Lovely hotel but very disappointed with the lack of restaurant choices. The Sports Bar was not open and had been amalgamated with the Turkish restaurant which made that unsuitable. The only other option was the buffet restaurant, we don’t do buffet restaurants.

The hotel is very elegant, and the reception was good, especially Mr. Khaled, the assistant manager, was very respectful, and his reception for us was professional. He and all the staff deserve all thanks and appreciation. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful and spacious and have a wonderful view.

All inclusive is the worst experience ever! The property is great however the all inclusive cheap food, beverage and overall experience was horrible. Entertainment offered was also of low class not appropriate for such star rating. Staff are corrupted and would ask you for a tip to exclude items from your bill.

The staff extremely nice , all of smiles always , we feel really that we are wellcome, only short note i need to add , food not that much , we was expecting same quality in abdudhabi branch but unfortunately it wasnt , at least coffee should be ready always not to wait 10 min to be ready , special thanks to Mr. Islam & Miss Rasha in the reception, they go extra miles for us . The hotel property is good but but every thing in this hotel is below average. The breakfast selection and quality of food is terrible. The bed is too high and not comfy at all. I called the reception to remove the baby cot and that was at night I found somebody directly accessing the room and my wife was changing her clothes . Can you imagine how bad is the staff. No training at all. Second incident I requested for 2 extra blankets and I received 2 dirty blankets one of them had recent coffee stain. The pool had cloudy water which is for sure poor job from the maintenance team seems to have clogged filters. Last time to visit this hotel. Actually I changed my booking from 5 nights to 2 and I moved to Ajman Saray which is managed by Marriott. As they understand what hospitality is. Shame on you

Hi For the attention of Senior Management at Fairmont Ajman and also Mr Kosta Kourotsidis. I am writing this email because I had one of the worst stays ever at a 5 star luxury resort. I am an Accor Gold member and i stayed at Ajman Fairmont for 2 nights starting 1 May 2022 in room 802. i have to say that i experienced one of the worst quality, service and cleanliness during my stay. Issues experienced, along with some photos have been attached. 1. mould on walls 2. flies and mosquitoes in the room 3. cobweb on cieling 4. dust everywhere as not cleaned 5. two double beds - but were not double in size 6. bathroom - water did not drain through and overflowed back into the room, flooding the floor. Everyday 7. Newspaper even though requested was not available 8. requested for late checkout but was unavailable, no room upgrade - was told i had early check-in, well that was only because they had a room ready - did not request for that 9. Rooms were dated and not what i would have expected from a 5 star resort 10. light switches were not working well 11. Breakfast - went to breakfast at 7:20am and all the items were not available, and when asked for the manager the waiting staff did not send anyone. Also only one person on egg station resulting in a 10 minute wait for eggs orders 12. level of quality and service not matching up to other fairmont resorts or 5 star hotels - across hotel and pool bar 13. poolside beds, paid AED 150, which comes with fresh juices or cans of soft drinks, but fresh juice not available - im told cant source had to talk to a manager get fresh juices. He said yes and still brought juices which were just out of boxes. No point advertising stuff if you are not offering it. 14. salt and sea, non of the smoothies(non-alcoholic) were available and being a person who doesnt drink alcohol that was annoying - seemed like nothing was available 15. I left my room on the second at 7:15am to return at 2:30pm yet my room had not had aturnover service and at which point I called. My wife had left the room by 3pm and she had to call again. room was only maid after 3pm 16. on the morning of 3rd, i asked at breakfast for indian/karak tea, but was told look how busy we are we cant do it - if you are so busy and cant wait on the customers staying then either hire more staff or cut down occupancy. 17. Also pool was filthy, just leaning against the pool walls resulted in my whole t shirt being spoiled - luckily i was wearing a tshirt and it did not impact my skin 18. Not to mention that a fresh scratch and dent had been put onto my car while under the purview of the valets. but have to say that the the good thing about the resort 19. Italian restaurant, Staff were amazing and so was service and great food Honestly, after the above, i would have to rethink about visiting any fairmont resort and I definitely would not be recommending my family, friends and colleagues to stay at Fairmont Ajman. In fact one set if friends we bumpd into also mentioned that the quality of service had significantly declined compared to the last time they were there - please dont use Eid as an excuse. I truly had an urge to post this review on social media, but thought of first giving you an opportunity to rectify. I look forward to your response and how you intend to compensate me and make good for the poor standards that I suffered.

Your bkfst. was sub par - poor service, coffee from cafeteria style automatic machines, food was often cold and incorrectly made eggs - hard versus requested soft yoke, still serving salt and pepper from small paper servings versus shakers. Gluten free breads are not fresh as coming from outside suppliers in plastic bags - stale once again. We chose your hotel as it claimed gluten free food. Your food and service inside hotel is 3 stars. The pool area had very nice staff and beach was excellent.

Room was nice. I like the separation of the dressing room with the rest. Fantastic sea view. I will suggest adding more operators on the phone as it takes forever to reach one. Also, service a bit slow. Don’t expect late checkouts as they will give you a cold shoulder

Super stay and hospitality with great weather & beach

By far the best beach I have visited in the UAE. Soft, silky and devoid of any rocks / stones. Also the weather was fantastic. Hassan from front desk was there at check-in and checkout and he was most hospitable and welcoming. Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and went out of their way to make things comfortable for us. The room was spacious and roomy with a super terrace with a spectacular view. Breakfast was a great spread. Kiondo, Chatty, Arman, Janet and many others took great care of us. At the beach / pool, Omar, Sylvester, Elvis were also very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time at Fairmont Ajman and hope to visit again soon.

Very nice hotel with private beach. Excellent rooms. Very polite service and we are happy to come back any time. Family friendly hotel, however also some quiet areas. Hotel took care of Covid-19 security but not all guests followed the requirements.

Worst front desk staff every

The property is very good, nice and clean rooms, good food, but at reception they don’t know anything about hospitality business, first they delayed the room, and then they were very rude. Above all, they damaged my two very expensive bags, and when I showed, they will investigate, and nothing happened. If you need place to sleep then this property is okay, but if you are looking for overall hospitality, I would not recommend, unless Fairmont change their front desk staff.

Decent hotel but not really Covid compliant

Room size is OK but cleaning could be better (I dropped something under the bed and I was surprised with the amount of trash and dust I could see there, obviously they are not vacuuming under the bed in between guest). The Turkish restaurant was good, but the Spectrum restaurant is far from being COVID compliant, its a buffet, overpacked in the evening with not enough distance between tables, people are still serving themselves as they are not enough staff attending the buffet
