I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Had a good stay overall. But we faced some trouble with the AC in the room. For at least 3 nights the AC did not cool our room to the set temperature because of which we had trouble getting a good sleep. The first intervention by your engineer did not solve the problem. After the second visit by the engineer the issue was resolved. The shower in the bathroom does not mix the hot and cold water properly. In the same setting, sometimes the water was too hot and sometimes it was too cold. The shower gel ran out one day while having bath. The positives: The breakfast spread was good and the food was delicious, the rooms were well kept with clean bedsheets. The staff was courteous and responsive. The room was large and comfortable. The coffee in the room was good.

The hotel's integration with Al Ghurair Centre is perhaps its greatest asset – step out of the elevator and you're instantly connected to a wide selection of retail outlets, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The presence of a Carrefour hypermarket within the mall is particularly convenient for longer stays. Whether you're craving international cuisine at the food court or looking for local specialties at traditional restaurants, dining options abound. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. Dubai International Airport (DXB) is just a 10-minute drive away, making it an ideal choice for business travelers or those with early flights. The nearby Union Metro Station adds another layer of convenience for exploring wider Dubai. My room was great, the cleaning staff were efficient, and the front desk staff was very kind and friendly. The one negative of this hotel is its breakfast buffet selection. The food is bland, the pastries dry, and the speciality coffee is an added charge,
