Not Pullman’s Experience..

Booking process a bit frustated, as heartist i have sent request for heartist’s rate which no respond. As i love pullman’s brand so i still try to book through app. I have sent 3 emails Ha… which from email button accor confirmation bounce back. I even copy to email in brand web which no respond at all. Check in was so smooth Nazeem at front desk, was so polite n efficient..He was an asset for company. Thank you Nazeem.. We got upgrade to 1601 when we enter our room it was bad smeell, we call front desk to move us We got other room 1801. I choose Pullman as this to celebrate my bday.. its should be relaxing weekend while 08:00 they start constraction.. which audible from room. Team should at least let us know in advance or project at least start bit later.. bathmat n hand towel was old n not clean.. Overall It’s not Pullman’ s Experience.
