Generalising, the public visiting this hotel doesn’t contribute to a pleasant ambiance, they were a bit uncivilised. In the room, cleaning could be better, particularly of kitchen area and toilet (which smelled). Kitchen area requires maintenance or renovation. There should be Opening/Closing instructions on how to use the access window to the terrace. Location is good and safe, but unfortunately reliance on public transport cannot be considered.
