Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as expected. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, and the toilet was not properly clean. The carpet also looked dirty and would benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. There was also quite a lot of traffic noise, which affected the overall comfort, especially at night. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly, and I appreciate their assistance during my stay. I would recommend that the management consider refurbishing the hotel and carrying out a proper deep cleaning, especially of the carpets, toilets, and common areas. Regular maintenance and upkeep would significantly improve the overall guest experience. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and works on improving the hotel, as the helpful staff are definitely an asset.

I stayed here for 5 nights last month in the one bedroom apartment which is spacious with a bedroom a separate living room with a dining table and kitchenette equipped with all appliances. There is a balcony attached to the living room with views of the creek and frequent flights take offs from DXB. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle. The bedroom has complete privacy from the living room and bathroom is accessible from both areas. There are 2 smart TV’s. The apartment is very convenient and 4 pax can comfortably stay as there is sofa bed in the living area. The hotel is well located in the Dubai Gold District with the Gold Souq metro just steps away. The area is very clean and nice for walking. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by. The swimming pool is really nice and has some amazing views of the skyline and the flight take offs from DXB. It’s the perfect place for Plane Spotting. The service is also very good at the hotel. The front desk staff Mr Ayoub was very helpful in loading and unloading our bags. I highly recommend this hotel apartment.

Changed rooms dye to problems. .Great room No 2. Fantastic bed ..management just needs to improve cleaning standards in hallways and rooms as well as oom maintenance.,which I spoke to them about. As a repeated guest, I'm happy to say this stay was much better than my last one. It was a really enjoyable experience. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible team. Sanjeev, Hamas, and Anno from F&B were friendly, attentive, and made every dining experience enjoyable. Shiva from Housekeeping did a fantastic job.
