Having been here since the 16th February all staff have been very supportive/ helpful throughout this very unsettling experience but one member of staff Urbana Zhumabayeva has gone up and beyond her duties in keeping us in the loop .

The food is excellent, the restaurant staff is kind, nice beach, but the reception is a poorly managed. Each day we had to validate our access cards 3-5 times, every time waiting for the registration 5-20 minutes. It is complety unreasonable.

We stayed at this hotel when Iran invaded several countries in the Middle East. As the Swedish government did not do much to help us return home, the hotel was extremely flexible in extending our stay and ensuring we felt safe. The staff did everything they could to make a very difficult situation as manageable and comfortable as possible. Aside from that, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally professional and provide excellent service.
