I booked the room with creek view and breakfast included for Eid, both at extra cost, only to find that the creek view was barely visible across a large road and bridge. Same with breakfast; paid extra for a subpar selection, with a fruit fly landing on the table plants and a fly on the croissants. The first night the lobby had a really bad smell that we had to hold our breath and rush through, luckily it was gone the next morning. Later that night, the elevator floor was wet I guess from the pool, and it wasn't cleaned up despite multiple trips and guests had to keep stepping around the puddles. Then checkout time came and I called for the trolley twice, waited an hour in the room, and then gave up and took our stuff down to the car ourselves in two trips. Then I found the luggage trolley sitting abandoned outside the elevator of the parking lot. I usually dont post negative reviews because I know hotels can't be perfect, but with this it was one bad thing after the other and overall a disappointing experience after paying extra for what was meant to be the "better" experience. Really nice front desk staff who were helpful and made the stay a bit better, and the room was actually decent, but if I absolutely had to stay again, I'd pick the base option with no breakfast and manage my expectations better. As a loyal accor member this was definitely not the best stay.

I had a bad experience during my stay, mainly because of the poor customer service both during check‑in and check‑out. Our check‑in time was supposed to be 2:00 PM, and we even arrived earlier than that. The receptionist took our IDs and payment, then told us to sit and wait because the room was “not ready yet.” We ended up waiting more than an hour, constantly following up because no one was updating us. One staff member told us, “Just 5 minutes,” but 30 minutes passed and he never came back. He was just standing around attending to other guests while the lobby became chaotic with many people waiting for rooms. The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Even during check‑out, the experience was the same. Despite taking a deposit, they still made us wait again because they needed to “check the room” before returning our money. This added unnecessary delay, especially when we were already prepared to leave. The hotel itself is good, but the service and management really need improvement. Guests deserve better communication, faster processing, and more respect for their time.

Fantastic stay, house keeping was available any time very helpful , reception service was also very kind Just on our checkout we faced a problem we were not provided help with our luggage, it was Abit upsetting as early morning we have to go flight plus we were 4 children had to go up and down with the hotel trolley, I would advice to add bellboy service for helping customer with luggage while checking out, especially when there r children.
