Excellent staff Room is not upgraded , no any benefits from gold member . Price is extremely high about 3 times than normal !!!!!!!!!😒😒😒

The staff at this hotel is what makes it, everyone from reception to dining to lifeguards by pool, so friendly and welcoming. Can't fault the staff during my stay. Location is right near a train stop and a supermarket which is very convenient. Room was great and big (one bedroom) small point only was slight smell under kitchen sink but didn't overpower room only when I opened the door to put in rubbish. Also maybe some additional lounge chairs up in the pool area.

Here’s my feedback following our stay at the hotel: 1. The rooms felt quite small. 2. The ambiance lacked a cozy feel and wasn’t very inviting. 3. After checkout, I had a glass of water from the buffet area (which was not yet being served) and was promptly informed by the gentleman on duty that it was reserved for buffet guests. Apologies if I misunderstood, but it was just a glass of water. 4. There were no milk sachets provided in the room. 5. The staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming. Although we initially booked a four-night stay, we decided to leave after just one night.

Chose this hotel for its proximity to Naïf and not too far off the airport. The train station is also just a few minutes walk. Service was great, from check-in to check-out. Will definitely consider it for my next stay. It would have been a 10 if a proper drop off/pick up point for cars/hailing services was constructed.
