comfortable, friendly and daily cleaned the rooms and it is located in main region from that all tourist destinations are around 20 to 30 mins drive only. morning food was awesome, they specially provided us indian food also.

Far from a 5* standard, especially in Dubai. Rooms definitely need a strong refresh. Holes in bed sheets. Bath tub joints had different colors all around. No bath mat. I had to call 3 times after check-out in order to get an invoice although I was told "you'll get it in a few minutes". Never again

This is not a 5-star hotel, more like a 4-star without facilities. We stayed in a 2-bed apartment. While it did have a kitchenette and decent beds, the tiled floor made the place feel cold and uninviting. The televisions had no smart features and only a few channels, mostly in Arabic. We booked for 5 people yet there was only bedding for 4 and towels for 2. This was eventually provided after further mix-ups. The hotel does not advertise that it is a dry hotel, there is no bar. The restaurant is a small buffet and the breakfast was very basic and bland. There is nowhere to sit and relax apart from your room. The lobby is small and uncomfortable with queues building up quickly at the small check-in area. This hotel was fine for one night but I would not be happy if I had booked in here for a week. At over aed1000 for one night, I don’t feel it was good value.
