As Accor diamond member and long stay loyal guest to this property, for more 7 month I have to expected a better Treatment from the new Front office manager As I am ex Hilton senior manager been teached how to make things easy and accessible to our special loyal guest and not making our loyal guest plan to not stay with us in future as we are planing to do Very disappointed and frustrated from the way been treated when we tried to extend our stay on the 18.11 Never had unprofessional person as I have met I am answering your question about my stay so it is not a personal opinion it is evaluation to my experience with your team hospitality professional input I wish I did not have such experience Thanks

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. My first room had bugs, and the second wasn’t any better—dirty bins and a clogged drain full of hair. Basic cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. When I asked for toiletries, I waited two hours just to be told they were out of stock. I didn’t even feel safe eating the food due to the overall lack of hygiene. The hotel ignored my complaints, forcing me to go through the booking site for weeks of back-and-forth emails with no resolution. Despite everything, they refused to compensate me, even though this stay was beyond unacceptable. I wouldn’t wish a stay here on my worst enemy. This place is nowhere near 5-star quality—avoid it at all costs.

I stay here over one month in my experience,I really recommend for this hotel 10/10 because of the welcoming staff and good foods .I am not getting boring of to try food cause all the food they made very delicious.i really enjoyed that.also the staff Thida I really want to say thank you for your good services and give me feel comfortable and feel luxuries.
