The pool was great although it could have been cleaned better and I would prefer swimming hours to be longer the breakfast was average but you can consider some dishes undercooked and more outside chairs should be added as many of us wanted to sit and eat after swimming , the staff were overall very friendly but the design of the room at 1128 was interesting as it was having an open bathroom but the overall experience was to remember with the view and designs being made right outside our balcony.

WOW!!! ALHAMDULILLAH! We had an out of the world experience, thanks to the reception Manager and Ms. Uldana who understood are prupose of visit and helped to fulfill it in every way. She was very polite and experienced. Both are families enjoyed the awesome hotel a lot. It was truly a luxury 5 star experience in all aspects.

When I woke up, I noticed that my legs were very itchy, which I believe may have been caused by something in the bed. This made me quite uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding.

We picked up the all inclusive package while booking, but the experience was very low key, the all inclusive was very limited to food n drinks. Due to current situation buffet was closed. But the chef, service staff gave it their best to manage the unexpected surge. Good team work.
