We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Dubai Deira for four nights in a 2BHK apartment. --------------- Pros: The apartment itself was genuinely good. It was very spacious, comfortable, and felt like a proper serviced apartment rather than a typical hotel room. The property overall looks nice and well maintained. Some of the staff members were polite and friendly as well. The location is one of the biggest positives. It is just a two minute walk from the Gold Souq metro station, bus stops, and multiple supermarkets, which makes getting around very easy. Daily essentials are available right outside the hotel. However, the actual Gold Souq and Perfume Souq are about a twenty minute walk away, so they are not as close as one might expect. --------------- Cons: Where the experience did not go well was the service and overall management. Several basic items were missing and almost every small request required multiple follow ups. There was no kitchen strainer in the apartment and after calling a few times, it was delivered almost forty five minutes later. There was also no hair dryer. I had to call multiple times for that as well and eventually had to go to the reception to explain that repeated follow ups were needed even for basic things. At one point I realised the body wash was completely empty only after I had already stepped into the shower. When I reported this, the response was confusing and did not really resolve the issue promptly. Our luggage delivery to the apartment took around fifty minutes, and when I followed up, I was told that the previous staff had left and there was no clarity on the request, which was quite surprising. The kitchen setup was another letdown. There was no dishwashing liquid, no capsules, and no sponge provided. When I asked whether guests were expected to bring their own cleaning supplies, I was told YES. I ended up buying them from a nearby store, and later the hotel provided the same items anyway, which made the entire discussion feel unnecessary. This was honestly the first time I experienced so many basic essentials missing in a serviced apartment. Overall, the apartments are good and spacious and the location is excellent, but slow service and weak management significantly impact the experience.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it came with a sofa bed. Very good size apartment to fit 2 adults and 3 children. Housekeeping was good and room came with all the necessary amenities. Appreciate that the hotel was very accommodating to our requests. Location is perfect, beside Gold Souq metro station. Although, it's in the old Dubai but the hotel itself is situated away from the crowded areas of old Dubai. Just a short metro ride to downtown Dubai. Really loved this place and definitely will come back to stay here again when we are back in Dubai.

The expereience overall was ok. The checkin wasn't so great and I ended up waiting over 15 mins to be served. This was a disappointing first start and lowered my expectations for the rest of the trip. The room was great, very comfortable, but no creamer along with the tea?!?!
