to a nicer room, it’s a shame we had to worry about that whilst getting ready for the wedding. I was the brides sister and needed to do so much that day to help out, would have helped to not have to worry about this.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel, thanks to Mr. Yassin, who provided exceptional support and made my visit truly unforgettable. The breakfast and dinner were good overall but could be improved by offering better combinations, such as sambhar with masala dosa or paratha with potato curry. Thank you for making my vacation so memorable! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—200%!
