A couple of times I was unable to use the valet service for my car because there were nobody to take the car. Breakfast buffet could be more european I could not find anything for myself.

I have been staying at Swissotel Al Ghurair in Dubai for many years. The location in Deira is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful in the entire hotel. Rooms are large and kept in excellent condtion. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and the stsff very attentive.

I'm a regular visitor of the Swissotel. Every month I'm one week in the hotel. Biggest advantage is the location next to the AG HQ. You may expect a level of rewarding such loyalty. Hi I have very bad experience with Swiss hotel I book 2 rooms and I check in both rooms on 28th bcuz both rooms on my name and my family come on 1st October and when we check in 2nd room there is some one already in that room And it’s very embarrassing for me and my family they are tired from the trip and this issue Happen same time I notify front desk team but they not taking this thing seriously and give me another attached rooms after 1 hour I really fell so disappointed with this hotel if I entered in this room before any day I have keys of this room from 28th September with me it’s become big issue if they other guest staying there Even I asked manager he is never come back with any explanation and apologies I will Never ever stay In this hotel again and recommend my other friends and family to don’t stay there Very very bad experience and bad front desk staff

I been staying here many times the stuff is amazing. This time I stayed for few days to talk to the management so I am writing this. The room the ac was making a lot of noise, the sink water was not draining, one more concern why drinking water needs to be called for on every bottle they don’t give more then one water also the coffee maker was broken. Love this hotel but unfortunately every time I stay the quality is getting worse and worse.
