Mustafa was great, and another Egyptian gentleman who works at the front desk at night was wonderful. The lady who checked me in was not professional. Also, I took breakfast in the first day and they did not want to charge the room and made me pay after meal. It is not a big deal but not convenient. Finally, the title in the room entrance looked old or dirty. It did not give a good first impression. Other than that, the room was clean and bathroom was nice.

I truly had a very good (if not fantastic) 4-nights stay at Swissotel Al Ghurair. Location, cleanliness, staff, rooms, bathroom, breakfast.. everything was top notch!!! Just had a glitch in the middle of the night where my room's AC duct started to make noises but the technician came and fixed! Otherwise, like always, stays at Swissotel Al Ghurair are always very enjoyable!!

First time stay at Swissotel and it has been a memorable experience. The room was well maintained and homely with all the available amenities with bonus sustainability factor which is a very nice surprise. We have been assisted very well by the housekeeping staff Romeo and Arman. The breakfast buffet was also something to look forward with menu that can cater to everyone's tastes. The location was very accessible with so many restaurants around and metro stop nearby. It has been a very enjoyable stay.
