Overall room facilities front desk staff very good but @ restaurant food offered during bfast i ordered set of english bfast turn out not impress bcoz d egg cooked too well done fried sausages was not piping hot ( a la carte svc). Not so happy with it.other than that no complaint!

My family and I had a wonderful Eid break at ApartHotel Adagio Dubai Deira. It was home away from home where the friendly staff went extra mile to ensure you will have an unforgettable stay. Accessibility to the metro station is another plus factor! Special mention to the Front Office and Housekeeping team: Priyanka, Ayoub, Santoosh, Raissa and Sharmaine for their assistance. I would like to highlight the amazing staff at the World Of Curries : Sayeed, Chef Tazuddin, Hellen, Ven and Razieh. It was the 3rd time my family dined at World of Curries and they surprised us with a chocolate-rich molten lava! The Chicken Biryani (which we love) and their specials: Chicken 65, and Crab Curry are a must-try!

We stayed for overnight with group of friends. The place is easy to locate. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen has complete utensils. They even approved our request for late checkout

Firstly the hotel environment and hygiene point of view is very safe. Location of hotel is Dubai Deira which is very convenient. Hotel is just like home feel and very comfortable. From front office Zoya and Albert very supportive. From Housekeeping Neeta, Justin, Devi, Gajendra, Shekhar are very helpful, they always doing a cleaning of room very net and clean. From Security they are very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Hotel is good but you must improve your restaurant services because it took your kitchen over 40mins to serve us just fried eggs for breakfast and some guests left restaurant unhappy because of delay of breakfast. M.O.D Shakti is not helping staff at restaurant which was bad for manager to just be looking without giving support when staff are short and his part of duty is to make sure guest are happy but he did nothing than looking at guest. If am going to rate him as manager i will give him worst manager i ever met

Dear Mr. Solomon, first of all I would like to commend Sabry and Albert for the good accommodation they game me during my stay. I usually stay in Pullman City Center and in Movenpick JBR but it becomes a part of me to to book and try whenever Accor has a new hotel opening, as a form of my support. I was just dismayed on the lack of empathy of some of the staff whom I reach out for small help as I have a slight headache and my brother who accompanied me in this trip will arrive during dinner. I did my vaccination last night and unfortunately, I experience some heaviness in my left arm that cause some headache. I was on the bed whole day to pass the heaviness and headache. I got hungry and decided to take have a room service. I ordered something small while waiting for my brother to join me for dinner. 1.The lady who attended my call for room service said they can't serve the sandwich and Chaa tea I ordered and ask me if I can go down. I explained that I am not feeling well but OK, I will try to ask for a paracetamol in the reception so I can go down. 2. I called the reception to ask if they can help me get one paracetamol so I can go in the restaurant and eat. She said it is not possible and check in the room service what I ordered and told me it is not possible to have it as a room service and I need to scan the menu in the room (which obviously I didn't know that the menus are different --I looked at the stored menu in my phone because my headache is terrible) but she is kind enough to let me know that she can call a doctor --- I said I dont need because this is a simple headache and I just want to pass the headache soon so I can go down and eat the snacks in the restaurant. My request is a simple paracetamol -- this is not something that needs prescription. It is like a band-aid that any office should store in their First Aid cabinet. They can also charged it to my room if it's not free or at least offer a help to help me buy it. I don't like this review to be public and it is not my intention to issue them a memorandum but I would like to request you to review the process of attending to your future guests who might need a simple help. All in all, my Adagio experience was nice even if it is not as convenient as Pullman and Movenpick. I don't have regret staying here. But I really feel that your staff assigned on Saturday, around 3PM was not trained well about client empathy. I felt that they gave me unfair treatment and made me feel that I am not safe here if something happened to me because they will rather call a doctor, wait for at least 30 minutes than giving me initial help.

She arrived to a nice, quiet, and peaceful lobby. She had a hard time finding the entrance to the place because of the construction. Once she found her way to the entrance, she was fine. She was greeted, had a nice conversation with the reception staff, given her keys, and went to her apartment. She was given an upgrade even though it's not apart of their protocol. I think that's what she was told. We were both surprised by this because as a platinum member this is one of the many benefits. She appreciated the fruit and the late checkout. She really enjoyed her apartment. There was just one misunderstanding. Right before her online talk about COVID-19, she ordered breakfast. This was Sunday morning. The buttermilk pancakes didn't look like or taste like buttermilk pancakes. She took one bit, set it aside and began her talk online. It was a full day for her. She had to teach class, advise Ph.D students and see clients. When she had a free minute to called reception and made them aware of pancakes. She was hungry. She wanted to order something, but she only wanted to pay the difference. The pancakes were 20 AED, she only wanted to pay 25 AED for the dish she wanted to order. The manger of the kitchen didn't understand. He didn't understand why she didn't call back immediately after she received the pancakes. She couldn't. She was busy. Anyway, Dr. B. told him it was ok. She thanked him and got ready for her staff meeting. We were in our meeting when we heard her phone ring. Someone from reception called her and asked her for her order and she only pay 22 AED for her dish. This is what she wanted. Her father and older brothers are chef's. Pancakes are her favorite things to eat. During her online talk, everyone could see her pancakes. We didn't know they were pancakes. We thought it was sweet water bread for the southern part of America. Everyone in this online talk was confused because we know she doesn't like sweet water bread. It makes her sick to her stomach. The best part of her stay was the conversation she had with the young lady who checked her in, her apartment upgrade. The view from her apartment. The carrot cake. Her mother is a pastry chef, so it must've been really good carrot cake and having something to eat after the misunderstanding. When you get time, please tell me what you told Dr. B. about your room upgrade protocol. Or you don't do upgrades? I want to understand because every hotel apart of the Accor franchise gives their platinum members free upgrades. I just need to understand your hotel room upgrade policy.

Overall experience was great except for the time during checkout. The supervisor who was checking us out behind the front desk was rude. He made it a point to say I am a SUPERVISOR. I responded SO and that is supposed to mean something to me. We had a 4 hour drive home and we were fasting he made us wait for someone to go and check that we did not steal any of the plates or utensils or the towels. I told him give my 200 deposit if you find anything missing even if it is a piece of paper or sticker on something you have my CC on file charge my card. I was willing to write a statement saying that. He turns around and tells I am a SUPERVISOR and we have to check the room. So in other words he is telling you might be a THEIF I don’t know. I am pretty well off I don’t need to steal anything from anyone. Thank you not sure if I will be staying their again. BY THE WAY AT ANY POINT IN TIME YOU ALWAYS HAVE A NICER WAY OF SAYING THINGS IF YOU CHOOSE.
