I'm torn writing this review because Fairmont Ajman has been our go-to spot for years, and we've had amazing experiences. We visited thrice before and loved every bit of it, which is why we kept coming back. However, our recent Eid stay was a major letdown. Two major issues soured our experience: - No hot water in the shower for 2 days - unthinkable for a 5-star! - Abysmal service. Calls to reception went unanswered, requests were ignored. Not what we expect from a luxury hotel, especially one we’ve loved. Sad to say, this visit didn't meet our high standards. Hoping to see improvements soon, as we're eager to revisit and relive the good old days 😊

The staff were very friendly and nice but the hotel facilities are poor, room not very clean. The breakfast was chaos, people queued for more than half an hour to be seated, the resturant was crowded and staff were running like headless chicken, not enough tables to accommodate the number of guests. The kids club is small and outdated. Services should be of a better standard in such a hotel
