I had many trips to UAE, but this time we traveled to Dubai with my family and we chose this hotel because we needed a suite. I was very happy with my choice. All facilities were excellent. The rooms are clean. Excellent staff behavior. All the furniture in the room was neatly and cleanly arranged. The location of the hotel was very good, near the market and subway, and all the facilities of the supermarket and pharmacy were nearby. At the same time, on my mother's birthday, they brought us a cake and made us happy. I think it is one of the best options for those who want to stay with their family for a few days

First of all to mention, this is not our first visit to Dubai. We stayed in many hotels but this one was the worst in terms of cleanliness and service. We were at 211. Room was dirty (especially, carpets, sofa and chairs need a new cover. Cooker was not working. We didint even get hand towels till We ask. We didnt provided tissue boxes even we asked. The breakfast was terrible. Service was so slow. We were said the breakfast starts at 6.30 am, till 8.30 there was nothing to be served on the buffet. Variety of buffet is very poor. There were insects on the arabic bread & buffet. Entrance of the hotel is not clear for first timers with a car. Sorry but this was far below than any other hotels in Dubai.
