The room assigned (430) didn't have AC working, phone wasn't working either; and we waited for approx. an hour with our newborn. People came but it they had no idea what's wrong. No one had an idea on which room we're going as they wanted us to move. So after making my wife and newborn baby wait in the hot room, we moved to the new room (303); which wasn't clean. So we had to call again to send some one to clean the tables and the washroom. The window slide had a lot of dust embedded into it and I was amaze that it was right in front but still no one bothered to clean it. The guy came in after I complained, and said he can remove it; so I let him. I've been an All Accor member for long and always prefer to stay at Movenpick, wherever I travel but this experience is really the worst; more specifically bcz this was our first staycation with our newborn and experience, unfortunately, was ruined.
