Still feels fresh and new . Very conveniently located near the metro station , shops and all restaurants . However , as a repeat customer , I would say there are a few things needed to be improved in order to stay competitive . 1.) Staff needs to be much more friendly and accomodating . 2.) Concierge has only one person moving around handling luggage for a such a busy property . He is very helpful , however , please improve concierge services . 3.) Staff courteousness and helpfulness should also be improved as the concierge is understaffed , they wouldn’t even take a Careem delivery or send the delivery rider to your room . At Marriot on this same trip they did allow and help guests 4.) A/C controls do not work . Either it’s extremely cold or extremely warm when you switch it off . Technicians from Enova came twice and could not do anything . Overall I would say , this property is very convenient and comfortable provided they improve all the above . Also the are still fresh and not run down after all these years . However , in star class hospitality , customer care is important and there is no need for staff to be rigid for everything . I would like to mention Abey at security and the one and only Concierge guy who were very helpful .

We enjoyed the location very much. It was close to amenities but with a bit of space away from crowds. The house keeping was excellent.
