I am a loyal member of Accor and always try to look for accor group hotels wherever I go. This time the services were worst. The room was good as per description but as soon I entered the issue started to pop up. Firstly the soap dispenser in all the washrooms were not working. The water dispenser was not working which should be the basic check before giving the room. It took 2 hours to fix that. I called and even went to reception to ask to get me some water till it is fixed, nobody responded for an hour after multiple calls. Finally I asked for the manager and then he asked me that he will fix everything as we were going out. Not satisfied with the stay this time.

I have always loved the location of this hotel, and as an ALL Platinum member, I generally prefer to stay at Accor properties whenever possible. I have stayed at this hotel before, but unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. As a loyal Platinum member, I expected at least some recognition or appreciation for my loyalty. Unfortunately, there was no greeting, acknowledgment, or anything that made me feel valued as a Platinum guest. The most concerning issue was the overall cleanliness and smell throughout the property. The lobby, pool area, and bathrooms had a strong sewage smell, which was extremely unpleasant. The hallways were also dirty, with visible stains and dirt. The housekeeping service was particularly disappointing. The room was not cleaned until after 6:00 PM, and when I raised the issue, the staff responded with an attitude rather than trying to resolve the problem. On Day 3, I was told that I had requested not to have housekeeping service, which was simply not true. When I explained this to the housekeeping staff, their response was dismissive, including rolling their eyes at me. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I did raise my concerns with reception, and the manager was apologetic, which I appreciated. However, the housekeeping manager never approached me, apologized, or addressed the behavior of the staff. That was particularly disappointing given the seriousness of the situation. It is unfortunate because the rooms themselves are nice and, in my opinion, among my favorites in the area. The location is also excellent. However, the level of service and housekeeping during this stay was far below what I expect from an Accor property, especially as a loyal Platinum member. Until these issues are properly addressed, I will not be returning to this location. One additional suggestion: the pool hours should be extended until at least 9:00 PM. The evenings are often the best time to relax by the pool, particularly for business travelers who are working during the day. Allowing guests to enjoy the pool later in the evening would significantly improve the experience.
