The most disappointing part that I paid twice for the room / first payment was through booking and once I arrived they asked me to oat again Please check the booking number and payment process you will find two payment

There were no staff in the lobby to support with luggage upon check in. I had requested extra towels multiple times and to empty the mini fridge and it was never done until I checked out

We had a comfortable stay - 3 nights/ 4 days. Me, my wife and kid. Hotel Apartments with all amenities inside like Pan, Induction Stove etc. I loved their breakfast set menu. Amazing it was. Room service was great too. One area of improvement is the dinner menu. Many of the items were not available during stay. Not sure if this was one-off.
