I am extremely happy with the housekeeping service during my stay. Abdul and Nabeel did an outstanding job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room every day. The room was always spotless, fresh, and well arranged, with great attention to detail. They were very polite, respectful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. A special mention to Supervisor Jibran, who managed the team professionally and ensured high standards were maintained at all times. His supervision and friendly approach made the experience even better. Overall, the housekeeping service exceeded my expectations.

I stayed over for about 45 days, and the stay was fantastic throughout. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay! It's the little things, the staff will even remember your teabag preference :) The rooms might be on the older side, but the services make up for it. I'd really like to mention Marcel from F&B who made our stay more like a home, his positivity and cheerfulness is unmatched! Would also like to appreciate Abdul from Housekeeping, Prasad from Engineering and Arun from Guest Services who were always around when we needed something - very very nice and kind people. Mustakim and Limto are really nice too! The only issue I had during my stay was the slow wifi, excellent otherwise.
