Great stay at Swissotel al ghurair.. Always welcoming great staff. Especially the housekeeping staff vpun keeps our room spot less. The breakfast buffet is excellent Nice view from our room. The shopping mall is right next door. Hope to come again soon.

I had an amazing stay at the Swissôtel Al Ghurair from December 18 to January 6! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my experience truly memorable. If you visit, make sure to talk to Patric—he was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is fantastic and offers both apartment and hotel-style accommodations, so you can choose what suits you best. A fun fact is that it’s located right on top of the oldest mall in Dubai, which is super convenient for shopping and exploring. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai! 5 stars!
