Very pleased with the experience starting from the check in, service is fast and the whole team is so attentive to guests, they really made me feel looked after. The room was very spacious and clean. Tasty room dining food and fast preparations. Cozy pool area, just perfect for relaxing and a nice big gym. The property itself is big with good restaurants and lovely lobby coffee shop, the hotel is attached to a mall which is a great entertainment!

Room was clean and tidy. We couldnt figure out how to turn the shower on, no water came out of the taps.

The room was beautifully presented and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. However there was no kettle for us to make a cup of tea and only one dressing robe and there was two of us in the room. This was quite important to us as our flight was delayed and we had no luggage with us.
