It seems a problem in management nothing is as it should be, the whole staff was confused about all questions, nothing on time and service is poor breakfast is poor, it cant be compared to any five star hotel

Everything was perfect apart from House keeping but the rest was good

Everything was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the facilities were great. However, the only issue was the dinner buffet. Most of the food options were Indian dishes with strong spices, and there were very limited alternatives. Unfortunately, my children could not find anything suitable to eat, and I had to purchase additional food for them at an extra cost. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we appreciate the hospitality and excellent service provided by the team. Thank you.
