During my stay, I noticed some areas where the service could be improved. While one attendant was assisting a customer, another attendant (an Indian lady) interrupted the conversation, which appeared unprofessional and somewhat disrespectful. In addition, the communication and customer service were not consistent. When we checked in, the staff were very courteous and even arranged valet parking by taking our car. However, during check-out, the experience was different. Instead of bringing the car as they did upon arrival, they simply handed us the key and asked us to retrieve the car ourselves. I believe maintaining the same level of service and professionalism throughout the guest's stay would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

I had a pleasant stay at Movenpick Hotel Al Mamzar. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and kept clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is calm and quiet, which is great for a relaxing stay. However, the nearest metro station is a bit far, so you may need to use a taxi for transportation. One area that could be improved is housekeeping. While bathroom linens were changed daily, the shower gel and other toiletries were not consistently refilled. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
