The shampoo pump was not functioning properly. It would be great to have a sauna or steam facility in the recreation area. The pool attendant did not allow us to open the umbrella, so a fixed shaded area or shed for the pool beds would be helpful. Additionally, having a cafeteria near the pool with an alcohol license would enhance the overall experience. Housekeeping also refused to clean the toilet and kitchen on the second day of our stay, which was disappointing. Apart from these points, all other facilities were good.

Great room, love the mini kitchen, it allows me to make coffee or eat simple food when I want to stay in. Also love the balcony, great for chilling in the evening. Always a calm chilled vibe.
