This marks my fifth stay at Swissôtel, and once again, it feels like a true home away from home. During my previous visit, I stayed for over 60 days, and this time, I’m here for more than two weeks. The warm hospitality and professionalism of the front desk team continue to impress me—they consistently go above and beyond to make each stay comfortable. I’m particularly pleased to see noticeable enhancements in the breakfast restaurant. Compared to my last visit, there's been a clear uplift in service quality and menu diversity. It’s evident that your team has undergone guest service training, as the attentiveness and efficiency have greatly improved. The inclusion of seasonal and regional delicacies adds a thoughtful and delightful touch to the overall experience. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the many positives and the dedication shown by your entire team. Thanks for the birthday cake . We stayed 2adults and 2 children. Everyday I had to call to ask 2 additional towels and bottles of water. May be next time, it’s better to accommodate that in terms of persons staying together.

I observed the cleaning of the room and was very unimpressed. The used glass was rinsed for 2 seconds in the toilet sink and replaced. No attempt to clean it properly. The cleaner barely wiped the surfaces, and actually wiped around the items on the counters. The dental kit was not replaced in my room. I had to request the cleaner to vacuum the room. The next day the room was not cleaned at all and i had to call to have a cleaner sent in the evening (at around 7pm). Overall i thing the standards are slipping in that department.
